Lucas Dare, Staff Writer “I’ve just been told the current scenario is this whole race war thing… that’s the plan at the moment.” ~James Casbolt aka Michael Prince, May 2013 As if following a script or some explicit stage direction, the narrative of racism and division is being pushed by mainstream media, and the idea of an American race war is edging further into public consciousness. No one among the ranks of the citizenry stands to gain anything at all from a blood bath between blacks and whites, but here in 2016, we suddenly find ourselves on the precipice of such an apocalyptic clash. Who benefits? In 2013 James Casbolt, aka Michael Prince, a self-proclaimed Rothschild family insider explained to Kerry Cassidy of Project Camelot how the world political elite were planning to catalyze a race war in America as part of a conspiracy to advance the agenda of depopulation, to destroy the black race, to further destabilize the nation, and to create the conditions necessary for martial law in the U.S. Casbolt claims to be part of the Rothschild bloodline, someone who has spent his entire life being groomed as an assassin for the world’s most powerful family, a Super Soldier as he puts it. Now serving time in prison, some consider Casbolt’s credentials to be rather shady, however in many interviews on the subject of the world’s ruling elite he has presented insight and information that bears out as being both well-informed and shockingly prescient. In this case, he was asked by Cassidy, again over three years ago, what he thought the global elite were planning in order to expand their empire of control in coming years. His reply seems almost prophetic today against the backdrop of riots in several major U.S. cities and the emergence of the George Soros funded fifth column revolution movement, Black Lives Matter (BLM). Casbolt’s reply: “The enemy now is, they’re instigating a race war in America. They’re socially engineering it, a race war against blacks and whites because they’re trying to reduce the population so they’re targeting blacks in America as the first group. And it’s an extension of what was going on in Africa with them depopulating the blacks in Africa with engineered AIDS and things like that. So they’re engineering social situations in America now, and that group is being currently targeted, you know the blacks in America. There’s a lot of race issues being brought into the media, like Obama’s talking about, ‘let’s talk about race.‘ In the media a lot of things are focused on race to get people’s mindsets geared up for that.” ~ Michael Prince Social engineering programs are the chief export of the global elite, as history demonstrates. Casbolt goes on to connect contemporary events to events in the sixties when the CIA is known to have infiltrated the counter-culture movements working against the establishment war machine. “In essence it’s a continuation of social engineering programs from Haight Ashbury in the sixties in San Francisco. You know, the Manson family, the Charles Manson murders, and he was programmed at China Lake, for that, for the social engineering. He, Charles Manson was talking about Helter Skelter, which is a race war, an apocalyptic race war in America between blacks and whites, and the Beatles triggered that, the Helter Skelter song, and then that was, the Manson murders were supposed to trigger that, and that was, the race war was supposed to start in Haight Ashbury, the hippie colony in San Francisco. They’ve often tried to, with the Fourth Reich being based on the West coast, they’ve tried to trigger this Helter Skelter apocalyptic race war in California. With the L.A. riots they tried to do it again, and they’re going to keep trying to do it until all hell breaks loose between blacks and whites in America, because… the black race is being targeted currently in America, the African-American.” ~ Michael Prince Referring to a faction of the ruling elite as the Fourth Reich, a living continuation of the Nazi movement that destroyed Europe in the 1940’s, Casbolt speaks of an engineered race war as key component in the plan to depopulate the planet. “The Fourth Reich essentially is going to keep socially engineering these situations, you know like the Helter Skelter or the Manson in the sixties, the L.A. riots, things will keep happening, because they want to reduce the population, but they need to start with target groups.” ~ Michael Prince Three years after this interview, as this exact scenario inches evermore closely, comments such as these should serve as warnings that we are being tricked into participating in our own demise, and as the mainstream media twists real events and injustices into a false flag race war, we must counter the divide and conquer strategy with a popular campaign of unity while identifying and calling out the true global forces playing us all like puppets. Nathaniel Mauka, Staff Writer For many who are just waking up to the level of deep state tinkering perpetrated through US presidential ‘elections,’ the Hillary Vs. Trump scandal is an attention-grabbing, yet distracting façade creating a great hullabaloo out of a mind-controlling, prototypical occult agenda. A History of DeceitWe could stop our investigation at the whistleblower statements of hacker, Clinton Eugene “Clint” Curtis – an American attorney, computer programmer and ex-employee of NASA and ExxonMobil, who said he was hired by a congressman to build software which would secretly rig an election by a slight percentage, but there is so much more to the story. We could also stop our inquiry into rigged elections, and the hand-tying of presidents-elect with the assassination of John F. Kennedy, or the attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan just 69 days into his presidency. It is largely accepted that Lee Harvey Oswald did not act alone in President Kennedy’s assassination. Whether you believe it was the CIA, the KGB, Lyndon B. Johnson, or a way to shut up a president who was about to reveal all he knew about aliens, most conspiratorial attempts to explain Kennedy’s death also include JFK’s anger toward the ‘hidden-hand’ that was controlling wars, the US Federal Reserve, and the numerous shady deals of the Illuminati who likely had him exterminated. What is agreed upon by most everyone, is that the official narrative is completely fabricated. If you were around during Reagan’s presidency, you might recall that the family of the man charged with trying to assassinate Reagan had deep ties with President George Bush, and had made large contributions to the Bush campaign. Looking Past the PuppetsYou can stay distracted with Hillary Clinton’s health or Donald Trump’s outlandish, narcissistic comments, or you can begin to look at who is pulling their strings. Dr. Joseph Farrell, an Oxford educated historian, would like you to look a little deeper. It isn’t even the lobbyists who control the ultimate position of the ‘free’ world, but a deeply Satanic, occult-worshipping class of individuals who is deciding how you will be led by your nose to your own demise. Farrell points to the pedophilia scandals that keep surfacing in the US, the UK and in the Vatican. He says that the people who try to connect the dots concerning this darkness and its ties to our elections end up dead. Case-in-point, Ted L. Gunderson, who exposed chemtrails, among other things is thought to have been poisoned. He also believes that the ‘mock’ sacrifices, such as the recent show at CERN’s headquarters and similar ‘leaks’ are required – that this group of occult, Satan-worshipers must tell the world what they are doing or are about to do in some fashion as a form of disclosure to meet a possible ‘free will’ requirement. Considering that a temple to Baal, thought to express Lucifer’s origins, was almost just erected in New York city, Farell could be on to something. It matters little who wins the ‘election,’ since it is rigged to place a puppet in the palace that will keep their mouth shut on certain issues, and promote the divisive, transhumanist, eugenicist agenda of a Satan-worshipping elite. At some point, you can’t keep blaming the Russians for DNC leaks. You also can’t discount the reach of deep state cutouts that do their bidding for someone (or something) that may not even reside on this planet. As Woodrow Wilson once said: “Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men’s views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the U.S., in the field of commerce and manufacturing, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.” As Farell points out, even if Trump loses the election, he is revealing some alternative news points that won’t go away with the 2016 election. But here, we reveal more that hopefully won’t be scrubbed from Google’s pages. If you are still arguing whether we are locked in a two-party system, you are entirely missing the point. Additional Sources: Dark Journalist Kelly Brogan, M.D., Green Med Info No, it’s not “all in your head.” Depression and all of its relatives are manifestations of glitches in the immune system and inflammatory pathways—not a neurochemical deficiency disorder. Psychiatry: A Very Special SpecialtyPsychiatry, unlike other fields of medicine, is based on a highly subjective diagnostic system. Essentially you sit in the office with a physician, and you are labeled based on the doctor’s opinion of the symptoms you describe. There are no tests. You can’t pee in a cup or give a drop of blood to be analyzed for a substance that definitely indicates “you have depression” much in the way a blood test can tell you that you have diabetes or are anemic. Psychiatry is infamous for saying “oops!” It has a long history of abusing patients with pseudoscience-driven treatments and has been sullied by its shameful lack of diagnostic rigor. Consider, for example, the 1949 Nobel Prize winner Egas Moniz, a Portuguese neurologist who introduced invasive surgical techniques to treat people with schizophrenia by cutting connections between their prefrontal region and other parts of the brain (i.e., the prefrontal lobotomy). And then we had the Rosenhan experiment in the 1970s, which exposed how difficult it is for a doctor to distinguish between an “insane patient” and a sane patient acting insane. Today’s prescription pads for psychotropic drugs are, in my belief, just as harmful and misguided as physically destroying critical brain tissue or labeling people as “psychiatric” when really they are anything but. Is It All In Your Head?My fellowship training was in consultation-liaison psychiatry, or “psychosomatic medicine.” I was drawn to this specialization because it seemed to be the only one that acknowledged physical processes and pathologies that could manifest behaviorally. I noticed that psychiatrists in this field appreciated the role of biological actions such asinflammation and the stress response. When I watched fellow psychiatrists consult on surgical patients in the hospital, they took these brain-body connections much more seriously than they did in their Park Avenue offices. They talked about delirium brought on by electrolyte imbalance, symptoms of dementia caused by B12 deficiency, and the onset of psychosis in someone who was recently prescribed anti-nausea medication. These root causes of mental challenges are far from the “it’s all in your head” banter that typically swirls around conversations about mental illness. The term psychosomatic is a loaded and stigmatized term that implies “it’s all in your head.” Psychiatry remains the wastebasket for the shortcomings of conventional medicine in terms of diagnosing and treating. If doctors can’t explain your symptoms, or if the treatment doesn’t fix the problem and further testing doesn’t identify a concrete diagnosis, you’ll probably be referred to a psychiatrist or, more likely, be handed a prescription for an antidepressant by your family doctor. If you are very persistent that you still need real help, your doctor might throw an antipsychotic at you as well. Most prescriptions forantidepressants are doled out by family doctors—not psychiatrists, with 7 percent of all visits to a primary care doctor ending with an antidepressant prescription. And almost three-quarters of the prescriptions are written without a specific diagnosis. What’s more, when the Department of Mental Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health did its own examination into the prevalence of mental disorders, it found that “Many individuals who are prescribed and use antidepressant medications may not have met criteria for mental disorders. Our data indicate that antidepressants are commonly used in the absence of clear evidence-based indications.” So we have overprescribing, but we also have some very sick women struggling in ways that are dismissed as “psychiatric”. In 2014 Scottish researchers addressed the gap between what the science says about the causes of depression and what patients experience when they find themselves caught in the default web of psychiatric care. In their paper they highlight the value of what I practice: psychoneuroimmunology. Indeed, it’s a mouthful of a word, but it simply refers to examining (and respecting) the complex interplay between various systems and organs of the body, especially those that syncopate the nervous, gastrointestinal, and immune systems in a brilliant dance that in turn affects mental well-being. These researchers point out that many patients who are told they have psychiatric conditions originating in their head or related to some (fictitious) brain chemical deficiency actually share real biological imbalances related to their immune-inflammatory pathways. These patients show elevated levels of inflammatory markers in their blood, signs that their body is on the defensive, activating processes that can result in unexplainable physical symptoms and that are diagnosed as psychiatric rather than biologic. And rather than treating the underlying biology, they are instead relegated to a lifetime of therapy and medication, to no avail. Brain Body ConnectionThe idea that depression and all of its relatives are manifestations of glitches in the immune system and inflammatory pathways—not a neurochemical deficiency disorder—is a topic I explore at length throughout my book, A Mind of Your Own. This fact is not as new as you might think, but it’s probably not something your general doctor or even psychiatrist will talk about when you complain of symptoms and are hurried out of the office with a prescription for an antidepressant. A multitude of studies now show an undeniable link between gut dysfunction and the brain, chiefly by revealing the relationship between the volume of inflammatory markers in the blood and risk for depression. Higher levels of inflammatory markers, which often indicate that the body’s immune system is on high alert, significantly increase the risk of developing depression. And these levels parallel the depth of the depression: higher levels equates with more severe depression. Which ultimately means that depression should join the ranks of other inflammatory disorders including heart disease, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, cancer, and dementia. And it’s no surprise, at least to me, that depression is far more common in people with other inflammatory and autoimmune issues like irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, insulin resistance, and obesity. All of these conditions are characterized by higher levels of inflammation. To really grasp the fact that depression is not a disorder primarily rooted in the brain, look no further than some of the most demonstrative studies. When scientists purposefully trigger inflammation in the bodies of healthy people who exhibit no signs of depression by injecting them with a substance, they quickly develop classic symptoms of depression. And when people with hepatitis C are treated with the pro-inflammatory drug interferon, as many as 45 percent of those individuals develop major depression. Depression: It’s a Lifestyle-Body MismatchSo when people ask me about why we’re suffering from what appears to be an epidemic of depression despite the number of people taking antidepressants, I don’t think about brain chemistry. I turn to the impact of our sedentary lifestyles, processed food diets, and unrelenting stress. I turn to the medical literature that says a typical Western diet—high in refined carbs, unnatural fats, and foods that create chaos in our blood sugar balance—contribute to higher levels of inflammation. Contrary to what you might assume, one of the most influential risk factors for depression is unstable sugar. Most people view diabetes and depression as two distinct disorders, but new scientific findings are rewriting the textbooks. One game-changing study published in 2010 that followed more than 65,000 women over a decade showed that women with diabetes were nearly 30 percent more likely to develop depression. This heightened risk remained even after the researchers excluded other risk factors such as lack of physical exercise and weight. Personalized lifestyle medicine that accounts for the role of the environment in triggering inflammation and the manipulation of the immune and endocrine systems is the most sensible way to approach those individuals who would otherwise be candidates for multiple medications. It turns out that it may not all be in your head—but rather in the interconnectedness among the gut, immune, and endocrine systems. It’s time we rewrite the textbooks. And it’s time we treat depression for what it really is. Alex Pietrowski, Staff Writer Most of the truly important news of our times goes unnoticed, under-reported or ignored by the corporate media, and as they focus on the ever-evolving narrative of human political drama, we are missing opportunities to participate in the most important struggles of our time. Seven generations from now, the destruction of the world’s seed diversity by corporate greed will have a much greater impact on the human condition than as much as anything else we can fathom. Seeds are absolutely vital to life on earth, but once a crop has gone extinct there is no way to revive it. In the last century alone, the world has lost at least 93% of all seed types, which had been cultivated by individual farmers around the globe for millennia providing a robust array of nutrition and sustenance. “Few things on Earth are as miraculous and vital as seeds. Worshipped and treasured since the dawn of humankind, these subtle flecks of life are the source of all existence. Like tiny time capsules, they contain the songs, sustenance, memories, and medicines of entire cultures. They feed us, clothe us, and provide the raw materials for our everyday lives. In a very real sense, they are life itself.” [Source] This infographic gives a startling sense of just how many varieties of seeds we’ve already lost since the early 1900’s alone. A New Type of AgricultureA major part of the problem is the shift toward industrial, corporate sponsored agriculture and monocultures which is now heavily dependent on corporate seed manufacturers who have through corporate business practices consolidated the seed industry and recruited the enforcement of government policy to ensure that farmers have few choices. “Once considered to be the property of all, like water or even air, seeds have become largely privatized, such that only a handful of companies now control the global food supply. Agriculture has been around for 10,000 years, but the privatization of seeds has only occurred very recently. In that short time, seed diversity has been decimated, farmers have been put out of business due to rising seed costs… and the pesticide companies that control most seeds today have flourished.” [Source] In addition the rise of genetically modified seed has given corporations the power to patent seed, which is literally patenting life itself. Today, the seed industry is much like the corporate media, entirely owned by just a handful of transnational corporations. “In 1996, there were still about 300 independent seeds companies left in the US. By 2009, there were fewer than 100.8 With the rise of GM crops and seed patents, meanwhile, the pesticide industry has been snapping up an ever-growing share of the seed industry. Just four agrichemical companies own 43 percent of the world’s commercial seed supply, and 10 multinational corporations hold 65 percent of global commercial seed for major crops.” [Source] The SolutionOf all the burgeoning and seemingly too big to approach problems emerging in our world, saving seeds is actually one of the few that anyone can participate in, and there is a growing revolution to bring back small farm and home garden farming. Gardening and seed saving is fun, very fulfilling, and you get free fruits and vegetables. There is an abundance of online resources to help even the nive gardener participate. Another positive solution to this problem is the proliferation of seed libraries, an open-source and community-friendly way of saving and sharing seeds for the benefit of all. However, in recent years, big government has extended its control even into the world of seed libraries and the U.S. Department of Agriculture has been cracking down on and closing local libraries, and communities are having to fight for the right to share. Final ThoughtsIf enough ordinary, conscious people make the shift and begin gardening and saving seeds, we can quickly change the course of the history, providing future generations with the freedom inherent in the access to home-grown, nutritious foods. On the other hand, if this effort is left to corporations like Monsanto and the global elite, then only the rich will have quality foods in the very near future. Already, aDoomsday Seed Vault has been constructed and stocked in the frozen wilds of Norway, supported in part by Bill Gates and the titans of GMO’s. In a dark future, this seed will be reserved, and thus life itself reserved, for the rich. A new documentary aims to bring awareness to the issue of seed extinction and inspire people to make a difference by participating in the global effort to save seeds. Jay Dyer, Contributor Assessing the problems in American public education and academia elicits standard responses that are generally trite and multitude. “Lack of funding,”, or “adequately trained teachers,” often round out the usual replies, yet system-generated solutions to the perceived problems are always external in nature (especially given the problems are themselves system-generated). The diagnosis of the causes are also consistently external, leading to endless debates over appropriation and methodology, ever and always overlooking the actual problem, that academia as an institution no longer functions the way most perceive it. The very presupposition of the modern debates over education are precisely concerned with how to fix a “broken system,” yet I propose the system is functioning perfectly as it was intended: The goal of public education and academia is not education, but socialization and Pavlovian social engineering. From its inception, the architects of the American public education system, and its corollary system of “higher education” in the college and university system, were established explicitly for the purpose of reorienting classical modes of pedagogy for “democratic,” “socialistic,” “utopian,” and “egalitarian” techniques of state conditioning that would confer “personhood” on the individual pupil through integration into the collective, allowing for a smoother transition into the Comtean civic religion of scientistic naturalism, paying obeisance to the gods of state, as life would be lived out in the “New Jerusalem” of the public-private cubicle. These claims are precisely the words of the key founders of American Education, including: John Dewey, J.B. Watson, Horace Mann, James G. Carter, William James, and many others, all intent on inculcating their own religious philosophy of Darwinian scientism, pragmatism and collectivist socialism under the banner of progressive, democratic, secular humanism. It could more properly be titledAmericanist Education, where the goal of indoctrination centers around the installment of the decrepit final end of its Enlightenment origins. As I wrote previously: The path to Enlightenment skepticism, deism. rationalism and scientism is directly from the empirical theology that even preceded Aquinas in thinkers like Abelard, and was contemporary with Aquinas in people like Ockham. Though Thomas was not a nominalist, he accepted the same epistemic starting point of the nominalists, namely, empiricism, and empirical based theology, that, again, derives from the analogia entis. Nominalism is absurd, and certainly worse than Aquinas in many respects, but insofar as they shared the same empirical starting point as Aquinas, they were more consistent. If God is banished from being directly present in the world through His immanent energies, all that is left is a material world of causation with an unknown deity locked within itself. That position is deism, and deism quickly leads to atheism. If sense-data is the only source of human knowledge, and sense-data is therefore the source of knowledge of God,. none of these created causal effects amounts to real knowledge of the divine itself. The divine is never accessed or experienced at all, just a series of created causes. And that, my readers, is the view of David Hume – that is how Thomism leads to Enlightenment atheism. Arising from the ancient and medieval conception of the world as a unified whole under the providential governance of Reason and/or God, the birth of the university cultivated learning and the classical method of pedagogy that reflected that same belief in an ordered cosmos. From this idea arose the term “uni” – “versitas,” a unified whole (See Cardinal Newman, The Idea of a University). Thus, a liberal arts education was grounded in the foundations of grammar, logic and rhetoric, being followed by the more advanced subjects that flow therefrom, arithmetic, geometry, music and astronomy. This was possible because all facts of man’s experience were interpreted and given meaning within an all-encompassing worldview that saw a Personal Deity (by the Middle Ages) as a unifying metaphysical principle that linked the disparate phenomena of human experience. By the time of the Enlightenment and the scientific revolution, however, the dominant perspective on education would begin to change, as revolutionary philosophies from the likes of Rousseau, Mill, Jefferson and Comte would reshape the West’s approach to education. Higher academia too, especially in the U.S., would begin to assume a messianic character that believed in man’s inherent ability to build a global utopia through the proper application of external stimulation and conditioning that was the result of the materialistic pragmatism promoted especially by the British Royal Society (a powerful entity even today in academia). For example, consider the following quotes from some American Education’s founders, as they sought to appropriate the Prussian State’s socialism and conditioning regimen – recalling that the following are the very architects of our modern academic system (as cited in R.J. Rushdoony’s Messianic Character of American Education). A survey of their quotes about academia’s true role betrays the overt messianism explicit in their assumptions: “The Common School is the greatest discovery ever made by man…Let the Common School be expanded to its capabilities, let it be worked with the efficiency of which it is susceptible nine-tenths of the crimes in the penal code would become obsolete; the long catalogue of human ills would be abridged; men would walk more safely by the day…” –Horace Mann “An institution for this purpose [Public State Schools] would become by its influence on society, and particularly on the young, an engine to sway the public sentiment, the public morals, and the public religion, more powerful than any other in the possession of government.” –James G. Carter “I believe the Normal School is to be a new instrumentality in the advancement of the human race. I believe that, without them, Free Schools would be shorn of the strength and healing power…like Christianity itself, had they [opponents] waited till the world called for them [Public Schools], or was ready to receive them, they would never have come.” -Horace Mann “Every school-house should be a temple, consecrated in prayer to the physical, intellectual, and moral culture in every child in the community…” –Henry Barnard “Both reading and writing are taught too early…Reading and writing, as processes, are artificial and uneducational in themselves.” -G. Stanley Hall “We must collect states of mind, sentiments, phenomena long since lapsed, psychic facts that appear faintly in a lifetime, and that only in a few individuals, impulses that, it may be, never anywhere arise above the threshold, but manifest themselves only in automatisms, acts, behavior, things neglected, trivial and incidental, such as Darwin says are often neglected. We must go to school to the folk-soul, learn of criminals and detectives, animals…there are no finalities save formulas of development….Evolution has taught the teacher that he or she is the chief agent in the march of progress, and if we are to have a higher type of citizenship, or manhood, or of womanhood in the world, it is to be done by conscious agencies, and those culminate in the teacher.” –G. Stanley Hall “The public school as a social center is born of our entire democratic movement….a social center means the active and organized promotion of this socialism and of the tangible things of art, science, and other modes of social intercourse.” -John Dewey “There is an important difference between education with respect to a new social order and indoctrination into settled convictions about that order. The first activity in my judgment is necessary.” –John Dewey “Democracy must signify a way of life and cannot be limited to majority rule. It is a guiding principle for the formulation of national [education] policy.” –Boyd H. Bode “In Babylon there was universal education. All people knew how to read and write and figure. That fact provided no safeguard against the obliteration of that civilization. Our one safeguard consists in developing what Franklin Bobbitt of the University of Chicago calls ‘the large-group consciousness.’” –Carleton Washburne “The behaviorist finds no mind in his laboratory, sees it nowhere in his subjects…If the behaviorists are right in their contention there is no observable mind-body problem and no observable separate entity called ‘mind,’ then there can be no such thing as consciousness or its substratum, the unconscious.” –J.B. Watson “Childhood understood, leading in the promised millennium of peace on earth and good-will among men, will make mankind forget the Babel confusion of its first experimenting, and enter into the mutual understanding of the Pentecost miracle. [Through kindergarten!]” -Elizabeth Peabody From this survey of merely a few quotes from America’s educational luminaries, we can see a clear agenda at work. Not only was the strategy to make state-mandated education a necessity imposed by law through truancy, the goal was all-encompassing, millennial and religious in character, inculcating in children from the intentional adoption by the state through kindergarten (also borrowed from Prussian Socialism), up to adulthood through the university system, the credal faith in the power of the apotheosized socialist “democratic” state. To add fuel to the fire, these educational lights convinced the nation’s leaders to pay for their own indoctrination through taxation, a hurt that is most powerfully felt today in the masses of student loan debt racked up for merely 4 years of “higher education.” None of this was by accident, as the wealthiest families in the U.S. supported this socialization, and in particular the control of education through controlling education boards, tax-exempt foundations, and even the establishment of entire universities (such as the Rockefellers and The University of Chicago). This is exactly what the Reece Committee found in its 1952-4 investigations into tax-exempt foundations and their influence, and in particular in the Committee’s Dodd Report the Ford, Rockefeller and Carnegie Endowments were discovered to be funding Columbia, Harvard, Chicago University and the University of California to implement social engineering and conditioning that would “promote oligarchical collectivism.” The foundations, however, were merely following suit in what the public school system had always been established to accomplish, inasmuch as fascism, socialism, communism and Marxism have always been tools of financial elites, according to Dr. Antony Sutton’s Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution, Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler, and Dr. Carroll Quigley’s Tragedy & Hope: A History of the World in Our Time. These entities are also linked to the escapades of the Frankfurt School Marxists and their critical theory. In order to thus solve the “problem of education,” the question arises as to the entire system of public education itself, and it is my contention our overblown imperial state has no business in the raising of children to begin with. In our day, the population is becoming keenly aware of the outrageous corruption that has long nested in Washington D.C., and to think that these managerial kleptocrats are competent for the “fixing” of a “broken system” is merely to prolong the problem. What is necessary is to understand the academic system itself is a ponzi scheme to load students with masses of debt for an increasingly irrelevant piece of paper that qualifies them to become “social justice warriors,” the very icon of perfect conditioning. What is does not do is teach sound philosophy and empower the individual student to learn on his own (as it should do) – in fact, it exists to break down morals and all traditional and existing worldviews. The solution is thus to remove oneself from this entire superstructure, encourage entrepreneurship, and begin to convince behind-the-times corporations to no longer require permission slips (degrees) from statist institutions, but rather to hire on the basis of abilities and skills actually possessed. In the meantime, we must simply avoid the academic social engineering juggernaut and utilize tools such as the Internet (which is already beginning to make them obsolete) to attain knowledge. Ultimately, this is the fruit of medieval nominalism. About the AuthorAlex Pietrowski, Staff Writer For decades, independent researchers and real investigative journalists like Bob Chapman warned us about the financial bubble that was being created by the world’s political and financial elite. It was intentional, another planned cycle of boom and bust made possible by central banking institutions in corroboration with corrupt legislators and regulators, designed to create a debt bubble that would ultimately make it (supposedly) necessary for governments to bail out ‘too big to fail’ banks. Public money was then to be given away to the most complicit private corporations, destroying the middle-class economy and widening the enormous gap between the uber-rich and the rest of us. So far the plan has worked quite well for the ‘1%,’ and the bottom hasn’t even fully dropped out yet, meaning they have much more yet to gain the next time the banking system begins to collapse. This is the same scheme that triggered the Great Depression, allowing America’s richest businessmen to scoop up assets for pennies on the dollar, exponentially increasing their wealth at the detriment of thee masses. The first major rumblings of the next major bust of this fiat-money, fractional-reserve, quantitative-easing,Ponzi scheme was in 2008, and in the years since then what has become to be known as an economic recovery is mostly seen in the ever-expanding excesses of the upper crust of our world. So, what are they doing with all this money they are stealing from us? Lavishing Themselves With Insanely Costly Gifts – Ever so often the mainstream media will report on some of the ridiculous purchases of the 1%, most notable are properties in all the finest places in the world like a billion dollar vineyard in L.A. or a $1.1 billion dollar house on the French Côte d’Azur. How about a half billion dollar private yacht or vacation stays at the world’s most expensive hotel? Or even $10,000 haircuts. Maybe $46.5 million paintings that look like this? The website Rich Kids of Instagram is a look into the party lives of the offspring of the world’s 1%, and you could spend days perusing the arrogance and soulless self-aggrandizement documented here. There really is no end to the amount of excessive spending made possible for the elite with such a corrupt banking scheme in place. Playing Games With Society and Stoking Instability – Although the mainstream media did a proper job of burying this story, billionaireGeorge Soros was recently hacked and his personal communications revealed some insight into the games the world elite are playing with the rest of us. The documents show how he is manufacturing civil unrest by funding the organization of groups like Black Lives Matter, and assisting the destabilizing migration of millions of refugees into Europe. Other examples include the deeds of people like Bill Gates who suspiciously uses his wealth to affect global population growth. Preparing for Economic and Social Collapse – Prepping has now become a booming industry for the world’s wealthiest. Sales of exotic and stylish shelters known as Bourgeois Bunkers are at an all time high. The rich are buying up all of the world’s prime farmland and safe remote spaces, quietly preparing for the collapse they know is coming. Add to this the construction of bomb-proof seed banks in hidden in remote Norwegian islands. Preparing the Breakaway Civilization – Perhaps the most concerning expenditures of the rich are in the development of what is now referred to as the breakaway civilization. Researcher Catherine Austin Fitts speaks of it in great detail, but essentially it is the idea that the world elite is planning to depopulate the planet while building an infrastructure of robot workers to forever supply them while they live in peace forever after in a world no longer plagued by hordes of small-timers and useless eaters. The mysterious and shocking monument in Elbert County, Georgia, the Georgia Guidestones hints at this plan with the following dictate written in stone: “Maintain Humanity Under 500,000,000 In Perpetual Balance With Nature” Final ThoughtsIn our world it is sadly true that money, real money, can buy freedom from accountability and justice. The world’s wealthiest are simply above the law at present, and until sufficient awareness arises to counter this insanity with an effective popular movement, we can expect for their riches to continue to increase, and their excesses to become increasingly gross, while the rest of us suffer while we provide them with material support. Bernie Suarez, Guest With the National Football League (NFL) season now officially begun and with opening day Sunday taking place today September 11th all over America, the NFL and all of its sports media pundits are jumping on this opportunity to sell the 9/11 official story, especially the emotional memory attached to the event. All around the league teams and players are doing notable things to sell the official story to the young generation. Sadly, or should I say deceptively, all of these events are designed to draw attention away from the quest for identifying the real perpetrators who did 9/11 and they are designed to draw attention from any critical questions that shine the spotlight on 15 years of deception and lies from our (U.S.) government like:
This list could go on seemingly forever as the unsolved issues with 9/11 go on and on. Humanity is crying for justice once and for all but unfortunately that justice seems nowhere in sight. As I discussed some time back one of the reasons for this is that the Pentagon is regularly pouring money into the sports leagues to promote the US military and patriotism, whether it’s college sports or the pro leagues like Major League Baseball (MLB), the NBA or NFL. And so on this anniversary of 9/11 the very Pentagon squarely at the center of the attack on their own building on 9/11 and the same DOD deeply connected to the orchestration of the Operation Northwoods-style 9/11 seems to be pouring out the money again as players and teams around the NFL are doing all kinds of little things to commemorate 9/11 but in a way that not only does not demand answers but instead ONLY focuses of “paying tribute to the heroes.” The much more important notion of actually solving 9/11, asking any tough questions, demanding real answers or even paying attention to the unanswered questions of the family members of those who lost loved ones is not even mentioned. In fact, in some cases the entire event is one big fun opportunity to market items. New York Giants star wideout Odell Beckham Jr. has worn some pretty wild sets of cleats before games. On Sunday, he and fellow receiver Victor Cruz will be wearing meaningful pairs as the Giants play on the anniversary of 9/11: Shoe company Kickasso designed the special footwear. Here’s what owner Troy Cole told ESPN: “It’s a special cleat for a couple reasons. I mean opening day is on 9/11. And Odell wanted to pay tribute to the heroes of 9/11, and not toward the tragedy aspect, with the falling building and the heroes all around kind of helping and saving people. That is why it’s kind of special and going to be pretty cool.” But the hypocrisy and in-your-face psyop doesn’t end there. Barack Obama and 9/11 co-conspirator George Bush himself will chime in at a league level in psyop ceremonies that will involve every NFL team. All in the name of diverting everyone’s attention to worshiping the very “heroes” who Bush and his administration murdered on that day when they blew up the WTC towers. And for good measure they’re even throwing in a little typical American sports US military worship! Before each of the 13 games, video messages from President Barack Obama and his predecessor, George W. Bush, will be shown. Each club will have special guests on the field, including first responders, community volunteers, hometown heroes and military members, for pregame activities and the playing of the national anthem. Vice President Joe Biden will join 120 first responders in holding the American flag during the anthem at Philadelphia. Bush will toss the coin in Dallas, accompanied on the field by Laura Bush and two NYPD officers who responded to the attacks. All coaching staffs will be given 9/11 lapel pins, and a special 9/11 decal will be placed on players’ helmets. The salutes will be synchronized during afternoon games Sunday. As if the propaganda flying all over the place in the NFL this weekend is not enough, just to rub it in even further, they are also doing damage control with the Colin Kaepernick recent backfiring. Since the recent failure the mainstream media propaganda machine sustained when a two-week campaign to demonize San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick for not standing up during the playing of the National Anthem actually backfired, we now see them going into damage control this weekend putting out stories about how Shaquille O’Neal is now saying “I would never do that.” “To each his own,” Shaq said. “I don’t really have a say on it, but I would never do that. My father was a military man, and you know, he protected this country. Uncles are in law enforcement, you know, they go out and work hard every day.” For anyone not familiar with the story, for about two weeks now the media has been attacking Kaepernick after he took a stand against the violent police state by not standing up during the playing of the National Anthem. Kaepernick has since been attacked every single day by the media, the local police union, and the media even reported how some fans were “burning” his jersey. Hoping the propaganda would catch on further the media recently suffered a major setback when it was reported that Kaepernick’s jersey is suddenly the top selling jersey in the league and other players in the league decided they would join his protest of the National Anthem. Obviously this is not what the mainstream media had planned, so on this propaganda weekend this is why they are throwing in this damage control story about Shaquille O’Neal making these comments disagreeing with Kaepernick, a story which is completely unrelated to 9/11 but it reaffirms the “patriotism” the league is selling to its fans as a smokescreen to the 9//11 crimes and to reiterate the 9/11 official story. Unfortunately this is the degree to which the Pentagon is pouring money into these sports leagues. The Pentagon needs to keep the young men (especially) and women brainwashed about 9/11 lest they actually wake up and realize the Pentagon was at the center of perpetrating the event and they need to keep up the military worship to keep recruitment going. Americans are by far and without question the most brainwashed human beings on planet earth as they worship the very terrorists who have murdered and funded the murder of millions of innocent people around the globe with their military occupations and regime change strategies all for the purposes of their global domination plans and the coming global order. Sports, as proven this weekend, is once again the cornerstone of this mass brainwashing as sports zombies root for their favorite team (symbolically) alongside the very terrorists who murder, rape, and torture the innocent in the name of American might. Let’s remember that often THE greatest victims are the very US military people in uniform being worshiped. As most of them will eventually find out once they get out of the military, veterans are later treated like criminals and terrorists. Many “war” related veterans will be diagnosed with mental disorders and tagged as unfit to own a gun. No country turns their back on their own veterans like the US. In the end the ONLY winners here is the very ruling elite who create these wars and the very ruling elite that planned and executed 9/11 and ultimately this is the biggest tragedy of this weekend’s 9/11 psyop ceremonies. This is a sad story to watch but it is up to us to keep the flames of truth and the torch of freedom and free speech burning by exposing this mass hypocrisy and propaganda staged by the Pentagon, the mainstream and the powers that be in these sports leagues. It’s been 15 years of lies and millions have died because of 9/11 not just the “heroes” the Bush administration blew up in the WTC towers and their own employees they blew up with their cruise missile into at the Pentagon. It’s also the millions of people terrorized by their “moderate rebels/al-Nusra/ISIS/Muslim brotherhood, etc.” proxy armies that regularly switch their names, have overlapping allegiance and are funded, trained, armed and supplied by the US. The whole thing is an ugly story that wont end until we find a way to stop the US military-Pentagon war machine and the intelligence-mainstream media psyop machine. Until we can accomplish this the most effective thing we can do is keep sharing the truth with others so that others can see what is truly happening for themselves. Jeff Street, Guest Whether you know it or not, you are a multidimensional being of staggering proportions. You are more than meets the eye, much more — more than your body, more than your soul, in fact, you are an integral part of the Universe. You are present on many levels of reality simultaneously and more powerful than you have ever imagined. Are you ready to expand your concept of selfhood to include higher selves, other/parallel selves, and probable selves? If so then, let’s dive in! “Take the red pill … and I’ll show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes.” ~Morpheus, The MatrixMost of us are familiar with the idea of the soul — the conception that our bodies are transient physical vessels for an eternal energetic aspect of our consciousness, which is our true essence. Conventionalscience dismisses this idea, and so do many people. I’m assuming that you probably embrace it since you were attracted to this article. You’re not alone; many people feel the presence of something greater within themselves. And as the great shift in the consciousness of humanity accelerates more and more people are feeling and connecting to it. If we take the existence of some sort of higher aspect of self as a given, the next question becomes; is our current idea of the soul accurate and complete? There are a growing number of sources that are saying that it is not, that it is overly simplistic, in fact, almost one-dimensional when compared to the new higher fidelity models being suggested. Some schools of thought subscribe to the very simple model shown below. This model portrays just two entities; Source/God and Souls (potentially connected to bodies). Its most notable element is that the soul is seen as created by, but separate from the creator. This representation is very simple and easy to understand but it is a gross oversimplification, and the idea that we are separate from Source/God is, well, just plain wrong. Luckily, fewer and fewer people are subscribing to this particular model. Another school of thought offers a somewhat more sophisticated model as shown below. It considers the Soul a PART OF a wider/higher entity referred to as the Over-Soul, which in turn, is part of the all-encompassing Source/God entity. This model is on the right track and hits upon a couple of key elements; we are multi-layered beings, and every layer is PART OF (and within) each successive layer and all are part of, and within, the one all-encompassing being that we call Source/God. Yet even this model is an oversimplification. A word of warning here; when you see the term “being”, think “sentient energetic entity” not “physical being”. Most of us have a tendency to personify the concept of “beingness”, but this is a mistake. The essence of all beingness is something non-physical and that’s why I will often use the term “entity” instead, because it avoids this trap. While the models presented certainly do reflect some aspects of the deeper reality, it is my contention that they are just gross approximations. In the remainder of this article, I will present a more sophisticated model that is a synthesis of ideas from a number of different sources and expands greatly beyond the models mentioned above. It suggests that we are multidimensional entities present on many levels of “reality” simultaneously and more powerful than we have been led to believe or have ever imagined. Only a small portion of your total beingness is present in the physical body that you may have erroneously assumed was all of you. The you that you identify as you is a part of a much bigger entity, which is ultimately also just a small part of the ultimate entity that is “all that is” — referred to through the ages by many names; Source, Infinite Creator, God, etc. You are a multidimensional being of staggering proportions and in your quest to know yourself, and the nature of your existence, you have employed massive parallelism. Higher SelvesSo what exactly is a soul and what is its relationship to what some call “God” and others call “Source Consciousness”? If you haven’t heard the term “source consciousness” before then this may come as a shock — the universe is conscious in its very fabric. The Universe is not at all what it appears from our very limited perspective. We exist inside of something resembling a great cosmic mind, often referred to as “cosmic/universal consciousness”. As the term “source consciousness” suggests, all consciousness is derived from the universal field of consciousness. The consciousness of each and every one of us is an individualized thread of the universal consciousness. This is what your “soul” is — it is a thread of universal consciousness with an associated repository of experiential information (local memory), and derivative ideas, all somehow encoded as a pattern of energy. Our soul is sentient energy as is the entire universe. “There is only One Consciousness in all existence. The consciousness that I know myself as is the same consciousness you know yourself as.” ~Story Waters, The One Self TeachingsSource consciousness is the intelligence that is/created our Universe, and it INDIRECTLY created all our souls. One of the fundamental capabilities of consciousness is the ability to subdivide itself — to create smaller individualized copies of itself within itself. Source used this mechanism to create the first level of sub-threads of its consciousness, what in effect could be thought of as sub-selves. It did this to explore and experience many-ness, rather than oneness, but more importantly, as a strategy to accelerate the exploration of itself and existence — to accelerate its evolution. The mechanism that Source used to accomplish subdivision and individuation of its consciousness was primarily that of lowering the frequency of portions of its energies, stepping them down into the lower frequency bands of the energetic field. This is part of the reason why subdivisions of consciousness operate somewhat independently of, yet are inherently part of and connected to, the “higher” consciousness that spawned them — they are simply portions of the parent sentient energies at a significantly lower frequential level. The subdivisions of consciousness that Source created within itself, in a very real sense, can be considered its sub-selves. And here is the really cool part, anything that a sub-self experiences is also experienced by its parent/higher-self and thus forms the basis for an evolutionary strategy – massively parallel experiences! The process of subdivision of consciousness is a general capability and can and has been repeated by the sub-selves at each level of consciousness, and for the same reasons — to accelerate their evolution, and thereby contributing to Sources evolution. Consciousness is like a multi-level branching structure. If we use a tree analogy then source consciousness would be the tree trunk. The tree trunk then divides into many large branches, which keep dividing into smaller and smaller branches until we get to twigs with a leaf attached to the end of each. In this model we could think of the “leaves” as physical bodies and then as you move from the leaf towards the trunk we’d encounter the soul level, and then the over-soul level, and then a number of additional levels till we reached the tree trunk coming out of the ground, the Source level. Note that even thou the diagram above shows seven levels it’s unclear how many levels there really are, or whether all branches have to have the same number of divisions/levels. The only thing that’s for sure is that there are more than three levels, probably many more. A number of sources indicate that there is a level above the Over-Soul that has been referred to as “Soul Group”. Below is a diagram illustrating the divisional structure of universal consciousness. According to some sources there are 2,135 Soul Groups participating in the Earth experience right now (who knows how many exist within Source in total, probably many more). Each Soul Group entity is able to subdivide itself into (create) up to 144,000 over-souls, and each over-soul is able to create up to 12 souls, and each soul up to 12 soul-extensions. A Soul-Extension is just another subdivision of consciousness which allows connection to physical vehicles (bodies) in the very lowest frequency bands. The consciousness that connects to a body to “drive” it has to be within a certain “distance” frequentailly to achieve the connection. If you do the math this leads to potentially 44 billion incarnate entities on Earth. An over-soul creates one or more souls for the purpose of connecting to physical bodies in the physicalplanes of existence — the lower frequency bands of the Universe. A physical body is simply a vehicle that the soul uses to have physical experiences. Physical life provides unique and highly formative experiences that are much sought after by a wide variety of non-physical beings. Physical experience, while challenging, is a spiritual evolution fast track and therefore highly coveted. The 12×12 subdivisional structure of the Over-Soul allows each over-soul to have up to 144 sub-selves that each can bind to physical bodies for 144 parallel physical lives. And of course, one of these 144 sub-selves and its body is YOU! The Higher Self, The True SelfAmongst those that embrace that they have a soul, many are still overly identified with their body as their identity. Even those that embrace the soul as their true identity may be missing a deeper appreciation of the true scope of their wider/higher self. Despite the fact that some use the term “Higher-Self” as a synonym for the “Over-Soul” I think it’s better used to refer to all the levels of self all the way up to, and including, Source. The figure below illustrates this idea. Your body, and in a sense, even your soul, were created as a transient sentient entity to serve as an experiential and evolutionary vehicle for your over-soul. So in a very real sense, you could consider the over-soul that spawned your soul as your TRUE SELF! And your Over-Soul is an immensely wise and powerful being that is always trying to encourage you to create the best experiences for yourself and to become the highest vision of yourself. Why? because you are part of it, and it is experiencing through you! At this point you might be wondering, If this is true, why don’t I know it and feel it?This is a very good question. When your soul incarnates (connects to a physical vehicle) it loses its memory of its greater existence. The “veil of forgetting” is intentional, it makes the earth game a fully immersive and truly formative experience. The game of life would not be the same if you knew it was just a game. We also lose a lot of the fidelity of our connection to our higher-self (over-soul and source). This is an unavoidable consequence of incarnating into the lower frequency planes of existence — the physical planes. Our earthly level of consciousness is at a frequency so much lower than that of our higher-self that any stream of information coming down is subject to a large reduction of fidelity due to the frequency step down required. Yet we could still have a very good connection with our higher-self if it wasn’t for one thing — our out-of-control ego. The constant chatter of the ego and analytical mind creates so much mental noise that we can’t hear the inner guiding voice of our higher-self. Essentially the signal to noise ratio is so low that the information coming from our higher-self gets drowned out. Hence, most people on Earth have almost totally lost connection with their higher-self and have completely forgotten what they really are. What does it take to reestablish a clear connection to your higher-self? For one thing, it takes a clear and quiet mind. One must quell the constant chatter of the analytical and egoic mind and the fear and worry that dominates it. Another thing that helps is to reduce our busyness — the constant distractions of our hectic daily lives don’t leave much space for the presence of the higher-self. Making more time for solitude and meditation is a good start. Even thou the loss of connection with our higher-self could be seen as “bad” it actually serves one of the reasons why we devised the game of life in the first place — to experience separation and to see what it could teach us — separation from the source of our beingness, separation from the knowing that we are all parts of one great being and interconnected and interdependent. With training, you can learn how to move your locus of consciousness to any level of your wider/higher-self — your soul, over-soul, even Source, and perceive from that higher perspective. In fact, you can move your locus of consciousness to anywhere in the infinite matrix that is the conceptual/information space of the universal field of consciousness. Other Selves, Parallel Selves, and Many LivesFrom the perspective of your Over-Soul (the higher you), all the souls that it created, and their extensions that are connected to physical bodies, could be considered your “other selves”. By some accounts, this can be up to 144 PARALLEL incarnations, and regardless of whether that exact number is correct, we can safely say that the higher you is experiencing MANY LIVES in parallel. And since at the end of a life the sentient energy that was connected to a body can be reused with another body, your Over-Soul has experienced far more incarnations than this, perhaps thousands! This is why your Over-Soul is so wise, it’s the sum of all the wisdom gleaned from a vast amount of experiences. Your many incarnations can be anywhere in the physical Universe — any planet; any galaxy; any time period — past, present, or future (our conception of time is wrong, time is an illusion); and in any one of the planes of physical reality. But since you’re here having an Earth experience it is very likely that many of the other lives the higher you is having are also here on Earth, probably in other time periods. The Earth reality system provides challenging yet highly formative experiences that are appropriate for fairly advanced beings, so if you are currently engaged here, then it is likely that most of your other selves are here as well because anything less would be boring. Here’s a diagram that highlights all the parallel incarnations associated with a given over-soul. Past and Future LivesUsing a technique known as “Past Life Regression” you can actually visit or “see” your other lives — by “see” I mean “have and inner experience of”. This is done by going into a trance state (via hypnosis or deep relaxation) and then being guided, by suggestion or your own intent, to visit the experiences of your “other selves”, your “other lives”. In the trance state, the earthly mind is quieted, and one can perceive from the vantage point of any level of ones higher-self and sense the experiences of any of their parallel lives. All these experiences are recorded in the energy/information field of your higher-self and are accessible if you center the focus of your consciousness in one of the levels of your higher-self. Depending on the level you may “see” the lives experienced by your soul, or your over-soul, or perhaps even higher levels of yourself. The term “Past Life Regression” is a bit of a misnomer since your other lives are all happening simultaneously and can be in any time period; past or future. If visiting a future life seems illogical or impossible to you then you might want to check out my article on The Illusion of Time. In the many thousands of regressions that have been done many have reported “seeing” portions of lives that were clearly in the future rather than in the past. Most people focus on exploring their “past lives” because, with our erroneous conception of linear time, we think that the past is “recorded” (and therefore potentially can be explored) but the future hasn’t happened yet (so isn’t recorded and can’t be visited). There are also many people who have reported experiences from what could be called the “inter-life” period, the time between lives. A common report from these experiences is that our many lives are all, somehow, happening at once. Yet other people have reported an apparent sequential process of coming out of one life, reviewing it, planning, and then starting the next — which seems to contradict “all at once”. This is likely due to the fact that non-linear concepts are very hard for our earthly minds to understand and express so we will often express them linearly. To dive deeper into the topic of past life regression I recommend the following books; Past Life Regression: Discover Your Hidden Past Life Memories and Past Lives, Future Lives Revealed. Probable Selves, Parallel Selves, and Many Life PathsAnother way that your higher-self accelerates its evolution through the use of parallelism is to experience all possible/probable life paths! Have you ever wondered what would have happened if you had made a different choice at a critical juncture in your life? Well, so did your soul, but instead of just wondering it divides its consciousness yet again, creating a sub-thread of its consciousness to follow and experience each alternate life path. At every decision point of any significance, one portion of your souls sentience follows branch A, and another follows branch B. Your soul is experiencing all possible/probable life paths in parallel! The YOU that you think of as you is simply a sub-thread of your soul that is experiencing one particular branch of the life path decision tree. At every significant decision point on a life path the path branches. A decision tree represents all possible paths. All of these are experienced by your soul. This mechanism creates a massively parallel experience which maximizes the evolutionary potential for the soul, for the over-soul, and for Source — since all experiences are experienced by your higher consciousness, they trickle up. The soul threads that follow each of the possible paths of experience could in a sense, be called “Probable Selves”. Because there is one for each possible/probable life path. These probable selves are all very real and so are all the alternate experiences they are having — and it is all being accumulated by your higher levels of self! Imagine how much one could learn by experiencing every possible alternative life path, and all their outcomes! You would learn and grow very fast! That’s the reason why we designed the process this way! The Highest Self, The One Self“Life has everything to do with you. But with Big You, not with Little You; with Universal You, not with Local You. There is only One of us.” ~Neale Donald Walsch Once you understand and embrace the multidimensional nature of your beingness, your perspective will broaden greatly. You may begin to see yourself not as the body and the ego that’s running around here on Earth but as your true essence — your eternal higher-self. You might even embrace, that in a very real sense, your “highest self” is source consciousness! And an even greater realization may come over you. The realization that since the consciousness of all entities/beings are ultimately threads of source consciousness, and hence we are all parts of the one universal consciousness, that in a very real sense, there is only “One Self”. All levels of consciousness and all loci of consciousness/beingness are ultimately within, and integral parts of, source consciousness — the one being. And this one being is your highest self, so in a sense, all beings could be considered “yourself”. This is why it makes sense to treat all beings with the utmost respect, care, encouragement, etc — because it’s all you! Bernie Suarez, Guest Several years back, when pressed by an activist about the need for true justice and accountability for the events of September 11, 2001 9/11 commissioner Bob Kerry stated that 9/11 is a “30-year-old conspiracy.” But what exactly did Kerry mean by this? I believe there are only two possibilities. Either he meant that: a- The 9/11 event took 30 years to plan or, b- He meant that the investigation time-period is expected to last for 30 years. I believe he meant choice ‘B’ only because choice ‘A’ would implicate foreknowledge and amount to accusing the U.S. government of orchestrating 9/11, something we wouldn’t expect Kerry to do if he was expecting to keep his position as a 9/11 commissioner. So if Kerry is telling us that 9/11 will take 30 years to solve, this is sort of an admission that 9/11 is not meant to be solved now. It also implies that other things have to happen to kill time until we arrive at the 30-year mark. If Kerry was correct in this “30-year” time span then that means we are only halfway in this time-table. Frankly, it would be interesting to get Kerry under oath explaining exactly what he meant by this. Nevertheless, if Kerry is correct then (again) here we are at the halfway mark. Fifteen years later humanity is certainly much more politically awakened. The world is packed with information. Access to that information is easier now more than ever and knowledge of the world we live in is spreading faster than ever. All of these developments and realities also present a problem for the ruling elite which to this day is still protecting the 9/11 “official” story. And if indeed we have fifteen more years of disinformation ahead of us, then shouldn’t we do our best to confront the tactics that so far have made us all look the other way when looking to assign blame for the event? In fact, for fifteen years we’ve been told that no one should dare to blame our government or blame anyone in particular until we have all the facts, unless of course you blame Bin Laden and al-Qaeda. Put another way, blaming the US government for 9/11 is considered almost blasphemous today. The masses have been conditioned to not question who actually did 9/11. And now, after fifteen years I believe it’s time to confront who did 9/11 by pointing out some of the very tricks they (those who did 9/11) have used to mislead us all these years. I call this the art of blaming others. An art that the perpetrators have become very good at. As to the question of who did 9/11, given what we know today about the events of 9/11, it is not unreasonable to suggest that the heaviest evidence of guilt today points squarely at the two men who were in charge of the entire country on that day, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld. Cheney was acting as commander in chief after Bush was sent off to read stories to children, and as the Secretary of Defense, Rumsfeld was in charge of the entire US military and Department of Defense on that day. Once you truly understand this power combination of Cheney and Rumsfeld, which I refer to as “Dick and Don,” you have to come up with a realistic and believable scenario to prove that someone on dialysis living in a cave halfway around the world could outsmart and outmaneuver these two powerful men in control of the greatest military and intelligence force ever assembled in the history of humanity. Of course we’re not just talking about two men, with the Bush administration came a deeply connected network ofcriminals; many of them part of the same boys club, many having worked with and for each other, many owing each other favors and all on the same page ready to cover each other’s behinds if necessary. Understanding thisDeep Statecriminal network is the key to understanding who did 9/11. When you study it and understand how the ranking system works in this criminal Neocon network then it will become clear that Cheney and Rumsfeld were indeed very likely the top two masterminds of the entire operation with everyone else playing out their roles as instructed. Now to further demonstrate this hypothesis and build our case let’s explore some elements of 9/11 and apply the problem solving principle of Occam’s razor to them. That is, we’ll search for the explanation with the least amount of assumptions or the simplest explanation. We’ve already discussed the positions held by Cheney and Rumsfeld on the day of the attack and the likelihood that their duel leadership was at the controls of the associated tightly knit criminal network in position that day. By applying Occam’s razor now let’s demonstrate how this team of criminals had all the means to execute 9/11 and how improbable if not impossible it is that they could ever have been outperformed by a sick and dying man on dialysis living in the caves of Afghanistan. Since the attacks of September 11th were airliner related let’s look to the sky and consider who was in charge of the sky. It is undeniably documented that many war games were going on that morning, many of them conveniently were simulating a hijacking scenario (Operation Vigilant Guardian and many other operations) and these games perfectly played into the engineered confusion taking place at various air command centers who were contacted about the hijacked planes. Again, all of this not-so-coincidental engineered and convenient confusion made the execution of the attacks perfectly possible. The magnitude and frequency of the convenient mistakes, deliberate confusion and downright non-action documented on that day cannot be attributed to chance when looking for the simplest explanation and when looking at functional capacity of the US military and DOD as a whole on that day. This topic of deliberate war games and confusion which made it as difficult as possible for anyone to mount a successful and timely response to the reported hijackings that morning, I feel, is one of the most important pieces of the puzzle for understanding who did 9/11. In charge of all those war games was the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD). And the person in command of NORAD was General Ralph Eberhart, another piece of the criminal network controlled by Cheney and Rumsfeld. As a group called ‘Pilots for 9/11 Truth’ thoroughly demonstrate (in the video below), US air command response to the notification of multiple hijacked planes was deliberately sloppy and slow and at one point deliberately misleading information was even confirmed to have come from Washington D.C. seemingly designed to sabotage the speed and effectiveness of any potential air defense response to the hijacked planes. Applying Occam’s razor, only Dick and Don and their immediate network of players including Eberhart would have been able to impact this non-response in such a way, again, making the seemingly desired attacks possible, or as we shall see later, making the NARRATIVE of the desired attack possible. In a 2004 Senate hearing, Senator Mark Dayton put it this way regarding the towering non-response by NORAD to the known hijackings: This country and its citizens were completely undefended … for 109 minutes. In his book Another Nineteen author and researcher Kevin Ryan states the following regarding NORAD, the lies told by General Eberhart and the suspiciously convenient failures of the entire US air defense the morning of September 11th: The timeline showed that NORAD was notified about the hijacking of Flight 175 at 8:43 am, a full twenty minutes before it impacted the south tower of the World Trade Center (WTC). Moreover, F-15 interceptor jets from Otis Air Force Base (AFB) were said to be airborne by 8:52, having been scrambled in response to the first hijacking. This allowed twice the time needed for the jets to reach New York City before Flight 175 crashed. Eberhart added that NORAD was notified about the hijacked Flight 77 coming into Washington at 9:24 am, fourteen minutes before it impacted the Pentagon. He told the Senate Armed Services Committee (repeatedly) that this was a “documented notification”. If true, interceptor jets from Andrews AFB, only ten miles from the Pentagon, could have easily reached the errant airliner given this lead time. Although the military might use the excuse that Andrews AFB was not technically under the command of NORAD, the 9/11 Commission said that Eberhart’s statement was simply not true. In fact, both Commission counsel Dan Marcus and team leader John Farmer were later very blunt about this being false. Therefore, it is clear that Eberhart should be charged with related crime. It is illegal to make any materially false statement or representation in testimony to the United States Congress. And that was not the only false statement that Eberhart apparently made to the senators. The story told by NORAD and Eberhart later changed to perfectly fit the official story told by the 9/11 Commission Report. Ryan states in his book: The fourth and final story from NORAD was the official account given by the 9/11 Commission Report, now supported by NORAD. In this explanation NORAD received “no advance notice” on any of the last three hijacked airliners. Instead of 20 minutes of notice of Flight 175, 14 minutes notice on Flight 77, and 47 minutes notice on Flight 93, we were told that NORAD was not notified about any of them until it was too late. The military was off the hook entirely. All the evidence for notification and response, which had constituted the official account for nearly three years, had been thrown out the window. In place of these documents and testimonies, new explanations were given for why the scrambled aircraft never reached the hijacked airliners. These included unbelievable claims of communication failures and misdirection of the scrambled jets, as well as the introduction of a never-before mentioned “Phantom 11” scenario. In light of the big picture painted here, the theory that Bin Laden along with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed were somehow the supposed masterminds of this event becomes a truly ridiculous proposition with nearly zero percent probability of that being the case for the reasons already stated. And this theory is just one of four theories which have circulated over that past 15 years which I want to discuss here. Each of these theories, I firmly believe, have been put out by the same criminal network that did 9/11 and the primary goal is to keep both Cheney and Rumsfeld as well as the rest of the network from having to go to jail for the rest of their lives or face execution. The original intent and attempted survival of this criminal Neocon network is another key to understanding 9/11. So let’s examine these four intelligence-engineered blame-game theories and explore how for 15 years these theories have been adopted by even well-meaning truth seekers. All four of these theories have one simple common denominator that everyone should look for and that most people miss every time even though it’s hidden in plain sight. They all point the blame for 9/11 AWAY from Dick and Don, the two most powerful men in America the day of the attacks and the two men with the means, the motive (which we’ll discuss later) and the opportunity to coordinate such an attack. To see and feel the simplicity of this argument more clearly close your eyes and imagine yourself reading this story two three or even four hundred years from now in the very distant future. Try to imagine how simple this logic really is when you remove current day propaganda and emotions from the equation. The emotions, rebuttals, name-calling, propaganda and lies act as signal disrupters to the otherwise very easy logic (think Occam’s razor) needed to solve the riddle of who did it. 9/11 blame-game: 4 theories commonly told1 – Bin Laden and al-Qaeda did 9/11- box cutters and all!As already discussed earlier, application of simple logic and reason and taking all logistical and tactical realities into account there is almost no mathematical probability of this scenario playing out in the real world. First, Bin Laden was also known as CIA asset Tim Osmond and in addition to being armed and trained by the US in the 1980s when he was part of the Mujahideen fighting force in Afghanistan, he (Bin Laden and his family) was intricately connected to both Cheney and Bush as well as many in the Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld Neocon network. The very morning of September 11th members of the Carlyle group including George HW Bush himself was meeting with Bin Laden’s brother Shafig Bin Laden talking business! It doesn’t get any more obvious than this. Yet through the magic of cognitive dissonance most Americans will shut their minds off and refuse to look at this evidence because it forces them to face the reality of 9/11. That it was a well-planned false flag attack coordinated by a network of criminal in the Bush administration with the cooperation of many Deep State operatives and corporate entities spanning various countries to accomplish all the goals set forth by this network long before September 11, 2001. Of all the theories, once a person begins to think on their own, this is usually the first theory they let go due to the obvious evidence. Anyone can see that Bin Laden could not have placed all those explosive devices and all the military grade thermite (or nano-thermite) and cutter charges in the three towers that dropped controlled demolition style (WTC 1,2,7). Let’s look at some other theories commonly circulated and believed that are designed to (again) point the finger away from Dick and Don. 2 – Bin Laden did it but the government let it happen – negligence theory! This second theory is common among people who see what happened but don’t want to be on record as “blaming the US government” directly. Perhaps they are afraid of getting fired or losing friends or whatever. This is a middle of the road approach for people who don’t want to go “too far.” It feels “safer” and less prone to “conspiracy theories.” We often hear Hollywood celebrities and people on TV talk this way. Now I want to pose an argument for suggesting that this “negligence” theory could very well be and (IMO) likely is yet another psyop that the perpetrators were working on long before 9/11 actually happened. I firmly believe this is why certain pieces of information ping-ponged back and forth between FBI and CIA. In some case lower level informants either intentionally or unintentionally released information intended to give credibility to the official story. Some reading this may not necessarily agree with what I’m about to say but all I can say is hear me out. I believe the criminal network that did 9/11 especially the intelligence services (George Tenet) and many others connected to intelligence carefully planned a trail of “evidence” to: a. Give the official story authenticity b. Demonstrate that, yes, Bin Laden did it but only because of deliberate negligence and incompetence on the part of the US military and DOD. Think of how clever of a strategy and how effective this strategy proved to be (or would prove to be). I personally believe this is yet another key to understanding 9/11. The criminals knew they would have to answer (JFK style) to the world forever regarding every detail of this event so why not leave a trail to show the world how it happened. THIS my friends, I believe is why the terrorists were allowed into the country and freely given visas, places to live even flight training. The men had to don the role to make the story real. THIS my friends, is where the whistleblower testimony of (think CIA asset Colonel Anthony Shaffer!) “Operation Able Danger” comes into play. Man blows cover on operation that REALLY shows the terrorists REALLY were here and planning the attacks. End result? Operation looks and feels real and hundreds of millions of people therefore BELIEVE the story. Ta-da! Pardon the sarcasm but I truly believe this “negligence” theory was carefully planned. We already discussed earlier the “failures” of NORAD to respond to the hijackings. Similarly the entire posture of the Bush administration post-9/11 was one of “gee, we failed didn’t we?” Let that sink in. 3 – Israel did it, Mossad surprised the US on 9/11!The third theory that I believe is part of the pre-planned strategy by the 9/11 criminal network to keep the blame on others instead of Dick and Don and their network is what I’ve been calling for some time now the “Israel did it” psyop. This theory is much more clever and sophisticated than the first two that we’ve discussed so far because this one directly appeals to those already awakened to the fact that 9/11 was an inside job. This movement seeks to supplant already established knowledge about 9/11, it ridicules most of the scholars and researchers who have put out films and books about 9/11 and labels them all as trolls. The “Israel did it” movement seeks to reboot and redefine the 9/11 truth movement so that people can “wake up” to the “new” reality that Israel actually did 9/11. Famously this movement cites the “dancing Israelis” and the Zionist-related players involved in the Dick and Don criminal network as “proof” that the Zionist are secretly the ones calling all the shots. They claim that anonymous Zionist elements (who no one ever actually identifies!) are secretly telling the CIA and EVEN the Pentagon and US military what to do. Another reason why this third Dick and Don deep state tactic is effective with many people is that it is based on partial truth (think cognitive infiltration). A partial truth is always MUCH more easy to convince someone of. The intelligence community knows this. They know that Israeli Mossad and Zionist elements WERE in fact involved in 9/11. This is enough to convince some people into buying into the entire theory. When it’s all said and done, as with the first two psyop theories, again Cheney, Rumsfeld and their Deep State criminal network get a free pass. 4 – Saudi Arabia did it – we have the “proof” – the 28 pages psyop!Last but not least, as if the last three psyop theories were not enough, today in 2016, right at the halfway mark of the supposed 30-year 9/11 conspiracy we are now seeing alive and well what I call the “28 pages” psyop. Yes, the 28 pages I believe is an absolute 100% psyop to fool honest truth seekers into thinking that – “ooh, since they tried to censor these 28 pages, it must be truthful information that will help us figure out who did 9/11.” Here’s a simple question for all truth seekers. If the 28 pages truly revealed who did 9/11 and it spelled out “D-I-C-K C-H-E-N-EY” and “D-O-N-A-L-D R-U-M-S-F-E-L-D or any of the criminals who made this event happen, do you really think the mainstream media would be bragging about this paper and happy to tell you about it?? Not a chance in the world! This is the SAME mainstream media and government that buries any truth that exposes them and that sabotages their new world order plans. Please think with wisdom here my friends. Why let them fool you yet again? There’s no way these evil ruling elite would EVER allow the “28 pages” or ANY document to be released that actually incriminates them. Knowing this, is anyone surprised that the 28 pages implies that Saudi Arabia funded 9/11? Is anyone surprised that the 28 pages reinforces the official story lies of 9/11? Is anyone surprised that the 28 pages exonerates Dick and Don and their Deep State network that had the means, the motive and the opportunity? What about motive? Finally, of all the options here, yes one could say that Saudi Arabia could have had some motive since the post-9/11 war on terror has benefited them in their immediate region. We’ve seen (Shiite) enemies of the UAE destroyed, they’ve received arms from the West and they’ve solidified their position in the Middle East. Likewise Israel (think Great Israel) has benefited from 9/11 as their plans to break up their neighboring countries has gone pretty well. As I’ve said many times Israel is almost inseparable to the US and I think of them as a Zionist led (or occupied) US military base in the Middle East. However, neither Saudi Arabia or Israel have military bases all over the world and neither of them get billions of dollars a year to fight the war on terror like the Pentagon and DOD get with the post-9/11Pentagon Slush Fund. It was the Bush Neocon PNAC think tank that planned US military global domination to be triggered by “a new Pearl Harbor.” Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld and their Deep State criminal network had been planning this globalization and this display of US military might on innocent nation states long before 9/11. Iraq and Afghanistan had long been in their crosshairs. Many companies tied to the Bush administration made a lot of money from the invasion and destruction of Afghanistan and Iraq and later the Obama war years. The police state which stifled all of our freedoms and stripped away the Constitution was all implemented as a result of 9/11 and that mostly benefited those in power here in the US. The rest is history. The criminals have gotten away with torture, murder, theft, war crimes, illegal prisons, state secrecy, a brutal police state, the launching of a Hitler-like surveillance state, destruction of free speech and criminalization of dissent. But it doesn’t end there, right? These criminals which are not limited to Cheney and Bush as we’ve seen during the 8 horrifying years of CIA Manchurian candidate Barry Soetoro aka Barack Obama, the crimes of the Obama administration have actually surpassed the crimes of the Bush administration and that is because in the end the Deep State is much deeper than any one of us can imagine. These people continue to meet in secret (CFR, Bilderberg) planning how they will rule the world, and they continue to carve out their new world order plans (Agenda 2030, global police, carbon taxes, etc.) all while trying to depopulate the planet (force vaccination, chemtrails, forced GMO and more) so that they can enjoy it for themselves. This, my friends, is the story of 9/11. At least a brief version of it. One must see the bigger picture to then more easily fit the pieces together and connect the dots in a manner consistent with the most likely scenario requiring the least amount of assumptions. Richard Smoley, New Dawn Not long ago I was walking through the aisles of a New Age fair in the suburbs of Chicago. All the usual suspects were there: booths for Baha’i and Eckankar; ladies selling essences and fragrances; bodyworkers offering ten minutes of chair massage; psychics inspecting the etheric fields of their subjects. Like most New Age events I have gone to over the past decade, the fair had a tired quality to it. I could simply be jaded. I’ve been going to such gatherings for over thirty years now, and at this point they hardly impress me with their novelty. But I may not be alone. One has the sense that for many, the energy that gave rise to the New Age has ebbed. Even the term “New Age” has come to sound stale, harking back to the ’80s and the Harmonic Convergence, and, still further, to the spirituality of the 1960s counterculture. Commercial interests have backed away from the name, preferring the term “mind-body-spirit” or “MBS.” In January 2012, New Age Retailer, the primary trade magazine for this field in the US, changed its name to Retailing Insight. Was the New Age a fad? Was it a noble but misguided hope that the world was ready for an enlightenment to which it now seems indifferent or hostile? Probably neither. More likely this is the case: much of what the New Age pioneered, including yoga, meditation, and organic foods, has become mainstream. Thus you could say the New Age won out in many ways – but at the cost of seeming fresh. What about its ideas? Many of them too entered the mainstream and have even become clichés. At this point it may be useful to step back and look at some of the clichés of the New Age and see how well they stand up. The New AgeLet’s start with the phrase “New Age” itself. It goes back far beyond the ’60s, even beyond the turn of the twentieth century. It first started being used in 1864, when an American clergyman, Warren Felt Evans, published a book entitled The New Age and Its Messenger. Evans was propounding the ideas of the great Swedish visionary Emanuel Swedenborg (1688-1772). In the 1740s Swedenborg underwent a series of spiritual awakenings that, he said, gave him access to the invisible realms and to the hidden meanings of Scripture. One of his most remarkable claims was that the Last Judgment of the Bible had no resemblance to the way it was seen by conventional Christianity. It was never meant to mean Christ’s second coming on earth. In fact it took place entirely in the world of spirits, a realm which, in Swedenborg’s theology, occupies a middle place between heaven and hell and serves as a clearinghouse for the newly deceased. This spirit realm had accumulated a great deal of debris, such as base and mean entities, and it needed a housecleaning. The Lord accomplished this in the year 1757. This Last Judgment, according to Swedenborg, had no immediate consequences for life on earth. Its only effect would be to weaken the power of spiritual tyranny and oppression (notably on the part of the Catholic Church, but also among the Protestants). New horizons on the spiritual world would therefore open. This was the New Age that Evans proclaimed, and Swedenborg was its messenger. In his way Swedenborg was right. Many of the religious shackles that seemed solid in the eighteenth century have been broken. There is still a great deal of nonsense, deception, and crime in religion, but there is also much more freedom of inquiry – even the freedom not to believe if you don’t want to. Since the nineteenth century, Swedenborg has faded into comparative obscurity, and Evans, once a best-selling author, has been almost completely forgotten. But the term “New Age” was given new life in the twentieth century by figures such as the British esotericist Alice Bailey, and, as we have seen, the New Age as an ideal reached its own peak in the late twentieth century. To go back to the initial question: how much truth is there in this idea of a New Age? In a trivial sense, every age is a new age. Today we face unprecedented dangers and opportunities. So did our fathers; so did our grandfathers. So will our children and grandchildren. Thus it has been since the beginning of history. But I don’t believe the human condition is going to change in any radical way in the future. Whatever wonders and disasters we may engender, we will still be born, love, experience pleasure and pain, and die as humans have since the beginning of time. As Anton Chekhov said in his play Three Sisters, written in 1900: “When we’re dead people will fly around in balloons, there will be a new style in men’s jackets and a sixth sense may be discovered and developed, but life itself won’t change, it will still be as difficult and full of mystery and happiness as it is now.” Paradigm ShiftThis phrase is often connected to the idea of the New Age. “Paradigm” means a scientific model. The Ptolemaic view of the solar system, which put the earth at the centre, was one such paradigm. It was replaced by another: the Copernican paradigm, which puts the sun at the centre. How did the new view replace the old one? The historian of science Thomas Kuhn asked this question in his influential book The Structure of Scientific Revolutions. His answer goes something like this: A scientific model inevitably has some flaws. It explains the data, but not quite perfectly. There are anomalies. For a long time these are set aside and either explained away or simply ignored. But after a certain point too many anomalies accumulate and can no longer be set aside. Science must then find another model – another paradigm. In the case of astronomy, the Ptolemaic view explained the movements of the planets quite well in light of the observations that could be made at the time (up to the sixteenth century). This even included the retrograde motion of the planets. If the planets moved around the earth, why did they sometimes move backwards in the sky? The Ptolemaic theory replied by positing epicycles – meaning that the planets not only revolved around the earth, but moved in small cyclical orbits as they did. Eventually the epicycle theory, which still did not match the data entirely, began to break down. Astronomers responded by positing epicycles within epicycles, but there was a point when this model seemed implausible. Another one had to be found. The theory of Copernicus, modified by Kepler, accounted for the planets’ motion much better. This was a scientific revolution, also known as a paradigm shift. The paradigm shift that the New Age speaks of is more vague. To some degree it has to do with another scientific revolution – from Newtonian to quantum physics. Newtonian physics is mechanistic and materialistic: it is a universe of ricocheting billiard balls. The quantum universe is much stranger, and some of its most brilliant theorists have stressed how bizarre and counterintuitive it is. But one idea from quantum theory has captured the public imagination: the observer affects the results of an experiment simply by the process of observation. This theory seems to place consciousness, rather than matter, at the centre of the universe. This idea fascinates people who dislike the meaningless, materialistic Newtonian universe. Some physicists, such as Amit Goswami, author of The Visionary Window and other works, say quantum theory proves that consciousness is the ground of all being. This is a step many other scientists are not willing to take, largely because quantum theory talks about the behaviour of submolecular particles; they are very reluctant to say quantum effects occur on greater scales. Quantum physics is sometimes defined, in fact, as “the science of the very small.” What does this all amount to? There is certainly a new scientific paradigm (although it is well to remember that much of quantum theory was in place by 1930, making it nearly a hundred years old). But this new paradigm, as understood and applied by physicists themselves, does not prove consciousness is the ground of all existence. Nor is it leading toward a more holistic and satisfying view of the universe. In fact the trend is going in the opposite direction. A generation ago there was much excitement, at least in the popular mind, about the connections between quantum physics and mysticism. But the majority of scientists, rightly or wrongly, have never bought it. They remain firmly materialistic in their outlook. Other disciplines have also moved backward. The psychology of the ’60s and ’70s embraced humanistic and transpersonal perspectives, but to all appearances this process has been turned around. Neuroscience has had so much luck modifying behaviour through pharmaceuticals that now scientists seem to assume more or less universally that consciousness is a mere side-effect of brain states. (Never mind that this claim has never been proved or even explained in any kind of coherent way.) Computer science, for its part, has made such progress in simulating brain processes that some people now believe it will soon be possible to download your consciousness into a computer, allowing cognition to go on through the operation of a machine rather than a brain. You will no longer need your body to be you. Minds are machines, whether they are made of carbon-based protein or silicon. In short, the paradigm that was so fondly expected to bring about a new, satisfying, and holistic view of man’s place in the universe failed to arrive. Conventional science, for all its accomplishments, is as drearily materialistic as it was in the days of Queen Victoria. That is not to say change will never come. Trends reverse themselves without warning, and fashions in science come and go almost as arbitrarily as the ones in couture. But that is how it looks now. You Create Your Own RealityIn a trivial sense, this is certainly true. Your senses and nerves and brain filter the data from the outside world (whatever this “outside world” ultimately is) and create a picture of reality that enables you to function. But some New Agers go further. They say that all you have to do is change your thinking and the world will change automatically. To some degree this is true as well. Say you are having money trouble. Try this mental experiment. Believe, as fully as you can, that a cheque for a million dollars is coming to you next week. Suddenly your problems will seem to vanish. You will have no worries. Your thinking certainly changes the way you feel. But the claim that you create your own reality is a little stronger than this. It is saying that if you believe hard enough that this cheque will be coming, it willcome: the universe will manifest it for you. And this idea is harder to swallow. At best, it can motivate you to strive to bring more money into your life; at worst, it is nothing more than daydreaming. Some people practice creative visualisation. By this method you formulate a vivid mental picture, and you concentrate on it so that the energy you are directing will make it appear in the physical world. This can and sometimes does work. But it very often brings unwanted consequences in its wake. You can visualise a cheque for a million dollars, and the cheque may appear. But you didn’t count on the fact that you would get into a crippling accident, and the cheque is to compensate you for the fact that you will never walk again. Granted, this is an extreme example. Another more likely outcome is that you will find that you really didn’t want what you were asking for and were disappointed when you got it. A few weeks ago, for no reason that I can discern, a file suddenly opened up on my computer. It said, “Please, God, protect me from everything I have been praying for.” I wrote it several years earlier and had completely forgotten about it. Evidently I needed to hear it again. Another thing is often overlooked: You are not the only one creating your own reality. There are others like you. All of them have the same power over reality that you do. And you are part of their reality as well. This fact raises a large but unexamined question: if we create our own reality, it must be a collective creation. And what is the effect of all these minds creating and cocreating together? How do the thoughts of your neighbours, your countrymen, your fellow humans as a whole, affect you? How do the minds of many engender a collective reality? This is, I believe, one of the most important questions facing humanity today. There is a collective imagination – psychologist Charles Tart called it “consensus trance” – that shapes our reality as much as, and probably more than, our own private thoughts do. As far as I can tell, psychology has not dealt with this question or even acknowledged it. It is true that the psychiatrist C.G. Jung spoke of the collective unconscious. He touched upon collective mentalities in some of his articles, such as “Wotan,” which discussed the resurgence of an old Germanic archetype in the Nazi ideology, and “The Complications of American Psychology,” which related the American psyche to the nature of the land in which it found itself. From another angle, the Russian psychologist V.M. Bekhterev explored mass and mob behaviour in his book Collective Reflexology. Bekhterev, who saw the Russian Revolution firsthand, had plenty of observations to work from. Even so, the science of collective psychology is embryonic. Thus up to a point it is true you create your own reality. But so does everyone else, and you are part of that reality too. The question for the twenty-first century is how we create our reality. Be Here NowLet’s turn to one of the most famous artefacts of the New Age. A squarish, large-format paperback book, with a purple cover, its contents printed on rough brown paper that looks like wrapping material. Its title:Be Here Now. Its creator: the beloved American guru Richard Alpert, best known as Ram Dass. The words, pasted down clumsily with letterpress as if to simulate the visual distortions caused by LSD, urge you to awaken: What are you doing? Planning for the future? Well IT’s ALL RIGHT NOW But later?… Forget it baby That’s later Now is NOW Are you going to BE HERE or not? IT’S AS SIMPLE AS THAT!… If you get so efficient… If you’ve got to turn off all the vibrations of the scene… because you’re so busy about the future or the past or time has caught you… IT COSTS TOO MUCH! No message from the New Age has burned itself into the collective mind as deeply as this command: Be here now. The past is an artificial construct. The future is an equally artificial construct. There is only the present moment. There is always only the present moment. This is the way to liberation. The idea still reverberates. Just as its effect was starting to fade, Eckhart Tolle came out with a booster shot: the best-selling Power of Now, published in 2004. No one could possibly refute this idea. It is always now, and, it would seem, the atomic moments felt through meditative awareness – an endless chain of nows, each one inexorably strung upon its predecessor – bring us as close to ultimate reality as we are likely to come in this world. As a mental discipline, what has sometimes been called “the doctrine of the present” has no peer. Every moment – or, rather, every moment you are aware of it – you bring your attention to the present; you sense your feet on the floor and feel the breath go in and out. The welterings of your mind subside. You are centred and at peace. How could anyone question this? In essence, I could not hope to. But in practice, another view arises. There is the sensation of my foot on the floor. This is direct, immediate, real. There are, on the other hand, the thoughts and fantasies and daydreams in my head, flowing before my mesmerised eyes like the scenes of a thriller. By contrast, they seem unreal. But maybe this is not the whole picture. Am I not, after all, experiencing all these supposedly delusory thoughts in the present as well? Why should one experience be held up as real and genuine, while the other is despised as false? Someone who goes to a few of the innumerable talks given by Tibetan lamas in the West will sometimes hear them denigrate the conceptual mind – the ‘monkey mind’ that must be suppressed, or even killed, if enlightenment is to occur. But I once heard the Dalai Lama speak, and he criticised this point of view. Although I don’t remember his exact words, I do remember that he said this contempt for the conceptual mind was unjustified, that this part of the mind too has its place, and one must not try to uproot or kill it. And sometimes this conceptual mind will take you out of the present. The present, then, that magic moment that discloses God, is only one of innumerable types of experience. It is well, of course, to be able to recognise and rest in it. But it may not be wise, and it certainly seems impossible, to stay there all the time. R.H. Blyth, in his celebrated collection of essays Zen and Zen Classics, writes: “Where Buddhism makes its great mistake is in asking for eternity without time. As Blake said, ‘Eternity is in love with the productions of time’.” PeacePeace. If there is one word that encapsulates the New Age, it is this one. In its day, it was more than a word. It was a gesture (the fingers forming a V, the palm facing out in an exact reversal of Churchill’s ‘V for victory’ gesture). It was an ideograph, the circle bisected vertically, with two other lines extended down from the centre – a combination of two letters in semaphore code standing for ND or “nuclear disarmament.” But peace – a cliché? That is a harsh verdict. And if it is, you will say, we need more of such clichés. And badly. In the ’60s the peace movement was the result of a genuine collective impulse. It was not only the recent memory of the horrors of the Second World War. It was also an aftershock from the Cuban missile crisis of 1962, when the world came the closest it has ever come to nuclear war. In the US, the peace movement was also a response to the Vietnam conflict and to the real likelihood that, like the states in Orwell’s 1984, the superpowers would maintain a permanent state of war. Events turned out differently from the expectations, as events always do. The threats to world peace that seemed so menacing during the Cold War are gone, but they have been replaced by others, and when these are gone, there will be others still. Do we need a peace movement to turn ourselves around? I think we do, but I also think we have never had a genuine peace movement. What we have had are antiwar movements. And to be against war is not the same thing as to be for peace. Earlier in this article I talked about the possibility that thoughts play a part – a major part – in shaping reality. And I think this is the case. In this light what are we to make of today’s mentality, which projects so much hatred toward its leaders? Do they deserve it? Maybe – but you are not making them any better or their work any easier by directing hatred and vituperation at them. Not if there is the dimmest bit of truth to the idea that your thoughts create reality. And of course this goes double for any collective feelings of hatred. In this light I find myself thinking about the possibility of a peace march – a genuine peace march. Such an event would be aimed not at stopping the latest war but at offering peace and blessings to the leadership of the nation, of any and all ideologies, without any agenda whatsoever. This would be a real peace march, because it would be offering peace rather than opposition, blessings rather than grievances. I wonder what effect it would have. A cliché, of course, could never become a cliché unless it is widely disseminated. And it would never become widely disseminated if it did not have much truth, and even wisdom, in it. So it is with the clichés of the New Age. Many of them are rooted in ancient and indeed perennial truths. That these truths need to be recast and restated in the language of a particular time and place is hardly a flaw; it is a way of adapting them to the needs of a generation. They will be restated and recast in many ways in the generations to come. About the AuthorRICHARD SMOLEY has over thirty-five years of experience studying esoteric spirituality. Footage of American police officers shooting individuals who are unarmed, or armed only with blades, has sadly become all too common. What adds to the tragedy and anger is the fact that other tried-and-tested approaches are available to deal with many of these situations without loss of life. The shoot-first instinct that seems so pervasive among many US police is in stark contrast to law enforcement tactics in other countries. British police, for example deal with a large number of edged-weapons attacks but almost never open fire (they don’t generally carry guns). Just as there are countless online videos of trigger-happy US police, there are numerous recorded examples of UK cops intervening in violent situations without firing a shot. In one 2014 incident, for example, Albuquerque police attempting to arrest a mentally ill man for “illegal camping” opened fire on him with assault weapons when he drew a tiny blade at a great distance from the heavily armed officers. Their approach is summed up by the fact that they then handcuffed him as he lay dying on the ground. A good contrast is a 2015 video of officers in Corby, England wresting a knife from an attacker using only pepper spray and batons at close range. This discrepancy points to both a culture of impunity and a lack of de-escalation training among US law enforcement. I wanted to learn more about specific, practical measures that can be taken to enable US police to emulate the non-lethal approaches of their UK counterparts, so I asked three real experts. Diane Goldstein—”This is the thing that bothers me; law enforcement already has the training tools. You can pay now or pay later.”Lt. Commander (Ret.) Diane Goldstein is a 20-year veteran of California law enforcement, who is now a speaker forLaw Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP). She writes for The Influence, too—and recently gave us her take on police shootings and Black Lives Matter. Goldstein thinks that the problem is systemic, reflecting a lack of political will to implement proper de-escalation training across the country. She also points out some major geographical discrepancies within the US. “If you are looking at a particular state, what you need to do is go do some research for what’s called ‘peace officer standards and training,’” she says. “Every state will have different types of training on use of force and what kinds of tactics they use to deal with people who are mentally ill.” Often the measures in place prove inadequate. “For example,” Goldstein says, “in North Miami Beach there was an autistic kid who left the group home and he had like a toy silver truck or train in his hand. Someone in the community called the cops and said he was threatening suicide and had a gun.” In that incident earlier this year, a 47-year-old social worker was shot by police from a distance as he tried to calm down the autistic man. Goldstein believes that more thorough training in crisis intervention and working with mentally ill and developmentally disabled people would be useful. “There are a lot of models out there that other law enforcement agencies employ, [including] what are called crisis intervention teams.” Goldstein offers the so-called “Memphis Model” of pre-arrest jail diversion as a good example of how crisis intervention can prevent shootings, especially of individuals with mental health issues. “Memphis Police Department has what is called the Memphis Model,” she says, “and it was implemented when they got involved in a bad shooting with a mentally ill person, and the community came out and were very angry. [The police] worked with the National Alliance on Mental Illness to develop a program. They now have specially trained officers who are trained at a higher level on de-escalation tactics for people who are suffering from mental illness, and on recognizing disabilities—because what happened in that North Miami beach is, you had officers who did not recognize that you had a person with developmental disabilities.” Goldstein admits that the Memphis Model, with its specialized training, is expensive. But she argues that models of de-escalation training like this would ultimately pay for themselves, because they would not only reduce unnecessary deaths but also save taxpayers money by cutting the number of lawsuits against police departments. She blames short-sighted thinking for the widespread failure to instigate proper training of this kind. “This is the thing that bothers me,” she says. “Law enforcement already has the tools. I don’t want to say that they don’t value the tools—because most of the law enforcement agencies that I work with and train with do—but it costs a lot of money, so the bureaucracies get in the way: ‘Oh my God, it’s gonna cost tens of thousands of dollars and we don’t wanna pay the overtime, and we don’t want to do XYZ… I think we need to evolve on that. You pay now or pay later.” Norm Stamper—”Training is terribly important, but insufficient. What really needs to be emphasized is the culture of the organization.”Norm Stamper was Seattle’s chief of police from 1994-2000—the pinnacle of his 34-year career as a police officer. Since his retirement, he has written two books about policing--To Protect and Serve andBreaking Rank--and also works as a reform advocate with LEAP and other organizations. The Influencehas published some of his writing about why cops are often trained to be excessively afraid—something that adds to the likelihood of police shootings. Stamper says that his decades of experience showed him how little emphasis police departments place on de-escalation. “Until very recently they were taught next to nothing about de-escalation skills, and that’s pretty much true throughout the country,” he says. “You have probably seen the statistics—that we devote almost 50 hours of police training to use firearms and about eight hours, if that, to de-escalation techniques.” Recent police shootings and the ensuing public outcry have prompted a degree of change, he says. “As these controversial incidents have unfolded over the last couple years, we have seen a real rush to include de-escalation in the entry level or threshold curriculum for officers. The departments that are really paying attention are recognizing that de-escalation training needs to be ongoing and it certainly needs to include in-service officers as well.” However, Stamper doesn’t believe that lack of appropriate training is the biggest problem. He sees the overall insular culture of policing as even more to blame. “When there is some kind of a horrific incident in a community and the police are judged to be at fault,” he tells me, “there is a rush to pinpoint training as the culprit. I reject that, personally. I think training is terribly important, but insufficient. What really needs to be emphasized is the culture of the organization—which I’m convinced is a product of the structure of the organization.” Stamper’s description of this culture is damning: “Military, bureaucratic, insulated, isolated—giving rise to a real strong in-group solidarity among the officers, and that is more powerful than eight hours or even 60 hours of training.” Disturbingly, he adds: “What you will hear from many senior officers is, ‘Forget that nonsense that they teach you in the academy, you’re in the real world now.’” A change in attitude is vital both for the safety of the general public and for the safety of officers, he says. “Most police officers have been taught, ‘You never back down from a fight; you can never lose a fight; you must always save face you must always be in control.’” While Stamper thinks these principals have some value, he also argues that they are absolutist and endanger officers and everyone else. “If we are really interested in officers going home at the end of the shift and not becoming yet another casualty, if we are really interested in improving community-police relations, and—most important of all given the mission of American policing—if we are interested in the protection and preservation of human life as our top priority, we will learn how to de-escalate, we will learn that its not cowardly to take evasive action.” Stamper is particularly disturbed by incidents in which officers shoot at suspects when they could have taken cover to assess the situation. “It’s a wonderful definition of smart to duck behind your car if you see someone make a sudden movement with what might be a gun in their hand, rather than firing and learning later.” Stamper’s approach would include preparing officers by exposing them to more simulations of potential interactions. “We know what situations lead to police shootings,” he says. “We know what situations lead to citizen complaints of rudeness and discourtesy or lack of empathy or lack of compassion and on and on. What we need to do, I think, is to round up as many realistic scenarios as we can and simulate them, preferably under real-world conditions. It should not be done necessarily in a classroom but in a public place that has been rendered safe for such a simulation.” Jim Nolan—”Through tracking data, we can build community relationships.”Dr. Jim Nolan is currently an associate professor in the Division of Sociology and Anthropology at West Virginia University. He was formerly an officer with the Wilmington, Delaware police department for 13 years. There, he worked in community policing and vice before graduating from the FBI academy in 1992. An advocate of drug policy reform, Nolan co-authored the book The Violence of Hate: Confronting Racism, Anti-Semitism, and Other Forms of Bigotry. Nolan has applied his own law enforcement experience to other community policing projects and believes a proactive approach is needed to build trust. “I just finished a project in Delaware,” he tells me. “It was a private project where what happened is, the officers were assigned to a particular neighborhood [that had experienced problems].” For each block, block captains were recruited among members of the local community to help the police carry out surveys, Nolan says. “They helped ask questions like, ‘do you get along with your neighbor?’ ‘Are you willing to intervene if you see kids skipping school?’” Nolan says that collecting data like this can be used to gauge the quality of the relationship between law enforcement and citizens—but also to improve it. “Through tracking baseline data, we used this as a way a means of building relationships. “[Police officers and community members] were able to meet weekly and say, ‘Well, we are making progress; things are getting better; our relationships are growing.’” Nolan believes that community organizations like these have the capacity to intervene to prevent crimebefore the police need to step in. He tells me about one such example, in which residents of Wilmington chose to intervene in a way that de-escalated a local situation—avoiding a potentially lethal drugs raid. “There was a house that people would come to the community meetings and say, look, there is a house they are selling drugs out of the house people are going in and out of the house we can smell it,” he says. “The typical procedure would be to give the information to the drug unit, so the drug unit could see if they could get an informant to go make a buy.” However, the community group took a much more low-key approach, and it paid off. “The states’ attorneys who also attended the meetings helped the community group write a letter [to the house in question].” The letter simply stated: “We are aware of these types of behaviors.” “They handed the letter off, and the problem went away,” says Nolan. “The goal was to make the problem go away, while building relationships with people.” About the AuthorPatrick Hilsman is an associate editor of The Influence. Follow them on Facebook and on Twitter.** Anna LeMind, Guest A 2010 study that examined a sample of 203 individuals from different companies’ management development programs revealed something interesting. It was found that about 3% of business managers scored in the psychopath range while the incidence of psychopathy in the general population is approximately 1%. So why are there so many psychopaths in senior management positions? The StudyA more recent study, published in 2014 in the Journal of Forensic Psychiatry and Psychology, shed new light on the behavior of psychopaths, which could explain this phenomenon. During an experiment, a group of people were given a standard test of psychopathy. At the same time, the participants were shown a series of picture aimed to test their levels of empathy. For this purpose, the researchers measured their galvanic skin response to examine their emotional reaction to the shown pictures. The research showed that psychopaths with average or high levels of intelligence were able to control their galvanic skin response. As a result of this, their responses appeared normal. At the same time, psychopaths with low IQ exhibited abnormal test results, which are typical for individuals with psychopathic tendencies. What the Results MeanPsychopaths are great manipulators, and this research provides new evidence for that. The results of the study suggest that psychopaths with high IQs are able to hide their true identity, faking their emotional responses and probably personality traits as well. As a result, they often show a different picture of themselves and trick others into believing this is their real self. Carolyn Bate, the first author of the study, said: “The ones who are at the top of businesses are often charming and intelligent, but with emotional deficits, as opposed to psychopaths who are quite erratic and tend to commit gruesome crimes and are often caught and imprisoned.” She also thinks that psychopaths in positions of power could be far more than 3%, “because if people are aware they are psychopathic they can also lie – they are quite manipulative and lack empathy.” These findings are quite interesting to consider and could apply to other spheres except for the business world. I’m sure that if psychologists had the opportunity to study those in positions of political power, the figure would go beyond 3%. Being manipulative and able to fake one’s emotions is a quality that certainly helps one become a successful politician. Not even to mention that in order to reach the highest levels of political power, some lack of empathy and conscience is a must. Dr. Paul Babiak writes in his book, Snakes in Suits: When Psychopaths Go to Work: “They are masters of impression management; their insight into the psyche of others combined with a superficial – but convincing – verbal fluency allows them to change their situation skillfully as it suits the situation and their game plan.” Doesn’t this sound like most of our politicians? They are just playing their game, tricking people into believing that their concerns about the world and society are sincere. They pretend to care while in reality, they only want more power and money. And we don’t even need a study to know this for sure.
