New research from Emory University School of Medicine, in Atlanta, has shown that it is possible for some information to be inherited biologically through chemical changes that occur in DNA. During the tests they learned that that mice can pass on learned information about traumatic or stressful experiences – in this case a fear of the smell of cherry blossom – to subsequent generations.
According to the Telegraph, Dr Brian Dias, from the department of psychiatry at Emory University, said: ”From a translational perspective, our results allow us to appreciate how the experiences of a parent, before even conceiving offspring, markedly influence both structure and function in the nervous system of subsequent generations.
“Such a phenomenon may contribute to the etiology and potential intergenerational transmission of risk for neuropsychiatric disorders such as phobias, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder.”
This suggests that experiences are somehow transferred from the brain into the genome, allowing them to be passed on to later generations.
The researchers now hope to carry out further work to understand how the information comes to be stored on the DNA in the first place. They also want to explore whether similar effects can be seen in the genes of humans.
Professor Marcus Pembrey, a paediatric geneticist at University College London, said the work provided“compelling evidence” for the biological transmission of memory.
He added: “It addresses constitutional fearfulness that is highly relevant to phobias, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorders, plus the controversial subject of transmission of the ‘memory’ of ancestral experience down the generations.
“It is high time public health researchers took human trans-generational responses seriously.”
“I suspect we will not understand the rise in neuropsychiatric disorders or obesity, diabetes and metabolic disruptions generally without taking a multi-generational approach.”
Professor Wolf Reik, head of epigenetics at the Babraham Institute in Cambridge, said, however, further work was needed before such results could be applied to humans.
He said: “These types of results are encouraging as they suggest that transgenerational inheritance exists and is mediated by epigenetics, but more careful mechanistic study of animal models is needed before extrapolating such findings to humans.”
May our DNA also carry spiritual and cosmic memories passed down in genes from our ancestors?

The end of the article asks, “May our DNA also carry spiritual and cosmic memories passed down in genes from our ancestors?” In this writer’s opinion, yes. Not only is it possible that our DNA contain past life memories, but the entire genetic lineage of each and every one of us, including lives on other planets, galaxies, and/or universes. This is evidenced by numerous past live regressions from people who have experienced previous lives on other planets, universes, and galaxies.
It also seems apparent that some of these past lives can be tapped into through the dream state. For example, I once had a dream where I was a scientist in charge of the genetic manipulation of animals and insects in the last days of Atlantis. I remember seeing some of the hideous creations I made and telling myself, “We can’t let this happen again”. It was as if I was cognizant of being in the present moment, yet completely aware of my Atlantean past life as well. As it turns out, we’re letting this happen again through Monsanto’s genetic manipulations.

When you see someone smiling or you hear laughter, you often can’t help but smile or laugh yourself. Now scientists from the University of Florida have shown that the same applies to certain non-aggressive negative behaviors, especially rudeness.
A series of several studies conducted by researchers Trevor Foulk, Andrew Woolum and Amir Erezhas shown that the exhibition of rude behavior by an individual, activates concepts associated with rudeness in the minds of others. Those being targeted by rude manners and people witnessing such behavior are equally affected. Rudeness is contagious in this manner.
The research showed that once the mind is stimulated with negative concepts, a person is more likely to interpret subsequent actions as rude, even if they are ambiguous or benign, and one is more likely to act with malevolence during interactions with others, thus further infecting them with hostility and negativity.
The scientific study of the transmission of negative behavior is not new. In the 1960’s, the infamous Bobo doll experiment showed that children who observed adults act abusively towards a doll, were themselves abusive to the doll. What was different about this experiment, when compared to these recent studies, was that the behaviors were aggressive, including hitting with a mallet and yelling, and they were acted out by someone the subjects looked up to – an adult. Hence it can be said that children in the study were intentionally mimicking negative behavior because they were copying the adults.
In this case, however, Foulk and his colleagues studied low-intensity negative behaviors, such as rudeness, which are more common in everyday interactions.
First Study – Does Observing Rude Behavior Activate Concepts in the Mind Related to Rudeness
In one of the studies, the participants witnessed an exchange between an actor, who they perceived was a participant arriving late to the experiment. In the control condition, the experiment administrator dismissed the actor offering to reschedule. In the negative condition, the administrator rudely berated the actor. The study participants were then asked to complete a Lexical Decision Task (LDT) in which they decided as quickly as possible if a string of letters formed an actual word, ie. CHIKHEN. Here are the results:
Critically, some of the LDT words were friendly (e.g., helpful), some were aggressive (e.g., savage), and some were rude (e.g., tactless). Response times to the friendly and aggressive items were similar across conditions, but response times to the rude items were significantly faster for participants in the negative condition relative to the control condition. People who watched a rude interaction had concepts about rudeness active in their mind, and thus were faster to respond to those concepts in the LDT. These findings suggest that exposure to rudeness seems to sensitize us to rude concepts in a way that is not intentional or purposeful, but instead happens automatically.
Second Study – Does Sensitivity to Rudeness Impact Social Behavior?
In another study, the researchers asked participants to play the role of an employee in a bookstore. The subjects watched a video with either a rude or polite interaction among coworkers, and then were asked to answer a customer email. The email was either polite, highly aggressive, or moderately rude. Here is what was discovered:
Notably, the type of video participants observed did not affect their responses to the neutral or aggressive emails; instead, the nature of those emails drove the response.
However, the type of video participants observed early in the study did affect their interpretation of and response to the rude email. Those who had seen the polite video adopted a benign interpretation of the moderately rude email and delivered a neutral response, while those who had seen the rude video adopted a malevolent interpretation and delivered a hostile response. Thus, observing rude behaviors, even those committed by coworkers or peers, resulted in greater sensitivity and heightened response to rudeness.
Third Study – Does Watching Rude Behavior Make Us More Obnoxious Towards Others?
This study consisted of a series of negotiation exercises among participants. After an initial negotiation, “the carrier” subject was sent into a new negotiation with a new partner.
As you might guess, participants who negotiated with a rude [initial] partner were in turn perceived as rude in their subsequent interaction with a new partner. These “carriers” evoked feelings of anger and hostility in their new partners, and even incited vindictive behaviors.
Moreover, these effects of negative contagion were evident in negotiations that took place up to a week after the initial exposure, suggesting a fairly long infectious period for negative behaviors.
We often hear that laughter is infectious, but beware, so is obnoxious behavior. If social behaviors, especially negative ones, are in fact contagios in this way, then does that explain why our society seems to be trending towards greater meanness and callousness? More importantly, can this pattern be broken with awareness and mindfulness?

“Thoroughly unprepared, we take the step into the afternoon of life. Worse still, we take this step with the false presupposition that our truths and our ideals will serve us as hitherto. But we cannot live the afternoon of life according to the program of life’s morning, for what was great in the morning will be little at evening and what in the morning was true, at evening will have become a lie.” Carl Gustav Jung
According to the Swiss psychologist, Carl Gustav Jung, there are 4 archetypes, 4 stages that we go through during our lifetime, and these stages are:
1. The ATHLETE Stage
At this stage, we are mostly preoccupied with our looks, with the way our body looks. During this stage we might stay for hours looking and admiring our reflection in the mirror. Our body, our looks are the most important thing to us, nothing else.
2. The WARRIOR stage
During this period, this stage, our main concern is to go out there and conquer the world, to do our best, be the best and get the very best, to do what warriors do, and act like warriors act. This is a stage when we continually think of ways to get more than everybody else, a stage of comparison, of defeating those around so we can feel better because we have achieved more, because we are the warriors, the brave ones.
3. The STATEMENT stage
At this time, this stage in your life, you realize what you have achieved so far is not enough for you to feel fulfilled, to be happy… you are now looking for ways to make a difference in the world, for ways to serve those around you. You are now preoccupied with ways to start giving. You now realize what you chased after until now, money, power, possessions etc. will keep on appearing in your life but you no longer attribute them the same value as before, you no longer are attached to those things because you are now in a different stage of your life, where you know there is more to life than that. You receive them, you accept them and you are grateful, but you are ready to let go of them at any time. You are looking for ways to stop thinking only about yourself, of ways to receive and start focusing on living a life of service. All you want to do in this stage is give. You now know that giving is receiving and it is time for you to stop being selfish, egotistical and self-centered and think of ways to help those in need, to leave this world better than it was when you arrived.
4. The Stage of the SPIRIT
According to Jung, this will be the last stage of our life, a stage where we realize that none of those 3 stages are really who and what we are. We realize we are more than our body, we are more than our possessions, more than our friends, our country and so on. We come to the realization that we are divine beings, spiritual beings having a human experience, and not human beings having a spiritual experience. We now know this is not our home, and we are not what we thought we are. We are in this world but not of it. We are now able to observe ourselves from a different perspective. We are now capable to step out of our own mind, out of our own body and understand who we really are, to see things the way they are. We become the observer of our lives. We realize that we are not that which we notice but, the observer of what we notice.
2500 years ago, Lao Tzu (abt.551-479 BCE) was trying to teach us just that, was trying to teach us how to get to this last stage of life, this spiritual stage: “Can you step back from your own mind and thus understand all things? Giving birth and nourishing, having without possessing, acting with no expectations, leading and not trying to control: this is the supreme virtue.”
What are your thoughts regarding these 4 stages of life and in which one do you think you’re in? You can share your insights by joining the conversation in the comment section below.

A simple tablespoon daily of coconut oil could promote weight loss and improve cardiovascular health, reveals a new clinical study.
A new study titled, “A coconut extra virgin oil-rich diet increases HDL cholesterol and decreases waist circumference and body mass in coronary artery disease patients,” holds great promise in those suffering from overweight, obesity, and heightened cardiovascular disease risk, and against which pharmaceutical approaches often fail.
was once considered a “bad fat,” as it contains saturated fatty acids which conventional nutritionists did not distinguish from synthetically produced ones such as margarine. We know far better now, and increasingly, natural sources of saturated fats are gaining appreciation as not only “not-bad,” but actually beneficial, particularly for the brain. You can check out the first hand literature on coconut’s helath benefits on the GreenMedInfo.com database, or read our article, 13 Evidence-Based Health Benefits of Coconut Oil.
The new study evaluated the health effects of a nutritional treatment with extra virgin coconut oil, focusing primarily on how it affects HDL cholesterol and a range of anthropmetric measurements (e.g. body weight, size, circumference).
The average age of the participants was 62.4 ± 7.7 years, with 70% of elderly individuals, and 63.2% of males. All of them were hypertensive and 94.5% had blood lipid profiles indicating “dyslipidemia” and on standard, cholesterol lowering drug treatment.
In the first phase, a three month period, 136 enrollees were put on a standardized diet. From the third month onward, the 116 who completed the first phase were place in two intervention groups: 22 remained on the diet, and 92 were put on the diet + 13 ml (.43 ounces) daily of extra virgin coconut oil, which is equivalent to about 14 grams, or about 1 Tablespoon (15 grams).
The results of the the three-month coconut oil intervention showed that relative to the standard diet, the coconut group saw a decrease in all six of the bodily parameters measured, including:
The researchers concluded:
“Nonpharmacological interventions are essential for risk factor control in secondary prevention among patients with coronary disease. Our study showed that a diet rich in extra virgin coconut oil seems to favor the reduction of WC and the increase of HDL-C concentrations, aiding with secondary prevention for CAD patients.”
This study is far more powerful than may first meet the eye. For instance, at present, pharmaceutical interventions to raise HDL cholesterol lack solid scientific support. Only yesterday, I reported on a new JAMA review which revealed an astounding number of medical procedures have no benefit, even harm, wherein it was concluded that ,”In patients with low HDL-C levels who are treated with statins, there is no clinical benefit to HDL-C–targeted therapies.” Considering the fact that pharmaceutical interventions to lower HDL cholesterol have a wide range of serious side effects, the new finding that coconut oil may provide a natural alternative with side benefits, is all the more encouraging.
Additionally, midsection fat, also known as abdominal obesity, is a serious risk factor for cardiovascular events and cardiac mortality. In fact, a 2007 study published in the journal Circulation found that of three risk factors evaluated for heart attack, namely, abdominal obesity, abnormal lipids, and smoking, abdominal obesity was the most powerful: 48.5%, versus 40.8% for abnormal lipids, and 38.4% for smoking.
When one considers these two factors, any safe, diet-based lifestyle modification that can safely raise HDL-C cholesterol, and reduce midsection fat and related anthropometric parameters such as BMI and midsection circumference, is a home run.
This is, of course, not the first time we have reported on the powerful health benefits of coconut oil. In fact, it doesn’t take months, or even days, to observe positive changes in certain populations. We reported previously on what can only be described as an amazing study where just one dose of coconut oil derived medium chain triglycerides produced positive cognitive changes in Alzheimer’s patients in only 90 minutes. You can read about it in greater detail here: MCT Fats Found In Coconut Oil Boost Brain Function In Only One Dose.

Anyone who is awakened to the worldwide horrors the US, ISIS and their allies are imposing on the rest of humanity knows that the thing that makes these horrors worse is the accompanying deceptive mainstream media 24/7 lies. There’s nothing worse than seeing Western mainstream media continue to portray ISIS as if they are the “enemy” of the US, while the US military and Western-backed nations like Turkey, Israel, and Saudi Arabia continue to support ISIS. As a result, the ongoing bold lies and the obnoxious propaganda is further repelling awakened humanity from mainstream media and driving a permanent wedge between the freed human mind and the entire concept of Western propaganda. The whole thing is sickening and repulsive, and I believe freedom-loving humanity is responding to this worldwide.
The recent inundation of lies and over-the-top propaganda intended to lead us toward World War 3, is so obnoxious and mentally repelling that truth seekers can easily make a choice to separate themselves for an entire day (Thanksgiving day) to reminisce how fortunate we are to not be plagued by these ongoing lies. If you haven’t thought of this, I want to invite all truth seekers to do just that on this Thanksgiving day. Let’s turn off mainstream media and let’s be thankful for the awareness we have about the world around us. Let’s believe that there is a reason for the awareness. I believe humanity has a mechanism of self-preservation and we are the expression of that preservation. For that I am thankful today and so should you.
For comparison, those who are not awakened on this Thanksgiving day believe that Barack Obama is doing everything he can to keep them safe from ISIS. They believe that Turkey was defending their air space in the recent shoot-down of the Russian jet. They even accept that on this Thanksgiving day, the ramped-up police state is the proper solution to the “terrorism” we see marketed on TV by the mainstream media. These enslaved elements of humanity are aimlessly living out their lives becoming further enslaved and divided amongst themselves with every day that they continue to feed their minds with mainstream media lies. As truth seekers we continue to show and share truth with these people, but nothing you can say will guarantee that these people will wake up.
Therefore, the misery, confusion and ignorance that mainstream media believers live in should not be underestimated on this Thanksgiving day and should serve as a reminder that all of us could easily still be stuck in a similar mental enslavement. There is, therefore, no better day to be appreciative of the information and awareness we all share that allows us to be completely immune from the next false flag attack or 24/7 mainstream media scaremongering story.
It’s been said, sometimes you don’t appreciate what you have until it’s taken away. So today, especially in light of the mayhem and confusion borne of continuous mass lies and deception from mainstream media, I am thankful to not be ensnared in the darkness and confusion the mass media puts out every day. Let us realize today that our unique resistance to Western mainstream media lies is one of the great gifts we share. It is unquestionably a source of life, a mental freedom and hope that only someone still bogged down in mainstream media lies cannot understand.
I believe the gift of comfortably and seamlessly not believing mainstream media is becoming one of the secrets to living a rich and fulfilling life. Detachment from mainstream media itself is a source of energy that few even in the truth movement fail to fully contextualize. What that means is that it is becoming entirely impossible to believe mainstream media and be happy unless one resorts to cognitive dissonance and repression of information. If this is the case then the person is not truly happy, instead they are repressing what they believe to be true (mainstream media lies), hoping that the stories will eventually fade away.
The happiness and mental freedom I speak about is not some special state of mind obtained through hypnosis or special self-help technique. Instead it is the mental freedom of seeing mainstream media propaganda and knowing and understanding in real-time that the information has a unique political purpose and is not a result of true journalism.
As we give thanks, let us realize that regardless of what happens today, the immediate future can look grim. Grim because although the new world order is failing on many levels it is also responding to this failure with a more intense effort. Thus in some ways we are observing as the new world order tries to give birth. To use medical terms, hopefully that birth becomes a traumatic life-ending still-birth.
There is a struggle going on and the stakes are getting higher. The oligarchs are undoubtedly unhappy that they are failing so they desperately attempt to keep up their proxy terror armies like ISIS because if ISIS is destroyed the new world order plans go with it.
Let’s harness this knowledge, expect the worse and hope for the best. Let’s not be unrealistic about the dangerous world we live in and the stakes at hand. None of us signed up for this madness including the degree of ignorance and bliss on the part of most Americans.

Thanksgiving: Celebrating all that we have, and the genocide it took to get it.
Thanksgiving is one of the most paradoxical times of the year. We gather together with friends and family in celebration of all that we are thankful for and express our gratitude, at the same time we are encouraged to eat in excess. But the irony really starts the next day on Black Friday. On Thursday we appreciate all the simple things in life, such as having a meal, a roof over our head, and the connection with those close to us. But in less than 24 hours, we literally trample over others in a mad dash to accumulate as many material possessions as possible at bargain-prices.
So what is the true history of Thanksgiving? Well, just like we have stories of Easter in which a magical bunny hops around the world and hides baskets of goodies for us to find, or stories of Christmas where Santa Claus travels the globe in one night to leave presents under the tree for good boys and girls – Thanksgiving, too, has its traditional myth which we share with our children. We recount stories of the Indians and Pilgrims getting together for a magical feast of brotherly love and appreciation. The only problem is that, unlike the other holidays, we never reveal the truth about Thanksgiving to our children as they grow older. In fact, most of us don’t understand its bloody history ourselves…
The first actual proclaimed “Day of Thanksgiving” came in 1637 in a meeting between the Pequot Indians and English religious mercenaries. The Pequot were celebrating their annual Green Harvest Festival, which resembles modern-day Thanksgiving. On the eve of the festival, the English demanded that everyone comes out of their homes, puts their weapons on the ground, and surrenders by converting to Christianity.
Those who obliged with these terroristic demands were either shot dead or clubbed to death. Those who stayed inside their longhouses – including women and children – were burnt to death. In all, more than 700 Pequot men, women, and children were slaughtered that day.
The “victory” was celebrated by the Governor of Massachusetts Bay Colony holding a feast and trumpeted this as a “Day of Thanksgiving.” During the celebration, they cut off heads of Natives and put them on display publicly; including beheading the Wampanoag Chief and impaling his head on a pole in Plymouth which stayed on display for the next 24 years.
New Family Values
I was in third grade and playing in my back yard, when I noticed a moving truck in the parking lot beyond the fence. We lived in a middle-class suburban community, but right beyond our fenced in yard, there was a Section 8 Housing Community.
As I stood and watched, a young boy around my age came running over to the fence to greet me.
“Hi, My Name is Doug,” he said, “We are moving in next door.”
It’s funny as kids, we are so free and we see someone our age and we just want to be friends. Someone we can spend time with. This shows the natural desire of human connection.
Doug and I became pretty good friends instantly. We spent time at each other’s house often, mostly playing Nintendo or throwing the ball around in the yard.
Until one day, one of my favorite video games was missing. No idea what happened, but the game was gone. We always had anywhere from three to 10 people over at our house and there is no way of knowing what happened to the game or if it was simply misplaced.
“No more going over to that Indian’s house,” my Dad told me, “He took your game.”
Indian? What’s an Indian? I remember thinking that to myself. To me, Doug was just my friend. Now, just like that, he was my Indian-friend. I knew very little about other races at that time. Sure, we saw that people looked different, but never attached a label like that.
The only thing I knew about Indians, I learned in school. And the things I learned in school, was just being passed down from what our teacher’s learned in school with no adjustments to the curriculum. We learned how to sit “Indian-Style,” we learned how to sing “Ten Little Indians,” learned what it meant to be called an “Indian-Giver,” and we learned to play “Cowboys and Indians.”
I can honestly remember in First or Second grade around Thanksgiving, we made headdresses and colored feathers to dress up like Indians. Then they told us how to do war-cries by putting your hand over your mouth and yelling, “Ahh-Ahh-Ooh-Ooh.”
They instructed the class that the Pilgrims came over from Europe to escape religious persecution. Upon arriving in America, they realized that there were already people living here. The brave Europeans encountered the Indians, who wore headdresses, make weird noises, and were uncivilized. So, the Pilgrims decided to help them out and they had a giant feast together. Everyone got along and then for every year since then, we celebrate Thanksgiving.
But, Doug didn’t do any of those things. I never met an Indian, he was just a normal kid. But, I was told not to trust him. The irony of a white person not trusting an Indian is too much to even comprehend.
“Doug, do you have my video game?” I asked him, “And, I am not allowed to come over here anymore and you can’t come over to my house.”
“No, I don’t have it. Why would I take it? You always let me use it whenever I want,” he replied, “But I understand. I won’t come over anymore.”
As the next couple years went by, I start seeing more movies with Cowboys and Indians with the natives viewed as hostile savages and the cowboys save the country. I am now in fifth grade and have been trained and brainwashed to hate a race of people and believe that I am good and they are wrong. And, still no one has given me an answer as to what happened to all the Indians that lived here?
Then, I gained perspective from the oddest of sources – the comedy movie, “Addams Family Values.” In the movie, the children were at some type of summer camp in which they are putting on a play for their parents, reenacting the first Thanksgiving. All the rich-white privileged kids at the camp were playing the role of the wholesome pilgrims; whereas, the outcasts of the camp were stuck playing the part of the “uncivilized” Indians. As the pilgrims invited the Indians for a meal together, Wednesday Addams –playing the role of Pocahontas (although this is historically inaccurate as Pocahontas lived near the Jamestown Settlement) – decides to go off the script just prior to sitting down for the meal:
“Wait, we can not break bread with you. You have taken the land which is rightfully ours. Years from now my people will be forced to live in mobile homes on reservations. Your people will wear cardigans, and drink highballs. We will sell our bracelets by the road sides, and you will play golf. My people will have pain and degradation. Your people will have stick shifts. The gods of my tribe have spoken. They said do not trust the pilgrims. And especially do not trust Sarah Miller. For all these reasons I have decided to scalp you and burn your village to the ground.” [view scene]
I remember watching this scene and my friends were laughing hysterically, but not me. I was more in shock and awe. It all made sense. I realized that everything I had been told about history was a lie. And I have been searching for the truth ever since.
A National Day of Mourning
We are very impressionable as children and take what elders, parents, and teachers tell us as fact. It gets very difficult to break these thoughts that shape our identity. However, the story of Thanksgiving described above has only a small semblance of truth. The Pilgrims and Indians got together for a giant feast – one time. And in all recorded history of that time, there are actually only two documents of record reporting this event, over the total of three paragraphs – indicating the very minor significant of this event.
Thanksgiving Day is also known as The National Day of Mourning among Native American Tribes. In 1970, there was a huge celebration in Massachussets to celebrate the 350th anniversary of the landing of the Pilgrims. Today, there are still Wampanoags living in the area. On the day of the celebration, they asked one of them to speak:
“Today is a time of celebrating for you — a time of looking back to the first days of white people in America. But it is not a time of celebrating for me. It is with a heavy heart that I look back upon what happened to my People. When the Pilgrims arrived, we, the Wampanoags, welcomed them with open arms, little knowing that it was the beginning of the end. That before 50 years were to pass, the Wampanoag would no longer be a tribe. That we and other Indians living near the settlers would be killed by their guns or dead from diseases that we caught from them. Let us always remember, the Indian is and was just as human as the white people.
Although our way of life is almost gone, we, the Wampanoags, still walk the lands of Massachusetts. What has happened cannot be changed. But today we work toward a better America, a more Indian America where people and nature once again are important.”
The Lies of Thanksgiving
To get started, the Pilgrims were not seeking religious persecution – they already had that in Holland by 1608. However, they did not like the work and demands of Holland and wanted to seek commercial ventures overseas. However the Pilgrims also had no money or resources, so they had to borrow a loan from the Virginia Company of London and Plymouth. The agreement stated that they were to take all the money earned over the first seven years and put it into a common stock – sounds like Communism.
So, the communist Pilgrims sailed across the sea in September of 1620. Yet, it is also important to note that they did not call themselves Pilgrims. They were originally referred to as Separatists as they no longer followed the Church of England. Yet, they referred to themselves as God’s Chosen People, in which they called themselves “Saints.”
The rest of England, considered them “religious dropouts.”
The Pilgrims were also not farmers, nor woodsmen; they were mostly city people and artisans that had no clue how to survive in the Wilderness. It would be like if a group of broke-hipsters decided to move to a remote jungle in South America to start their own civilization because they do not fit in with mainstream society. Yet, they don’t have money, so they take out a loan from the government to set up their little expedition.
They were not just being persecuted for religious beliefs either, they were revolutionaries who intended – and in fact, did in 1649 – overthrow the English Government.
On November 20, 1620, they landed at Cape Cod – not Plymouth Rock. A winter storm had sent them off-course and they were many miles north of their destination in Virginia. They landed in a desolated area in which the Patuxet used to live – but were completely wiped away by disease in 1617. The Pilgrims raided the land for corn, beans, and robbed the gravesites at Corn Hill to steal as much winter provisions as they could handle.
It wasn’t until another month later that they landed at Plymouth Rock. In which, the crew was decimated and the settlers were either dead or dying from starvation, malnutrition and disease. Only 53 of the remaining 102 members of this ship made it through the winter. In March, they were greeted by two English-Speaking Indians – Samoset and Squanto.
While this tale seems miraculous, in fact Plymouth Governor Bradford referred to Squanto as “a special instrument sent from God.” However, it was not that simple.
Squanto had been captured in 1605 and sold into slavery in England, in which he was forced to learn English. Then they sent him back to America, only to serve as a guide for the explorers to further ravage his land. In 1614, he was captured again and shipped to Spain. This time “rescued” by friars who tried to control the slaves and convert them to Christianity. He jump-shipped again and made his way back to his homeland in 1619, only to see that every member of his tribe had perished to disease. Hence, Squanto was the last living Patuxet and was forced to live with the nearby Wampanoag.
This is the man that helped the Pilgrims survive – enslaved twice, forced to learn English, attempted to be forced to convert to Christianity, then to return home and find everyone he loved was dead. If it were not for Squanto, all historians agree that the Pilgrims would have starved to death and had quite a different impact on American history.
As Governor Bradford explained:
“Squanto continued with them and was their interpreter and was a special instrument sent of God for their good beyond their expectation. He directed them how to set their corn, where to take fish, and to procure other commodities, and was also their pilot to bring them to unknown places for their profit, and never let them till he died.”
The Pilgrims were living in dirt-covered shelters, had no food, and nearly half of them had died during the winter. They obviously needed help and the two men were a welcome sight. Squanto, who probably knew more English than any other Indian in North America at that time, decided to stay with the Pilgrims for the next few months and teach them how to survive in this new place.
Squanto had orchestrated a treaty between the Pilgrims and Indians to protect each other from neighboring tribes.
By Fall of 1621, things had greatly improved for the Pilgrims. They put together a feast to celebrate their harvest – a common custom of the day in all parts of the world. This was celebrated back in Europe for many years, as well as the local tribes had six different “Thanksgiving” feasts throughout the year.
As they Pilgrims were shooting their guns in the air – likely with a mixture of the hefty amounts of alcohol they consumed – they were met by ninety or more Wampanoags. As the story goes, they invited the Indians to join them. However, it is more likely that the Indians rushed over to see what all the gunfire was about and then were asked to join. They had a three-day feast, in which the Indians provided the majority of the food.
This was never called “Thanksgiving” and it was not the beginning of some beautiful friendship, in which they all lived happily ever after. In fact, it never happened again. This was the first, and only, time that they got together in peace. The true “First Thanksgiving” was a much bloodier hell on Earth which tells the tale of the next 400 years for the Native Americans.
The “First Thanksgiving”
It is hard to tell the true intention of the first Pilgrims at Plymouth as they were severely outnumbered and had no means of survival in the New World. Once word was spread about the Paradise out West, more and more religious zealots, known as Puritans, came sweeping across the shores of America.
Once they arrived, they noticed no fences around the land and considered it all to be public domain. They were not in as great need of help from the Natives, as the original Pilgrims, and the friendship between the two weakened rapidly. Soon, the Pilgrims were demeaning the Indians for their religious beliefs and the children of those who shared this majestic meal together were killing each other in the next generation’s King Phillip’s War.
That is the foundation of America’s idea of “freedom.” We want freedom for ourselves, but not for those who do not look, think, act, and believe as we do. In the Declaration of Independence it is stated that “All Men Are Created Equal” but each of the founding fathers were slave-owners who valued white supremacy and favored Indian genocide. They didn’t want equality, they just wanted equality from the British, but the oppression they did to African-Americans, Indians, and Women was completely acceptable.
The Pilgrims were religious bigots who saw themselves as the “chosen elect” and first planned to purify themselves and then anyone who did not accept their interpretation of scripture. They believed they were fighting a holy war against Satan. In a “Thanksgiving” sermon in 1623, Maher the Elder gave special thanks for destroying “chiefly young men and children, the very seeds of increase, thus cleaning the forests to make way for a better growth.” Yes, thanking the Lord for giving smallpox to the same Wampanoag that saved them from starvation two years prior.
In 1637, as stated in the opening paragraphs of this article, the first Thanksgiving was held to celebrate the systematic slaughtering of the “heathen savages.” These killings become more and more, as the settlers went from village to village wiping out generations of tribes. With each “victory” they would hold days of thanksgiving feasts for each successful massacre.
During the next century, the Tribes continued to get pushed further West. The likes of Lord Jeffrey Amherst intentionally gave smallpox-infested blankets to tribes in the early forms of biological warfare. Whereas, the 1756 Indian Scalp Act paid out bounties for the scalps of Indian men, women, and children.
This continued up through the French-Indian War in which the British defeated the Indian-French allies; but proclaimed that the settlers can not go West of the Appalachian Mountains – not because they grew a heart for the Indians –but because it would be too hard to manage the settlers which would soon revolt against the Kingdom.
Even during the Revolutionary War, there were Days of Thanksgiving honored after a victory against the British. Until George Washington suggested that there is only one day of Thanksgiving set aside per year, rather than after each massacre.
The “Most Free Country on Earth”
After being declared a “free country,” the savagery continued. President Andrew Jackson issued the Indian Removal Act of 1830, which forced the Natives west to Oklahoma. The Cherokee removal from Tennessee became known as the infamous “Trail of Tears” in which Cherokee were slain in front of family members if they did not oblige.
As the land continued to be stolen, the Native Americans set up reservations. This land was not GIVEN to the Native Americans, it is land that THEY reserved for themselves that could not be taken from them. However, as we find out that did not seem to matter as the United States has broken every treaty ever signed with a Native American tribe.
It’s also important to understand that the government does not just hand out money “because they are Indians.” They are given money that is owed to them due to the treaties signed by the United States to purchase their land, and they settlements due to breaking every single treaty ever signed. It is not just a charity hand-out, it is part of a guilty plea.
However, false propaganda and poor educational curriculum like to inform the mainstream that we “gave the Indians reservations” and “pay them money.” This ignorance is a direct result of America not teaching their children what a treaty actually entails, or why it was signed in the first place.
In 1851, the Sioux made two treaties in which they were to be compensated with cash, food, and goods to give up over one-million acres of land to the United States, while living on the reservation. However, there were corrupt leaders in the Bureau of Indian Affairs who refused payments and gave goods out to white settlers instead. Once Minnesota became a state, Chief Little Crow took his grievances to Washington – in return, the United States took half of the land back from the Sioux and opened it up for white expansion.
Each year the situation got worse, until the summer of 1862 in which the Sioux were literally starving in these unlivable situations. This is referred to in history as the “Sioux Uprising.” They were “uprising” because you were starving them to death because of lies and broken promises.
One day a group went off the reservation hunting and stole some eggs from white settlers and eventually murdered them. The authorities in Minnesota then rounded up 303 Sioux, many of which were not involved in the uprising, and sentenced them to be hung to death. The Great Emancipator, President Abraham Lincoln issued the largest mass-killing in American history with the hanging of 38 Santee Sioux in Mankato, Minnesota. He reduced the number to 38 in fear that European nations may take the side of the South in the Civil War and exchange he promised Minnesota to kill or remove any Indians from Minnesota and pay $2 million in settlement – he only owed the Sioux$1.4 million for the land.
One year later, Congress expunged all Sioux treaties from the records, took back their reserved land and ordered the entire tribe to be expelled from Minnesota. As an incentive, a bounty of $25 was offered for the scalp of any Sioux found living in the state. In the same year, President Lincoln decided that Thanksgiving should be a Federal Holiday.
During this time, the Wild-Wild West included the likes of Custer going from camp-to-camp killing Indian women, men, and children for sport. They would burn, rape, and mutilate entire villages and were celebrated in the news as heroes. This includes his raid of the sleeping Cheyenne and their peace Chief Black Kettle, despite his previous surrender to the military and willingness to live on the reservations.
In 1890, on the Pine Ridge Reservation the Natives were practicing ghost dances, in which the military was called in and turned a peaceful dance into a massacre with another 300 dead at the hands of their conquerors.
“The people who are citizens of the U.S., these are your treaties. They aren’t just the Indians’ treaties. No one gave us anything. No one was dragging any land behind them when they came here. This was our land… As native American peoples in this red corner of Mother Earth, we have no reason to celebrate an invasion that caused the demise of so many of our people, and is still causing destruction today.” ~ Suzan Shown Harjo, the Morning Star Institute, a national Native American rights organization.
As the Sioux Wars ended, and it wasn’t as easy to deliberately kill the Indians, the Americans needed a new way to carry out genocide. They introduced the Boarding School System in 1890. This was United States Government policy that they could show up at your doorstep, take away your infants and toddlers and ship them to boarding schools hundreds of miles away. Your children were no longer yours.
At these schools they were banned to speak native languages, mocked their traditions and cultures, cut their hair, made them look American, as well as physically, emotionally, and sexually abused on a daily basis. Some children would never see their parents again. Or if they did, they had become different people.
It was a systematic eradicating of a race of people, they looked Indian but they were Americanizing them. Every Indian today is a product of this boarding school system. It peaked in the 1970s and carried into the 21st century.
In the 1950s, the United States then wanted to “re-civilize” the Indians and invited them to live back in the city. The problem is they had no money, education, or skills, and could not find work. Most of them ended up homeless or in jail.
There are volumes and volumes of dissertations written on this information listed above and it is difficult to condense it to less than a couple thousand words. (I encourage you to do you own research.) But in reading through the horrors, atrocities, genocide, and institutionalized racism enacted against the indigenous people, what is quite clear is that the label of ‘savages’ is on the wrong end.
Our society’s practice of “might is right”, consumerism, competition, separation and judgment is the opposite of how humans were designed to live. We were meant to live in harmony with each other and respect our fellow man. These ideas and values had already been in place for many years, but have been since removed by an advanced military society, but a primitive spiritual one.
“When your people came to our land, it was not with open arms, but with Bibles and guns and disease. You took our land. You killed us with your guns and disease, then had the arrogance to call us godless savages. If there is a Heaven and it is filled with Christians, than Hell is the place for me.”
Primitive spirituality and genocidal practices over the past four-hundred years have resulted in nearly 100 million deaths of indigenous people – making the Europeans the true primitive savages. Before the European invasion of the Americas, there were believed to be as many as 80-100 million native people occupying what is now the United States. According to the 2010 U.S. Census, only 5.2 million people in the U.S. identified as American Indian and Alaskan Native, either wholly or in part, and out of this total only 2.9 million people identified as solely American Indian or Alaska Native. At the time of European invasion, at least 300 different languages were spoken in addition to numerous “trade languages”. The natives of the Americas were not only “living lightly on the land”, as is so often claimed, but were engaged in landscaping, building and agriculture, trade and commerce, in addition to sustainable hunting and gathering, and of course, ancient cultural and earth-based spiritual practices — much of which has now been decimated.
When Christopher Columbus first landed in the Americas, ho entered an occupied land with force to subjugate and exterminate the civilizations that had existed for at least 30,000 years (some estimates are as high as 200,000 years), a trend that continued for several hundred years. And although he and the colonists that arrived in the years to follow have become icons of our national mythology, the result has been mass assimilation, raping, slaughtering, enslaving, and intention to wipe out all evidence of a native population of between 50 and 100 million indigenous people from the land — the greatest genocide in recorded history.
But, one day out of the year, we are able to give thanks and show gratitude as part of the traditional celebration to honor a bloody massacre.

The word convict is often used in the legal system to identify people who have been found “guilty” of a crime and is serving a sentence in prison. What most people do not know about the word convict is that there is a deeper meaning to this word. Its deeper meaning is used by the Dark Forces and their minions to mock people who were in prison or are serving a sentence in prison. After reading this article, you will know the occult definition of convict and why the legal system likes to use this word to mock convicts.
The overt definition of convict is “a person proved or declared guilty of an offense.” This definition only defines the word convict at the surface level. To find the deeper meaning of the word convict, you need to split the word into two words “con-vict” and switch them around. When you do this, the words become “vict-con”.
The Occult Definition of Convict
The prefix “vict” comes from the Latin root word vict, meaning “conquer.” It is related to the root word vinc. This is where we get the word victim from. The definition of victim is “a person who isdeceived or cheated, as by his or her own emotions or ignorance, by the dishonesty of others, or by some impersonal agency” or “a person or animal sacrificed or regarded as sacrificed”.
To connect the dots, a “con-vict” or “vict-con” is a victim of a con who has been conquered anddeceived due to his or her ignorance. This is the covert or occult definition of convict. So, what is the con? The con is the legal system. Convicts are victims of the con known as the legal system.
The legal system is a fraud because it is based on presumption and is run by a bunch of criminalsthat are using it to con people to pay them money, and therefore it is a con system. Most people who are in prison are in prison because they have been conned by the legal system. The legal system mocks them by calling them convicts. Are you starting to see the big picture here?
For proof of that the legal system is a big fat fraud, read these three articles titled Federal Tax Case Shows Evidence the U.S. Legal System is a Fraud, 32 Shocking Facts About the Legal System that They Don’t Want You to Know, and Proof that the USA is Controlled by Foreign Corporations.
The Hidden Role of Judges
Judges are Jesuit priests. Their hidden role is to charge you with something, so that you can be used as a battery to charge the corporations (corpses or dead entities) of the Dark Forces (groups of demons) and their New World Order. For strong evidence of this, read my empowering article titledThe Esoteric Definition of Battery.
Did you know the word corporation (corp-o-ration) has the wordcorpse in it, and therefore its hidden definition is “a dead body“. The word corporation can also be written as corp. Phonetically, the root word corp sounds similar to the word corpse, which is defined as “a dead body, usually of a human being.” Do you still need more evidence? According to Black’s Law Dictionary 6th Edition, a corporation is “an artificial person or legal entity created by or under the authority of the laws of a state.” Anartificial person is considered a dead entity, because it does not exist in the real world.
Have you ever wondered why judges wear black robes? The black robe uniform is the symbol representing a Jesuit priest that worships the god Saturn. During the ancient times, Saturn was associated with the god of law and justice. Today, many secret societies still worship Saturn as the god of law and justice.
According to Jordan Maxwell, the symbol that was used in the religious context for Saturn was the square and its symbolic color was black. This is why judges wear a black robe. It is their way of showing respect to Saturn, the god of law and justice. Whether judges realize it or not, they are religious priests who have been brainwashed by the Dark Forces to cast dark magic spells on people when they are in court.
The legal system is saturated with dark magic. This is why the letter that the court used to notify you to appear in court is called a summons letter. What do witches do when they need to call spirits to appear in front of them? They summon them! They did not call it a summons letter by accident. A lot of court documents also have seals on them.
These seals are sigils that are used for real magic rituals. Be aware that magic can be used for good or evil purposes.
Did You Know Bar Attorneys are Templar Agents?
As for attorneys, especially Bar attorneys, they are Templar agents. These agents are committing crimes in the USA, Canada, Australia, and other certain countries under the guise and color of law. Bar attorneys work for the same secret organizations (the Crown of England and the Crown Temple) that tried to enslave the American people in the 1700s.
These two secret organizations were heavily involved in the killing of Americans during the American War of Independence. Today, the Crown of England and the Crown Temple still have the same dark agendas. Unfortunately, they have already taken over the court and political system of the USA over 100 years ago. These two secret organizations are controlled by the Vatican, which is the religious center for the Dark Forces.
People who work for the legal system are unknowingly or knowingly abetting FRAUD. This system is run by a bunch of CRIMINALS working for the CROWN OF ENGLAND, the CROWN TEMPLE, and the VATICAN. Because of this, nearly all judges and Bar attorneys are traitors to the human race. However, there are some judges and attorneys who are working for the legal system, because they want to learn how it really works, so that they can expose the corruption in the legal system and teach others how to prevent it from enslaving the human race. To find good solutions to a problem, you need to be aware of it and know how it works.

Could the very plant that for decades was accused of “frying” users’ brains be far superior to pharmaceuticals in treating the “incurable” neurodegenerative condition known as Parkinson’s disease?
Despite the political controversy surrounding medical marijuana use in the country, research has begun to emerge showing that a component of this plant known as cannabidiol (CBD), and which does not have the controversial psychoactive properties associated with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), may have a wide range of therapeutic applications, including treating conditions that are refractory to conventional drug-based approaches.
One such condition is Parkinson’s disease, to which there is, at present, no effective conventional treatment. In fact, the primary treatment involves dopamine increasing drugs that also increase a neurotoxic metabolite known as with 6-hydroxy-dopamine, and which therefore can actually accelerate the progression of the disease. This is why natural alternatives that are safe, effective, and backed up by scientific evidence, are so needed today. Thankfully, preclinical research on cannabidiol has already revealed some promising results, including two studies in animal models of Parkinson’s disease (PD) assessing its neuroprotective properties:
“In the first one, Lastres-Becker et al. (2005) showed that the administration of CBD counteracted neurodegeneration caused by the injection of 6-hydroxy-dopamine in the medial prosencephalic bundle, an effect that could be related to the modulation of glial cells and to antioxidant effects (Lastres- Becker et al., 2005). In the next year, Garcia-Arencibia et al. (2007) tested many cannabinoid compounds following the lesion of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra with 6-hydroxy-dopamine and found that the acute administration of CBD seemed to have a neuroprotective action; nonetheless, the administration of CBD one week after the lesion had no significant effects (Garcia-Arencibia et al., 2007). This study also pointed to a possible antioxidant effect with the upregulation of mRNA of the enzyme Cu-Zn-superoxide dismutase following the administration of CBD.”
In addition to these animal studies, the following three human clinical trials have been conducted to evaluate cannabidiol’s neuroprotective effects.
The study found that cannabidiol protects against the neurotoxin known as MPP(+), which is widely believed to be responsible for the damage to the dopamine-producing cells in the substania nigra of Parkison’s patients, by preventing neuronal cell death and inducing neuritogenesis (a neuro-regenerative process for repairing damaged neurons). This mechanism was found to be independent of the neural growth factor (NGF) pathway, even though it involves NGF receptors. Cannabidiol was also found to increase the expression of axonal and synaptic proteins. The study concluded that CBD’s neuroprotective properties might be of benefit to Parkinson’s disease patients.
For additional research on how cannabis can contribute to mitigating neurodegenerative diseasesread our article, “Marijuana Compound Found Superior To Drugs For Alzheimer’s,” and peruse the cannabis research database on GreenMedInfo.com. Also, for an extensive set of data on natural interventions for Parkinson’s disease, view our database on the topic: Parkinson’s disease research. What’s with this anything goes atmosphere we’ve been swept into when it comes to governmental, economic and societal behavior?
What happened? How did this darkened, backwards world become the “new normal” everyone seems to have accepted, with nary a whimper of complaint? Where did this come from, and in what world are we now living?
It’s very much like being in a well lit room when someone waltzes in and hits the dimmer, which before you know it has been gradually turned down to almost zero visibility.
And apparently the tables were turned when the lights went out.
Our Current Dystopian Nightmare
Governments do as they please without regard for due process of law or public opinion, never mind the consequences; bankers run roughshod over nations and populations with abject impunity, extorting everything they can get and then insist they get bailed out – and are; Wall Street and corporations openly cheat, steal and manipulate with complete abandon and in plain sight with zero accountability.
There are no consequences for wrongdoings, no serious protests, logical investigations or punishment – no nothing. All while the whirled around us unravels before our eyes.
Now add to this dystopian nightmare militarized police and swat teams indiscriminately murdering innocent civilians without consequence; the environment getting trashed by geoengineering and radiation while the media and authorities won’t even acknowledge it is happening; and all the while psychopathic fascist war mongers murder millions in their march to conquer the world under the Orwellian banner of democracy and freedom supposedly against their own completely fabricated, amorphous threat of terrorism.
I know you’ve heard all this before but let’s get some context – the makeover of our planet is absolutely shocking when you stand back and see it for what it is.
They Operate in the Shadows
When the lights are out, elements operate “under the cover of darkness.” Ring a bell? Who works under those conditions? The word that comes to mind is “stealth”.
Wikipedia’s synonym entry says this about stealth:
synonyms: furtiveness, secretiveness, secrecy, surreptitiousness, sneakiness, slyness, covertness, stealthiness, clandestineness
“what they could not accomplish by violence or chicanery they would have to accomplish by stealth”.
This is what we’re up against and the nature of the powers that shouldn’t be.
“Cui Bono” (Who Benefits) When the Lights Are Out?
I remember when one unlawful police shooting of a civilian was headlines and didn’t disappear until the culprit got his due. War crimes were top news until addressed. The public wouldn’t have it otherwise. There was a moral backbone, however compromised or manipulated at the time. It was nothing like this surreal place we’re living in now.
Today? Outright torture is publicly justified, entire genocides don’t get reported, crooked bankers and financial scammers run free and collect bonuses, while homicidal police are put on “leave” at best.
Who did this? It’s pretty plain to see if you apply the same old trusty formula – cui bono? Who benefits? Well, the usual suspects who are riding herd on humanity.
Clever little bastards these psychopathic termites are. But we’re on to them.
This list is long how much things have changed for the worse. Of course we the people are being blamed as the problem – our CO2 emissions, bad consumer habits, terrorist like reactionary “Patriotic” sovereign leanings, voicing dissent, and objective journalism – all are now “bad elements.”
That’s about as topsy-turvy as you can get.
The Orwellian World is Here
People are making a mistake when they say we’re “becoming” an Orwellian society or “evolving” into Huxley’s Brave New World. They’re both here. Full on surveillance and meta data tracking and a fully drugged, media mastered society are not what’s coming – they’re here.
In fact, so much is in place humanity is almost beckoning the final New World Order they once dreaded, in a sort of trance like awe-stricken fixation reinforced by what they see continually around them as inescapable, logical conclusions to what they’ve witnessed.
This is very serious stuff. And there’s a reason people won’t face up to it.
As I said 4 years ago in Dazed Lemmings Can’t Bridge The Reality Gap:
Sensory Overload and the Ostrich Effect
As the gap between reality and manipulated public perception grows, it may just be too big a leap for many at this point. Having been dumbed-down and unresponsive for so long, it’s too much for them to take in.
Sad, but again, that’s the projected reality that many unconsciously adopt.
Hey, why wake up when everything’s such a bummer? That’s the underlying mentality. The thing is, this is a conditioned response. Overload and recoil. And it’s been going on a long, long time.
Why? Like the dumbing down effect of not just the manipulated media but fluoride and chemtrails and adulterated food, it eventually suppresses natural responses. When the real alert presents itself, the subject will not be able to react and protect himself.
Why all the dramatic end of the world sci-fi movies? Why the emphasis on violence and horror movies and graphic, destructive wars? Why does the news major on the bad events of the day? Why the combative gladiator sports, emphasis on technology instead of humanity, and mind-numbing crass consumerism and sexualization of society?
This is deliberate social engineering, and that’s the biggie.
It’s all engineered..and that’s the last thing most people want to realize.
And it usually is.
So We’re Here – Now What?
Number one, we still have many freedoms, and we need to “make hay while the sun shines”. The internet is still open, we can still move about relatively freely, and we can still communicate on a variety of levels. If we don’t take full advantage of this and rush the breach with all that is in us we will rue the day some time in the very near future.
Our effect has been enormous in throwing off and delaying many of their plans. Sure they always come up with something else but that requires regrouping and replanning, which clearly results in hasty decisions and botched operations as we’re seeing in the past several years of blown false flag operations, as only one clear example.
It matters. And we need to hit it hard right now. Besides other solutions, I’m convinced there is a large number of so-called insiders who have had enough and want out, and are ready to tell the truth in one form or another. We need to find and encourage them. Flood outlets you think may still have honest reporters, politicians with even an ounce of integrity, corporate and banking stooges in the middle and lower levels who’ve tasted the abusive game and want out – as well as to expose the truth of what’s going.
It’s sure worth a shot. In the meantime make your own noise, stick it to your local officials for their participation in this takeover. Shake the stupor and induced indifference, buck the tide and stand up for what is right like you never have before.
Cowardice is an endemic disease – born, bred and encouraged by the very system we despise and want to throw off. It’s a result of believing the fear propaganda and putting ourselves and our personal security above what is right and best for humanity.
Don’t let it squelch your spirit.
Rise. The hour is late…but not over. We say when it’s over.
And it’ll be them who are over.
Much love, Zen
Michael Forrester, Prevent Disease
Yes, you. Not the environment, your mother’s genes or your junk food diet. Everything in your body that you see manifested as form and phenomena comes from the vibrations within your body which then give rise to either health or disease. What we feel–our emotions coordinate our biochemical, cellular and complete physiological states our entire lives. In other words, the cause of all disease is not tangible at all. Our outlook on life and how we feel about ourselves may be the most relevant health predictor of all.
Many people are already familiar with the fact that emotional stress can lead to digestive issues, irritable bowel syndrome, tension and headaches, but many may not be aware that can also cause other physical illnesses such as cancer, cardiovascular disease and even symptoms of severe chronic pain.
More subtly, one might develop psychosomatic symptoms or stress-related symptoms because of unresolved emotional issues. These are not new discoveries; researchers have studied the mind/body interrelationship for several decades because of the importance of this link.
Researchers around the world are slowly integrating research on how our energetic and emotional states cause health and/or disease. How we connect emotionally to our overall wellness and wellbeing may indeed be more relevant than any supplement, food, exercise, medical intervention or health treatment.
Pain is Both Physical and Emotional, But Healing Emotionally Can Eliminate Physical Pain
Pain, of course, is always both a physical and an emotional experience. There are direct neural connections via the brain stem and spinal cord. The circulatory and lymphatic systems also carry neurotransmitters (hormones and immune cells) that find receptor sites in the brain which feedback and modulate the links between brain and body. In this way, every cell in the body – every cell — is linked into the nervous system and as such, can be sensed and felt, whether or not we allow ourselves to be aware of this psychobiological fact.
With a physical pain, there is an obvious link between the psychological experience of pain and an awareness of a physical location in the body. The pain seems to come from an elbow, or a toe, or a hip. Weirdly, we can feel the physical pain in that location even though most, but not all, of the processing is going on in the brain. The neural, blood, and immune pathways between brain and body are tagged with body location information, beginning in the spinal cord and with successively more specific tagging up through the brain stem and thalamus, each adding another layer of redundancy and complexity, until the experience becomes conscious and further identified as “mine” in the insula, parietal, and motor cortices. The marvel of the nervous system is that even though body sense awareness is largely a creation of cortical complexity, we feel in 3-D: the pain is “in” my knee, that object is “out there” in space, etc.
So, with this kind of logic, we can come back to the neural similarities between emotional and physical pain. If the similarity is not just in the brain but in the body, it’s perfectly reasonable to ask: Where does an emotional pain hurt? If there really is an economy of pain networks that includes both physical and emotional pain, and if physical pain has a body location, then this simple syllogism leads to the conclusion that emotional pain must have a physical location in the body.
Feelings of insecurity get the heart and the breath out of synch and activate the sympathetic nervous system as if we were dealing with a threat (elevated heart rate and blood pressure), and can create a sense of unease in the chest, and even pain. People who have been hurt by others often have retracted chests and downcast postures, which are muscular ways of protecting the heart and closing off the self from fully engaging with others for fear of being hurt again. And people in insecure relationships are more likely to have cardiovascular (and other health) problems than those who are more secure.
Vibration is Energy
Every type of energy has a different vibrational frequency. For example, water has one, and when it turns to ice, it has a different vibration. When it turns to vapour, the vibration changes again. Sound waves have their own frequency of vibration. Of all these, thought vibration is the strongest. Most of our thoughts we turn into words — spoken words — and these words we put into action. Action when repeated again and again, form our habits, is it not? And our very nature, our character, is determined by our habits. Every tomorrow that we wake up is then determined by our nature and character.
The human genome is packed with at least four million gene switches that reside in bits of DNA that once were dismissed as “junk” but it turns out that so-called junk DNA plays critical roles in controlling how cells, organs and other tissues behave. The discovery, considered a major medical and scientific breakthrough, has enormous implications for human health and consciousness because many complex diseases appear to be caused by tiny changes in hundreds of gene switches.
As scientists delved into the “junk” — parts of the DNA that are not actual genes containing instructions for proteins — they discovered a complex system that controls genes. At least 80 percent of this DNA is active and needed. Another 15-17 percent has higher functions scientists are still decoding.
The Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev and his colleagues also explored the vibrational behavior of the DNA. The bottom line was: “Living chromosomes function just like solitonic/holographic computers using the endogenous DNA laser radiation.” This means that they managed for example to modulate certain frequency patterns onto a laser ray and with it influenced the DNA frequency and thus the genetic information itself. Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline pairs and of language (as explained earlier) are of the same structure, no DNA decoding is necessary.
This finally and scientifically explains why affirmations, autogenous training, hypnosis and the like can have such strong effects on humans and their bodies. It is entirely normal and natural for our DNA to react to language. While western researchers cut single genes from the DNA strands and insert them elsewhere, the Russians enthusiastically worked on devices that can influence the cellular metabolism through suitable modulated radio and light frequencies and thus repair genetic defects.
Physical Pain Is A Warning Sign of Emotional Trauma
Often, physical pain functions to warn a person that there is still emotional work to be done, and it can also be a sign of unresolved trauma in the nervous system. Even if one has grieved and processed the emotional impact of a trauma, the nervous system might still unwittingly be in survival mode.
Maggie Phillips, author of Reversing Chronic Pain, writes: “Whether or not trauma was connected to the event or condition that originated their pain, having a chronic pain condition is traumatizing in and of itself.”
Each body area has a language as to what the organs do, the muscles, the nerves, etc. When a condition occurs in the body in a localized area, it’s to help us discover what we might need to change in order to keep “homeostasis” in our emotions, mental reasoning, and spiritual living.
Depending on whether we are happy, sad or angry, we havephysiological sensations that are located in different areas of the body. We overlook this reality from one day to the next (the famous “lump in the breast” generated by anxiety, the feeling of warmth that pervades our face and our cheeks particularly when we feel the shame…), and do not consciously realize how much the location of these body areas activated by our emotions and how they vary considerably depending on the nature of the emotion.
In a work published in the journal Proceedings of The National Academy of Sciences under the title“Bodily maps of emotions”, Finnishscientists for the first time mapped areas of the body activated according to each emotion (happiness, sadness, anger, etc). The researchers proposed that emotions represented in the somatosensory system are culturally universal categorical somatotopic maps. Perception of these emotion-triggered bodily changes may play a key role in generating consciously felt emotions.
We Believe We Must Be First Diseased, Suffer and Then Treated To Live
The power structure that controls the disease industry understands these concepts very well. That is why from the time we are born, until the time we die, they want to control this emotional energy matrix. From the very first vaccine to the very last dosage of medication on our deathbeds (and everything in between), we have been conditioned to accept that external factors and disease treatments are what can help control our pain and suffering.
This is true to a certain extent as we are led down a path to believe that we must suffer and must experience pain to live, so we must then engage in pain coping mechanisms in the form of medications to keep living. It’s just one of the reasons that a greater life expectancy has come at an enormous cost in the quality of life of our elders, for they are suffering with more pain and greater disability than ever before in last 15 years of life. What controls pain is thought and our perception of what it is we feel.
Because we are not taught the importance and power of thought, we have never consciously been in control of them, with the result that when unpleasant things enter our life, we do not realize the connection between the thought-vibration and the effect it has on us. Uplifting thoughts allow us to elevate our consciousness and awareness; non-inspiring thoughts tend to drag us down.
It should come as no surprise to anyone that every part of our physical body vibrates at a precise frequency. Thoughts that are not in harmony or in “sync” with our body cause impedance to our health. All organs, all tissues, membranes, glands, cells, vibrate in precise frequencies in a healthy body. All positive, inspiring, loving and kind thoughts are in harmony with those physical vibrations and help to continue to keep the body in perfect health, with the circulation of the blood going to all the necessary parts of the body, with the digestion working perfectly and the body able to correctly and easily eliminate toxins and waste matter, also allowing proper refreshing sleep to the body.
Unify and Harmony Within
For every effect there is a cause, so when there is enough human intent and energy towards health, love and respect towards ourselves and our planet, we will only create a better world and a better life for all people on Earth.
Start by loving yourself, who you are and why you are here experiencing this life. It’s not a coincidence. You designed it. So take responsibility for your wonderful creation. If you want to change your experience, send out the message and the universe will respond.
To the trained eye of a gardener, the symptom of withering leaves is not a dreadful disease. He recognizes that the dehydrated state of these leaves is but a direct consequence of withdrawn nourishment that they need in order to sustain themselves and the rest of the plant. We must recognize the symptoms of imbalance and dysfunction within ourselves before they even have a chance to produce disease.
Disease is the absence of health…darkness is the absence of light. Health is not the absence of disease. Light is not the absence of darkness.

Welcome to dystopia – where anything goes as long as it’s according to plan. Not a natural one, but a fabricated design. This obviously staged and protracted hysteria in Paris is the latest of a long line of manufactured events intended to throw humanity into complete disorientation and vulnerablity.
This is what social engineering is all about, creating an atmosphere where whatever meme or intentioned mechanism they wish to introduce into the ongoing narrative is most readily received.
It has long been known that a state of anxiety and fear is most conducive to human entrainment. Manipulators have used this for eons when exercising their control systems on populations. Today in this full spectrum war on humanity they use the term “strategy of tension” in the geopolitical realm. This is the modus operandi of intelligence agencies as exemplified in the infamousOperation Gladioset in place in Europe following WW2, provocateurs of which have since been behind virtually every supposed terror attack dating back to the 40’s in order to keep Europe destabilized.
This is now a global phenomenon because it apparently works so well.
Paris is just such an attack. The ensuing war propaganda and mandated weapons budget increases tell you exactly who is behind these attacks, along with the state crackdowns on citizens that also accompany each of these operations. 9/11 is the most glaring example, and is apparently the template they’ve since followed due to its enormous effectiveness. The Paris operation mimicked it almost to a T.
Wearing Down the Human Psyche
Media madness overload is once again suffocating the airwaves, and it has a very profound effect. This is why they have to prop up and reaffirm this massive scare tactic by filling the streets with military assets, images of which are plastered around the world. Curfews and extreme control measures are concurrently set in place to further buttress this meme.
This gives it all a sense of tactile reality and massively reinforces the so-called reality they’ve imposed.
What happens with these crushing onslaughts of propaganda and shows of force over time is a kind of mental and psychological weariness and even breakdown, causing further acquiescence to the maneuvers of the state. This is why those who haven’t been armed ahead of time with how these minions operate become even more adamant that all of this manufactured nonsense is real and that the wars and controls are justified, despite that fact of it being staged is so glaringly obvious to the informed.
Hyped News and Migration Madness
Add to this the so-called onslaught of middle eastern migrants, supposedly infiltrated by mad murderers capable of such carnage as the Paris event. The US, of course, is further hyping this hysteria in every way possible, including saying ISIS is targeting a myriad of US cities with even tactical nuclear weapons. And for some unknown reason, armed and guarded military bases are being “robbed” of their weapons and materials while others are simply “lost”.
Really? How people can fall for all of this escapes me.
But how’s all of this going to sit with people? All the while economies continue to tumble, people are having very real income issues as the globalists’ minions tighten the screws, and markets are in a supposed near crash status, all while the looming threat of World War 3 rattles regularly in the news.
One thing we need to learn to do is to never take the news at face value. Never. How many migrants really are flooding into Europe, or even the US? Not to minimize this massive agenda to further destabilize every nation they can, but how do we really know what is really transpiring?
Just look at how much war “news” is found to be completely unfounded. And how many elements of these many false flag attacks turned out to be completely fabricated, with no evidence to back up their wildly sensational claims, never mind the many phony crisis actors they’ve put into the mix.
We have to be very careful what we take in as fact, as once we do that we’re susceptible to draw opinions and conclusions that may be off base and even playing into the hysteria programming. This is exactly what we witness happening to the general public, but remember there are many levels they work on.
It helps greatly to take a step back and observe all of this objectively and in a detached manner. After all, we are now living in a full on Orwellian state, in case you haven’t noticed.
Most people of the world are nowhere near any of this confusion going on. It’s a reality they take on from their television set and transpose to their own world. Governments around the world do the same, mimicking the moves of the larger more powerful nation states despite not experiencing the same issues and challenges.
This of course creates just the climate they want and makes the social environment much more conducive for the programs they wish to institute.
One only needs to look at Hollywood for the power of reality creation. Language is affected, dress styles change, ethics and morals are thrown completely off kilter, consumerism is directed, daily lives are altered by new fears and imposed concerns – the list is long. Governments and their propaganda arm called the mass media are exactly the same. It’s a known fact that the CIA and other hidden influences have infiltrated both Hollywood and the government for many decades influencing if not directing most of what we consume as both news and entertainment.
As CIA Director (1981-1987) William Casey famously said:
“We’ll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false.”
Let that sink in. People have tried to debunk this and other telling quotes of late but this has been thoroughly validated. (Link)
In other words, everything we’re being told is a lie, in one shape or form or another. If the so-called facts aren’t bogus, the context is twisted. If there is some truth to something, it’s being used to soften people up for the lie. Propaganda is the art of manipulation and they work hard at it.
The whirled we’re being told exists is nothing more than an imaginarium, a tale told by idiot would-be controllers who play with humanity like mice in a pen. The underlying problem, as well as potential solution, is that we are the ones who make it real by believing it.
Get Conscious and Shake It Off
It is this bad out there. But only in their projected world. Most people are caring individuals trying to do their best in life, loving their families and being good friends and neighbors. Where you’ll find society seriously degraded is in areas where the mind pollution has taken root and they’re mimicking the parasitic and selfish behaviors they’re picking up from the various forms of polluted media and infiltrated education.
America is not the world, nor the standard to live up to for everyone on this planet. Most can see the contamination and abject degradation and destructive nature of the American way of life. It’s clear to many that they’ve been corralled into it over a long period of time and have now become what they’ve consumed.
As the adage goes, “You are what you eat.” That goes for consuming propaganda as well.
It’s time people woke up to this insanity. It’s happening, but it’s a process. The would be controllers are making plenty of mistakes and seriously bungling almost all of these operations if people would look at the real facts. But we need to get that information out there where more can easily find it as much as possible. Keep hitting local media outlets with solid well researched information, surely there are some inside that have the cajones to finally stick their necks out with the truth. We have to find them.
Meanwhile, stay clear of all this – clear headed and clear hearted. Don’t let them pollute you with this toxic fear porn and ensuing manipulation.
The world they’re attempting to make us manifest is up to us to either believe, or shirk.
When we do see it for the imaginarium that it is, it has absolutely no power over us.
Much love, Zen

Depression is epidemic in our society, and the mainstream solution is a trip to the psychiatrist and anindefinite prescription for pharmaceuticals. Dependent on psychotropic drugs to get by is no way to live, and in the search for happiness, both individuals, doctors and scientists alike are beginning to crack the code of depression, and to question if the pharmacutical solution even works.
George Slavich, a clinical psychologist at the University of California in Los Angeles, has for decades been working to learn more about how our bodies and our minds work, or don’t work, together to regulate the emotional system and mood. His findings have led him to the conclusion thatdepression is not a condition that is isolated in the mind, and that the body may play a primary role in causing or preventing depression.
“I don’t even talk about it as a psychiatric condition any more. It does involve psychology, but it also involves equal parts of biology and physical health.” –George Slavich
Is Depression All in the Mind?
A simple observation about life has formed the foundation of his conclusions, and that is, ‘everyone feels miserable when they are ill.‘ Labeled ‘sickness behavior,’ the common symptoms of feeling tired, irritable, bored, fed up, and not wanting to move, these symptoms looked a lot like depression to Slavich, who wondered if there might be a common cause for these symptoms for both people who are ill, and for people who are suffering from depression.
“The answer to that seems to be yes, and the best candidate so far is inflammation – a part of the immune system that acts as a burglar alarm to close wounds and call other parts of the immune system into action. A family of proteins called cytokines sets off inflammation in the body, and switches the brain into sickness mode.” [Source]
If this is true, and there is mounting evidence to support his theory, then, treating depression withfoods that fight inflammation may very well be far more effective in treating anxiety and depression than expensive addictions to dangerous pharmaceuticals, many of which have been linked to terrible side-effects such as suicide and even psychotic rages that spur violent episodes such as school and public mass shootings.
“Both cytokines and inflammation have been shown to rocket during depressive episodes, and – in people with bipolar – to drop off in periods of remission. Healthy people can also be temporarily put into a depressed, anxious state when given a vaccine that causes a spike in inflammation. Brain imaging studies of people injected with a typhoid vaccine found that this might be down to changes in the parts of the brain that process reward and punishment.
If cytokines and inflammation are seen to rise dramatically during depressive episodes, then it may very well be that this is a crucial piece in understanding these emotional conditions and why the mind simply cannot seize control over thought processes and force itself to feel happy. The next question then becomes, ‘what is causing such serious inflammation in the first place?’
Interestingly, researcher Turhan Canli of Stony Brook University in New York believes that the source of inflammation is related to infections, and he thinks we should consider re-labeling depression as an infectious, although not contagious, disease, instead of a mental disorder.
He may be onto something, but other researchers have pointed out that infection is not the only way for inflammation to set in, and that foods and foods ant toxic environmental agents may play a role.
“A diet rich in trans fats and sugar has been shown to promote inflammation, while a healthy one full of fruit, veg and oily fish helps keep it at bay. Obesity is another risk factor, probably because body fat, particularly around the belly, stores large quantities of cytokines.” [Soure]
To support this theory, several clinical trials have so far found that antidepressants when supplemented with anti-inflammatory medicines both improve symptoms and increases the likelihood that a patient will respond to treatment. Two supplements that show tremendous promise for naturally fighting inflammation are curcurmin, an extract of the potent rhizome turmeric, and omega3 fatty acids, both of which are commonly available over-the-counter.
If this really is the key to unlocking depression, then the best solution, both to prevent it and to fight it if it becomes a health problem, might very well be food instead of antidepressants. This gives individuals much more control over their health, but will the corrupt pharmaceutical industry allow food to be presented as an alternative to their medications?

Finland’s school system is swiftly becoming the envy of the world, primarily because of their willingness to experiment with alternatives to formal education to discover if different methods and approaches work better than the strict government controlled academic model. Teaching is a highly valued profession in this Northern European nation, and all over the world teachers come to Finland to tour Finnish schools in order to improve their work at home.
The fact of the matter is that teaching is such a prized job in Finland that students excel because many of them are striving to become teachers.
“For a small, agrarian and relatively poor nation, educating all of its youth equally well was seen as the best way to catch up with other industrialised countries, according to Pasi Sahlberg, a Finnish educationist at Harvard who has done much to popularise Finland’s methods abroad.” [Source]
Finland’s emphasis on the importance of educators is nothing that has happened over night. As early as the 70’s and 80’s, their public education system was highly regulated and controlled by government, much like what we presently see in the US, stifling education and creating an atmosphere not conducive to learning. However in the 90’s a new era of education emergedin Finland, representing a return to traditional Finnish values of placing high importance on educating the youth.
“…from the early 90s, consciously set out to create a new culture of education characterised by trust between educational authorities and schools, local control, professionalism and autonomy. Schools became responsible for their own curriculum planning and student assessment, while state inspections were abandoned. This required teachers to have high academic credentials and be treated like professionals.” [Source]
A new academy for training teachers has opened up, The Normal Lyceum in Helsinki, and the program may be one of the most unique models in the world, using a didactic approach and giving student teachers more time to understand the depths of teaching. Research-based education training is really the key to what makes Finnish teachers so good: they are taught to take teaching very seriously. The new academy is sought after by so many budding professionals that only 7% of applicants are accepted.
“Teachers in Finland are autonomous professionals, respected for making a difference to young people’s lives.” – Pasi Sahlberg, a Finnish educationist at Harvard who has done a great deal to popularize Finnish methods abroad.
Simply put, Finland’s teachers are better than everyone else’s because the government and the people of the nation have developed a strong revere for this most important of professions and consider teacher training to be of utmost importance.
Can you imagine a world where teachers and educators are more influential and important to society than investment bankers and politicians?

It turns out, there are at least nine senses and most researchers think there are more like twenty-one or so. Just for reference, the commonly held definition of a “sense” is “any system that consists of a group of sensory cell types that respond to a specific physical phenomenon and that corresponds to a particular group of regions within the brain where the signals are received and interpreted.
The commonly held human senses are as follows:
The TTIP is under fire for a wide number of reasons. Everything from Intellectual Property Rights, GMO’s, stopping the harmful effects of fracking, ;pharmaceutical drug company monopolies and internet surveillance are major concerns for anyone living in Europe at this time of TTIP negotiations. In fact, the TTIP, or Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership has faced massive opposition from people all over Europe and indeed the world, including over 50,000 protesters in Germany in early 2015. Similarly, a European Anti-TTIP petition launched in 2014 gained over 1 million signatures in just two months, showing great opposition from an informed European public.
The TTIP would create loopholes that if passed, would allow for genetically modified foods from America to flood European markets despite the EU’s current ban. The agreement would also expand fracking in Europe, compromising citizen health as well as the environment for the sake of corporate profit.
This is all achieved through something called the Investor State Dispute Settlement mechanism (ISDS), which is included in the TTIP agreement. This mechanism would allow corporations to take entire countries to “private international tribunals” if they pass a law which undermines their “expected future profits”. This means that if GMO labeling or fracking restrictions interfere with a company’s figures, that country will be taken to a secret international court, tried and forced to compensate for their loss. In other words, the European TTIP and American TPP agreements are the end of democracy and the beginning of total corporate dominance of our planet and lives.
This monster agreement isn’t being taken “as is” without a fight, however. France’s Secretary of State for Foreign Trade Matthias Fekl and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker have both spoken out against the Investor State Dispute Settlement mechanism (ISDS) section of the treaty.
EurActiv France reports:
“Matthias Fekl, France’s Secretary of State for Foreign Trade, has made it clear that France will not support the inclusion of the Investor State Dispute Settlement mechanism (ISDS) in a potential TTIP agreement. The ISDS is a point of heated debate between the EU and the United States … ‘France did not want the ISDS to be included in the negotiation mandate,’ Matthias Fekl told the French Senate. ‘We have to preserve the right of the state to set and apply its own standards, to maintain the impartiality of the justice system and to allow the people of France, and the world, to assert their values”
All of this was reported exactly one year before the attacks in Paris on Nov 13, 2015.
Unfortunately, this agreement is kept so secret that only specific pieces have been leaked out to the public. Knowing as much as we do, it certainly is a good sign that France’s Matthias Fekl opposed the TTIP a year ago, but can we expect the same in 2016? After having a horrific incident in Paris where multiple attacks occured, several deaths, and much media attention, can we expect continued opposition to the TTIP before the fate of Europe is sealed?

In a study to find out if kids who grow up with a strong religious background are nicer, more compassionate and more kind than secular children, it was revealed that religious kids are simply more mean, less-tolerant, more-punitive, and less-forgiving than kids who don’t grow up in a religious household.
Looking at mostly Christian, Muslim and secular children, researchers from a number of different universities around the world coordinated to compare the behavior and attitudes a group of around 1200 children from many backggorounds. The study conducted social experiments to determine how the children reacted in differing scenarios involving concepts like sharing, as well as their reactions to scenarios where bullying occurred. Included were four key tests:
According to the report the conclusions,“robustly demonstrate that children from households identifying as either of the two major world religions (Christianity and Islam) were less altruistic than children from non-religious households.”
The 3 key conclusions of the study are:
Over half of the world’s population self-identifies with either Islam or Christianity:
“As of 2010, Christianity was by far the world’s largest religion, with an estimated 2.2 billion adherents, nearly a third (31 percent) of all 6.9 billion people on Earth… Islam was second, with 1.6 billion adherents, or 23 percent of the global population.” [Source]
The interesting question that this study raises is, ‘does religion help people to become more moral and virtuous? The answer appears to be no, it does not. However, in 2014 a worldwide Pew research suvey found that most people around the world believe that religion is essential to morality. The recent study contradicts this commonly held belief.
“While it is generally accepted that religion contours people’s moral judgments and pro-social behaviour, the relation between religion and morality is a contentious one.’ [Source]
At at time when the world is looking down the barrel of a global holy war between Islam and Christianity, many people are asking if religion is vital for moral development, and it appears that it may in fact not be.

Similar to the end of feudalism hundreds of years ago, is capitalism to be replaced by a new type of social infrastructure and an emergence of a new kind of human being? Many believe that the much-needed shift has already started, as the message that capitalism is not working becomes louder and clearer. The system of monopolies, industrial giants, banks and governments has been so focused on privatization and commercialism that it has resulted in scarcity and inequality, lacking the vision of true freedom and abundance for all.
As the era of capitalism forges on, people are starting to realize the extent of its failures. Capitalism has been deficient in ensuring that basic human necessities are available to all, and has driven many people and even nations into financial ruin, enslaved by their jobs or by their creditors.
Feudalism was an economic system structured by customs and laws about “obligation”. Capitalism was structured by something purely economic: the market. We can predict, from this, that postcapitalism – whose precondition is abundance – will not simply be a modified form of a complex market society. But we can only begin to grasp at a positive vision of what it will be like. ~ Paul Mason, The Guardian
The shift into a new post-capitalism era is not likely to happen on a mass scale, but in a modular manner as different people, in different places, and at different speeds transform society, as in the example of Open Source Ecology, an organization that is helping to usher in a new type of collaborative global ‘maker’ culture.
Some would argue that the pre-era of post-capitalistic society already exists in some places, that it is already sculpting what will come next, while also diminishing the struggles of the “have-nots” and the artifice of the “haves”. Take Denmark for example. It is rated as one of the top 3 happiest countries in the world. When one starts to compare it to other countries, it appears that maybe they actually have society figured out. Here are some quick comparisons of Denmark to the United States (the US) and other countries in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), as compiled by We Are Anonymous:
“I know that some people in the US associate the Nordic model with some sort of socialism, therefore I would like to make one thing clear. Denmark is far from a socialist planned economy. Denmark is a market economy… The Nordic model is an expanded welfare state which provides a high level of security to its citizens, but it is also a successful market economy with much freedom to pursue your dreams and live your life as you wish.” ~ Danish Prime Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen
Are you pursing your dreams and living your life as you wish? Could capitalism still get all of us there? Or is a new societal infrastructure imminent, just waiting for enough of us to wake up?

From Mermaids to Sirens, to Gods, Goddesses, Demons and Djinn. For millennia, tales of other worlds and the creatures that live therein have fascinated the imaginations of some of this planets greatest thinkers going all the way back to ancient Greece and beyond to Babylon. These stories of other worlds have sparked interest in “that which cannot be seen” since civilization began and this idea that there is still much we do not know seems to be everlasting in the consciousness of human beings.
Now that science has advanced to such a degree and research has disproven many of these myths, most people have tossed away the notion that anything beyond the material realm that cannot currently be measured must automatically be dismissed. However, recent findings by astrophysicist Ranga-Ram Chary have again sparked interest in “that which cannot be seen.”
While mapping the “cosmic microwave background,” or light left over from the early universe, Chary discovered mysterious bright spots which he believes may be matter from another universe “leaking” into ours. In a study recently published in the Astrophysics Journal, Chary writes, “Our universe may simply be a region within an eternally inflating super-region.” He also writes, “Many other regions beyond our observable universe would exist with each such region governed by a different set of physical parameters than the ones we have measured for our universe.”
The multiverse theory suggests that we are living in one universe of which there are many or even an infinite number of other universes existing independently or co-dependently, but which we cannot see or knowingly interact with. Chary believes that there is a 30% chance that these bright spots are nothing unusual, but that they, “[the bright spots] could also possibly be due to the collision of our Universe with an alternate Universe whose baryon to photon ratio is a factor of around 65 larger than ours.”
Although there is certainly evidence backing up the theory of a multiverse, not everyone is convinced by Chary’s findings. As the International Business Times reports: Theoretical astrophysicist David Spergel, from Princeton University, says he thinks it is worth looking into explanations that do not involve other universes. “The dust properties are more complicated than we have been assuming, and I think that this is a more plausible explanation.”
However, a document released by the FBI in July of 2015 titled “UFO” outlines some very odd points demonstrating that the government believes, or that they apparently once believed, a group of extraterrestrials lived and operated on earth. Suggesting that the government believes these beings are capable of inter-dimensional travel, the document seems to be from July 3rd1967, however, it is difficult to make out the date. Here are some points they made in their account, which you can find on page 22 of the document at vault.fbi.gov:
How could the FBI have once believed this detailed account, but then somehow later figured it to be wrong and lost interest? Do the latest discoveries regarding the mulitverse theory also opent the door to the possibility that alien life forms are moving into and beyond our universe?

I always find it interesting that people blame corporate greed for our overall condition. Sure it’s a major factor at one level, but it’s just an obvious outcropping of something much, much deeper. Sadly not that many are willing to go there.
That the entire world system is built on a capitalist system in one form or another is mind boggling. Defying our innate conscious awareness to the contrary, the signal has been given and repeatedly endorsed as well as crassly promoted that we need to gain off of each other, in each and every transaction, every exchange, in a no holds barred, dog eat dog environment.
One look at the marketing world and you get the picture. And the supposed “fittest” come out on top.
This is how and why the populace acquiesces to domination by the few. “They’re just good at what they do. They’re smarter and more motivated than the rest of us so surely they deserve to be winners in the game.”
Humanity’s being told how the game works and that this is your only option. “It’s just the way it is, so get to work and earn your salary, then invest in the game and try to get ahead and make a name and lots of money for yourself.” At which point the sharks devour the unsuspecting guppy.
Group absolved endemic greed doesn’t make it right, however justified, by any stretch of the imagination.
The Corporate “Growth” Model
It’s fully accepted that corporations need to grow. For their good, for our good, or so we’re told. It’s a fear based econo-survivalist psychological scam. Who says they need to constantly make more, for their investors’ interests or otherwise? Yet this is considered healthy in a capitalistic system, under the guise of increased jobs and benefits and a prosperous economy.
Do the employees really benefit? Do the consumers who go increasingly into debt trying to catch the materialist carrot benefit? Who really benefits?
Yet this model is accepted carte blanche as a driving force for a healthy economy. If you stand back to think about it outside of all this financial gibberish it’s completely destructive, enslaving insanity for the good of the few. And yet this model is mimicked as if it’s the paradigm of truth through every level of Pavlovian entrained economic and interpersonal commerce engagement.
Getting to the Root of the Problem
The entire system is built on a background of assumed scarcity, that there’s not enough to go around so unless you push and shove your way into a place where you “earn” your keep and beat those around you you’ll be hung out to dry.
Clever bastards. All while they sit at the top of the food chain devouring their prey.
What’s even more surreal is how those who “succeed” in making a lot of money are then considered authorities on any and every subject. Just look the Rockefeller family, one such clusterfuck among many, screwing their way up the capitalist ladder who then set up think tanks, foundations and whatnot to influence the course of humanity according to their whims.
What or who made them the “wise ones” to rule over us? Guess what: Endorsed greed, abject avarice and the resultant intoxicating money and power in the hands of a few.
Look at creeps like George Soros or Bill Gates and a plethora of other unelected plutocrats, inserted intellectuals and accepted moral and geopolitical authorities like the Pope, lap dog Kissinger or voice pet Brzezinski and the panorama of puppet heads of state. It’s insane. Never mind the Rothchilds, Carnegies, Morgans, the so-called royal families of Europe such as the Windsors and House of Orange-Nassau of the Netherlands, the Vatican or whomever is hoarding the really big bucks.
The message is the same: in their minds we and our world are owned. And they ain’t sharing nothing with the rest of us. Why? Apparently we don’t deserve it. Do you like that fate and outcome? “Everyone else is accepting it, so it must be OK”…reasons the stilted servant.
Greed – A Name You Can Trust
You’ve all heard the outlandish statistics about how few have so much in this world. Yet it is by and large accepted by quiet submission, incredible as that may seem. The problem is humanity’s acquiescence to a rigged system. While the wealth of some of these bloodline families, banking moguls and mega rich corporate thugs could feed the poor of the earth many times over, they sit on their booty and only get more oppressive.
This brings us to the psychopathy of greed, amongst many other issues. Greed is insatiable. It is a vampiristic dynamic. It only sucks and is never satisfied. Wealth soon takes a back seat to power and control, their ultimate aphrodisiac. This is what it all leads to. And this reptilian, archontic urge is never satisfied, it always wants more. At any cost to the hosts of these parasites.
The issue is that psychopathy, especially in positions of power, is not just rampant but so readily accepted. That’s where the problem exponentially compounds.
This is the heartbreaking aspect to all of this, how humanity has bought into their program and replicates these unnatural urges at every level of society, which of course their system is designed to do. And while the masses abuse each other in this same lower vibrational parasitic frequency, no one is conscious enough to realize their oppressive trendsetters are feeding off of all of humanity by the very meme they’ve put into place.
If people woke up to that one fact we’d have an overnight revolution of disengagement causing a massive resetting of how society should and could cooperate.
Conclusion – The 5 Step Program
Parasitic forces build parasitic institutions, and encourage the same in others while maintaining their dominance. Be it corporatism, capitalism, communism and socialism, fractional banking or base line competition for resources and day to day needs, this system is rigged to the core.
Agreeing to help foment this dog eat dog mentality under the guise of survival or “rightful competition” only perpetrates the problem.
To become free and help build the better world we know exists requires conscious disconnection with this systemic disease. It begins in both small and big steps. But the underlying propellant towards change is identifying the problem for what it is. A parasitic disease, promulgated by those who stand to gain, and realizing their mindset is a pathological, direly destructive one that seeks to exert its twisted idea of oligarchical as well as personal control at any expense.
First, do your part. Realize what is transpiring before your eyes, no matter how horrid it may first appear.
Second, disengage. In any and every way possible. Just take steps in that direction and the mounting freedom it engenders will empower you to take the next step.
Third, tell others – like a house afire. Use wisdom but never hold back. The hour is late as they are entering their last phases of implementable programs and are getting desperate to throttle humanity’s awakening.
Fourth – stand strong in your convictions. Feed those convictions, strengthen them, and encourage the same in others, as the mainstream of society is a nasty polluted river we must avoid, resist, oppose and most of all penetrate and reverse with everything in us.
Fifth – Stand fast in your convictions. Live a life committed to your newfound awakened understanding….fearlessly. This presence of awakened individuals does more than we’ll ever know.
See greed for what it is, but most of all don’t comply with their fabricated hierarchical world of abuse. It’s fraudulent, manipulative, destructive and a de facto form of voluntary enslavement.
See the world for what it has become. But more importantly, see the world as it should be and operate within that paradigm.
Their fabricated world of lies will then crumble at our feet.
Much love, Zen

As my readers know, I’ve tackled this subject from a number of angles. (See also here.)
Conventional physics has painted itself into a corner, because it assumes that all sub-atomic particles (the constituents of the brain and the universe) contain no awareness whatsoever.
Therefore, there is no reason to assume that consciousness exists. The idea that it does must be an illusion, a misnomer, a groundless superstition, a holdover from a more primitive time.
And yet, there you are, right now, reading these words, and more importantly, you are conscious of the fact that you’re reading these words.
So you must be crazy, the victim of an illusion. You must be the end-user of a stream of thought over which you have no control—a stream that “tells you” you’re conscious…in the same way a voice in your head might tell you you’re living on the moon right now.
And if you multiply this unfortunate situation by about eight billion, you have a madhouse of a planet where everyone automatically assumes they’re conscious, whereas, in fact, no one is. Everyone is a machine responding to stimuli, some of which are prompting you to say, “I’m conscious”—an entirely meaningless statement.
And if you buy all that, I have golf course memberships for sale on Jupiter.
Conventional physics has painted itself into a corner, and wants to be in that corner, because admitting there is such a thing as consciousness is tantamount to admitting that a major component of life, the major component of life, is outside any analysis of matter and energy, since it, consciousness, is not made out of matter or energy.
All sorts of drug researchers would chime in at this point: “But we knew that chemicals change consciousness by affecting the brain. Therefore, the brain is the seat of all consciousness.”
As usual, they miss the point. The fact of being conscious, regardless of the particular state, is independent of those chemicals.
Whether you’re aware of seeing buildings on a street or green writhing polka-dot creatures directing traffic, you are the one who is aware. You’re the one who knows you’re seeing buildings or creatures.
Now we’re really in deep water, because, you see, you’re not supposed to exist at all. You’re supposed to be a brain. You’re supposed to be a few trillion neurons clicking and ticking. You’re supposed to be, at best, “someone who thinks he’s someone,” or rather, “no one who thinks he’s someone.”
“Hi, I’m no one who thinks he’s someone.”
“Hi. Me too. Let’s do whatever our brains are making us do, since we can’t have freedom—another illusion.”
“Sounds good. Where do we start?”
“We wait for instructions. In the meantime, I have beer, wine, or sparkling water.”
If it occurs to you that this mechanistic view of life has some uses for those who are highly interested in mind control, you’re right. “Waiting for instructions” would be an ideal state for the reception of programming. Freedom, on the other hand, would be a non-starter.
“Test subject 465-A believes he is free. His illusion is interfering with the insertion of our package of beliefs…”
I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the armies of “rational people,” who are quite sure that a rejection of all-out scientific materialism would suddenly put them in the camp of religionists. They see no other alternatives. It’s either science or a church.
Well, that’s their problem. They can only entertain two possibilities. They reveal a distinct lack of imagination.
And I suppose I should also say a word about “the DNA people.” They’re utterly convinced that DNA creates consciousness. But DNA is matter, and according to the same scientists who research the whole genetic puzzle, matter is composed of tiny particles or waves that display no sign of consciousness.
Now, admitting that what I’m writing here won’t find its way into any TED talks (the source of all cutting-edge wisdom on the planet), I should point out that the issue of consciousness has been plaguing philosophers in the West ever since the onslaught of science and technology at the end of the 19th century. And in time-honored fashion, philosophers have opted for their favorite strategy: ignore the problem, pretend it doesn’t exist, claim the problem itself is based on a confusion about…anything. About language, for example. Language, as (mis)constructed, contains words that indicate the existence of meaningless objects (like consciousness). There, all done, move along, nothing to see here.
Finally, we have another bunch of people who would happily report: “Scientists miss the mark. The brain and the universe are made out of particles that do, in fact, possess consciousness. ‘Everything is conscious.’”
They say that, and for some interesting reason, they avoid saying that the individual, the You, the non-machine non-material You, has consciousness.
They only want to posit collective consciousness. That’s their tune. They keep singing it. And if you listen to the words, they are, in their own way, trying to erase the whole notion of the individual.
Why? Because the most basic form of mind control involves denying that the individual exists. If they can put that one over, if they can sell it, they can push an agenda of: The Group is All.
This resonates quite nicely with the way the world is shaping up these days. Or rather, being shaped up. On purpose.
In case you hadn’t noticed.
Among the endless number of states of consciousness, there is certainly a collective version. The individual can enter it, and he can exit it. It’s not the be-all and end-all. It’s not a permanent paradise with closed doors.
But who would notice that fact in a world where the population has bought the idea that the conscious individual doesn’t exist, and is merely a biological machine programmed this way or that way?
Our most august intellectuals are, under the surface, arguing for the machine view. They’re mixing and matching the metaphysical and the political on behalf of a Collective Hive, because the winds that carry money and prestige are blowing that way.
They’re selling the proposition that the individual, his consciousness, his freedom, and his power are delusional dust of a bygone era.
They’re using a story about science as their primary tool.
If you want to buy that ticket and take that ride, understand where it’s going to take you.
You can watch any number of talks where the speaker mentions “the ground of all being,” “collective wisdom,” “universal consciousness,” “the universe gives you permission,” and the audience snaps it up like pure sugar. It’s very interesting. Stimulus-response. Bell rings, dog drools. This is a form of programming whose time has come—if people want to surrender and drift into a passive state.
And leave behind their own individual power.
“Tonight, on the cosmological news channel, the individual isn’t conscious and doesn’t exist, the brain is all, and we’re all the same thing together. Brought to you by The Great Cheese Glob in the Sky, coming to theaters soon…”
“But first, let’s talk about Nature. As we know, we’re all part of Nature. Being an individual is a delusion that keeps us separate from Nature. And did I mention Nature? A look at the recent conferencet Plant Consciousness: Revolutionizing Our Relationship with Plants.
When I decided to join the Plant Consciousness event in London, I was still enjoying the traveling life in Peru. As I had slowed down to become more sensitive to the subtle life of nature, I was excited about these topics of consciousness, quantum physics, the amazing intelligence of the plant world and teacher plants such as Iboga and Ayahuasca.
Plant Consciousness, set in the beautiful Regents Park (the University Conference Center to be exact) with over 300 people in attendance, opened my mind. Opened to the wide range of sensing, seeing and hearing that exists in plants and trees, the direct influence plants have via chemical compounds in our brain – and therefore our mood and behaviours – and why and how to start listening to what plants, in essence our elders, have to say to us.
Even though I love being in nature, I was never that excited about the plant world. You see, the behaviour of plants is so subtle, that most people, including myself, failed to notice it for a long time. Or more accurately, we have collectively forgotten to notice it. But in fact, plants have intelligence and consciousness. As ethno-pharmacologist Dennis McKenna reminded us, we think a brain or at least a nervous system is necessary to be intelligent. But it is neural networks that are important. Mycelium root networks can be miles in diameter, and those are thinking neural networks.
Pam Montgomery pointed out that plants have a long view, as they have been around 400 to 450 million years, and in fact multiple scientific studies have proven plants have ability for memory. Let me remind you, the modern form of humans only evolved about 200,000 years ago, so if plants have intelligence and memory, they will hold a lot of knowledge for us.
Plants in Relationship to Human Intelligence
We have co-evolved and live interrelated with the plant world, and plants have a direct influence on our moods and behaviours, through our diets. Through photosynthesis an enormous variety of organic molecules is created, from sunlight, water and carbon dioxide, which is amazing in itself. The molecules in our brain that determine our moods and behaviour, such as dopamine and serotonin, are plant compounds.
Bonny Casel made the point that our right hemisphere, which sees the world as whole and interconnected, needs a plant-based diet to survive. Whereas our left hemisphere, which focuses on more narrow solutions, familiarity and separate parts, can get by with just simple low energy foods. A very interesting point in a world that is in crisis because of our worldview of separation. (It also reminds me of the famous TED Talk of neuro-anatomist Jill Bolte Taylor, who experienced the shut down of her left hemisphere during a stroke and gained some profound insight.)
Plant Senses, Consciousness and Cooperative Evolution
Bonny Casel is the owner and founder of the School of Natural Medicine UK and spoke of ‘Plant Senses, Consciousness and Cooperative Evolution in a Quantum World’. She managed to bring together plant biology, quantum physics, and the evolution of consciousness in a comprehensible way, and it was this glimpse of our true universe that blew me away.
In recent years the scientific community has gathered evidence that the plant world has a range of behaving, seeing, hearing and feeling, that goes wildly beyond what human beings can perceive. Just some examples, mustard plants that ‘hear’ the sounds of caterpillars eating on their leaves, excrete increased amounts of mustard oils to protect itself. It is also know that the human eye can only see a very narrow band of frequencies in the electromagnetic spectrum. Infrared and UV is out of our range. However plants sense UV light, magnetic fields, and planets in the night sky.
Plants can perceive emotion because they can sense body heat. Plants can feel something 1/8 the pressure, heat or cold of what a human can feel. Just look at something as simple as a plant adapting their direction of growth long before touching a rock on it’s path. Another fascinating behaviour is that in dense forests large trees feed little trees through mycelium networks, even more, they favour their own offspring in times of scarcity.
A Quantum World
Bonny spoke about quantum physics. Only 0.0000000000001 % of every atom is composed of protons, neurons, and electrons, the other 99.9999999999999% is empty space. That effectively means all the matter of humankind can fit into a block the size of a sugar cube. We are energy, however modern science is based on the visible world, and hardly on the invisible frequencies of waves.
Space is a profound part of the equation when we look at plant consciousness. -Bonny Casel
She explained the famous double slit experiment, proving that our human observation changes energy waves to particles, or, matter. All life is energy, and plants may just be more aware of this the us human beings, stuck in the limited view of just the material world. Bonny connected these insights to the therapeutic benefits of essential oils and flower essences, healing trauma and increasing health on the physical, emotional and mental level. I am leaving out a lot of information here, but starting to understand what plants can perceive and remembering that the universe is energy, was important to see the very real benefits of natural medicine for healing trauma and raising consciousness.
Ayahuasca, Iboga and Other Teacher Plants
Day two of the event revolved mostly around teacher plants. In the last 15 years or so, powerful teacher plants such as Ayahuasca, San Pedro and Iboga have been spreading globally. They have left their homes in Africa and the rainforests of Latin America to speak with a loud voice. As multiple crises are threatening life on earth, humankind needs to heal, raise consciousness and remember that we are one with nature.
Dennis McKenna spoke about Plant Human Coevolution Origins Of The Imagination, and the past and future of Ayahuasca. Like his brother, Terrence McKenna, he has been immersed in plant-based entheogens, shamanism, metaphysics, alchemy, language, culture, and the theoretical origins of human consciousness. His view is that plants may have given us the ability to understand meaning and abstractions, the foundation for language, and the ability to share ideas across time and place. As our culture shapes our world more than anything, in the form of law, education, religion, and so on, this means the impact of teacher plants to the future of earth can be immense.
Yann Guignon came to the stage as a voice for Iboga. Iboga is a small tree native to west and central Africa, and is used both for spiritual purposes, as particularly a potential ‘interruptor’ for drug addiction. With it’s growing popularity and due to unsustainable practices, tabernanthe iboga has been declared an endangered species. Yann and his team have now taken the responsibility to preserve, study and share knowledge about this medicinal plant and the indigenous traditions of the Gabonese forest people, and can be followed on Blessings of the Forest.
Even though these teacher plants stand out, Pam Montgomery also helped us remember that in fact all plants are our teachers, as she connected us with the essence of the Ash Tree.
Nourishing Mind and Heart
is is just a glimpse of the weekend. Satish Kumar was there, earth pilgrim, former monk and long-term peace and environment activist. With his calm and humorous presence, gently reminding us of our interconnectedness ‘You are, therefore I am’. Kurikindi filled the room with emotion, as soon as he set foot on stage with his wife. He shared his heartfelt story of the threat to the Ecuadorian rainforest, his home, his family, and the abundance of plants there. Plants he studied and connected with all his life. Drew Dellinger wove together many moments with his rhythmic poetry, bringing odes to mother earth and the splendid universe.
Many other speakers and performers reminding us both of the times of crises we are in, and emphasising our responsibilities and relationship with each other and all living beings. Join Plant Consciousness on Facebook for regular inspiration on these fascinating topics.

One of the most crippling methodologies of the controlling forces is locking humanity into cleverly devised contexts where the power of Now loses its importance. If we see social and economic events, not as urgent issues to be aware of and consciously dealt with, but rather filed away from action as either seemingly unimportant or simply inevitable trends that are impossible to change, we will not be motivated to even awaken, never mind take action of any sort.
Their false paradigm becomes an end in itself to which we resign ourselves. “It’s useless to even try” becomes the motto.
It’s really the same assumptive programming we see everywhere, from what’s taught as truth in education and media, to what’s important in the daily news – and especially regarding what is totally ignored. Humanity’s sense of historical and social perspective is carefully programmed and their activation buttons are put on permanent snooze. Wars and major incidents such as JFK’s assassination or the 9/11 ritual all become frozen in official rhetoric long enough for the potential effects of the real Truth to wear off as society falls firmly into the constructed social narrative, in spite of some protest.
Once solidified it gets policed by the political correctness watchdogs and society’s own fears of seeing outside their own fearful paradigm. Each new staged event, coming at us in rapid succession, is filed away in the same manner.
Apply this across the board regarding anything that is officially taught or endorsed. System information today is not empowering. It is dependency and futility affirming, perfectly exemplified by the dog and pony political treadmill show. Not only are people kept busy making fruitless efforts in a deliberately vampiric system, but that same sense of futility is again learned and reinforced as a staple and norm of socialized life. “That’s just the way it is – always has been, always will be” – as if it’s some deep wise proverb instead of the induced cowardly duck and cover from real accountability that it truly is.
Putting Everything Off from Now
What’s important to remember is how they keep shifting the playing field, and will continue to do so. The entire framework for judgement and understanding in their contrived world is completely out of kilter and continually changing. That’s why we experience that sense of spiritual slippage, like our internal processing gears are off or the clutch is going out when we try to grasp this information we’re being blasted with.
This type of objectified distancing is exactly how to disempower, demoralize and subtly coerce humanity into a sense of futility and compliant behavior in just one misleading and belittling attitude: a presupposed historical or social context. Defining how we frame what we think or “believe” is essential to their control system.
It’s the same distancing they do with so-called historical “giants” and “heroes”. “None of us could ever attain to such stature. These were extraordinary men in extraordinary times!”
What a bunch of hokum. Each of us is magnificence awaiting manifestation. It only remains to throw a few simple activation switches and off we go. The confusion, historical distancing and over exaltation of those who actually did anything, real or fictional, is to set them apart from us, and most of all us from simple activation as if it’s unattainable by the “common” person.
Saints and Planned Insignificance
The best time to stop something is before it begins. This is especially so with cultural, social or even spiritual changes. This is why controlled opposition is so effective. The best way to control the opposition is to lead it, which oppressive regimes have done for millennia.
That, and set the bar so high to be a world changer that no one can attain to it. So no one even dares to try.
Religions do this systematically with their exalted icons and impossible to keep rules. “I cannot attain to such sainthood, so in obeisance I bow to those who have.” One of the most disempowering strategies of all time. Hence untouchable mythic-proportioned heroes, gods and goddesses coming to the rescue, immaculate conceptions of supernatural beings, and belief systems and psychological cure-alls galore.
It’s very clever to paint world changers, again real or fictional, as “exceptional” people. “This is not the rule. Besides, look, they were martyred for their beliefs.” That will tend to put a damper on others emulating them.
Disempowerment is the name of their game. We are the overwhelming majority. To keep the populace stupefied, distracted and confused only works to the advantage of the oppressors. From bread and circus to sophisticated pharmaceuticals, nano-warfare, electro-magnetics and mind games, it all works in the same direction.
Orwell said it quite aptly, “He who controls the past controls the future. He who controls the present controls the past.”
That’s as profound as it gets. Our current and future paradigms are carved out by those who control us. What does that mean to us? Our entire outlook is carefully hemmed in within certain constraints that seek to paralyze and entrain the current populace. No win political battles, token democracies and pointless socio-economic games played with the lives of living men and women given a continually revised version of history.
All for our dis-animation, our induced sense of futility in the face of whatever befalls us.
And it’s all built on a narrative.
The one told by them.
The Power of Now – Why Shamanic Cultures Are Being Eliminated
True history in any form is a living one. It’s inclusive and spiritually malleable as things come into focus. In the false historical construct trends have supposedly happened for clearly delineated reasons. All their imposed, contrived and containing explanations.
However, in the true spiritual flow the real nature of humanity and its growth and development are another story.
Native cultures of our planet have always had a grasp of the true nature of things. Humanity goes through changes, granted, but the true anchor is still the same. Our connectivity to everything – the earth, the planets, the stars and all of visible and invisible creation and realms of consciousness. That very anchor is the bane of the Controllers’ existence that they want to eliminate.
Instead, the culturally imposed mindset is one dependent on what many call the matrix. It’s a matrix of deceit, bolstered by its own self importance and most of all the participation of the entranced. But nonetheless, it is a completely artificial construct.
The elimination of native cultures began centuries ago. The threat they present is this very wisdom – connectivity – and an unknown empowering quality of today called responsibility. To ourselves, our children and our planet. This was thrown overboard a long, long time ago.
“That was Then, This is Now”
Here’s another fat excuse we’ve been handed. “That was back then. This is a different time.” Oh really? Says who? Is there a prescription we’re to follow, thwarters of human initiative? What conditions are correct in order to play in this game? And why do we need your permission or direction?
That’s exactly how they want us to think…like total dependents. That’s all that matters to them.
However righteous the cause we may champion, when we play by their rules they win. When we let them describe the problem, lead the way out, set the parameters we’re to behave within, we’ve lost. We’re inside the matrix no matter how inspired we may feel about ourselves.
This is where the rubber of real awakening meets the road. Just as a true awakening is anything but comforting, so realizing the futility of our previous lives and our in fact participation with the enemy does not provide a sense of comfort.
Until we make the change. When we acknowledge the truth and re-set our sights and compasses we are already living in the now.
Their whole ploy is a delay game. To keep us from being fully in the now – the consciously awake and aware and truly honest now.
The time to wake up is now. Always now. Refuse the false narrative of delay, walking sleep and distraction.
Now says “go for it”. Follow the Truth. It’s our time to assert.
Their answers are pure fabricated baldfaced lies. Plain and simple.
Question everything. Re-evaluate everything.
Leif Davenport, Staff
The mind and the brain are one and the same. There is no separation. In fact, consciousness itself is merely a bi-product of our central nervous system. It’s almost inconsequential. That’s lucky for us, isn’t it? We get to experience all the colors, tastes and sounds of the world, but as Shakespeare said, in the end it is all just “sound and fury signifying nothing”. This is the common assertion from modern science – consciousness is a sideshow of biology, unimportant and playing no active role in the development of human physiology. Biology creates consciousness, not the other way around. So they say.
We’re just cogs spinning in the machine, waiting to break down. After that, it’s lights out, and in the end our consciousness has played only a small part in our fleeting proceedings.
And yet, our experience of the world doesn’t really reflect this position, does it? Consciousnessfeels central to who we are. We are immersed in it when making complex choices, and the experiences we have can be so emotive or profound that they lead to a spiritual awakening which can transform our lives. Furthermore, we can decide to make that happen. We have the choice. We can direct our consciousness at ourselves and alter how we perceive the world around us.
So how, then, can the scientific community so quickly dismiss consciousness as a mere product of biology at best, something which has little affect on us as individuals or as a species?
The truth is, it can’t.
Your Thoughts Define You
Since the 1970s there has been a growing movement among consciousness researchers. Stalwarts of a purely materialistic view of consciousness such as Christof Koch, have had to reassess their perspectives on what awareness itself is, how it is produced, and what it means for us as a species and the universe as a whole.
This movement has been fueled by a failure on the part of neuroscience and psychology to prove the mechanical, biological underpinnings of conscious thought. The truth is that after centuries of enquiry we are no further forward in explaining how consciousness works. In fact, we may now be farther from a solution than we were a few decades ago. At least then we could say that we just didn’t understand the brain well enough and that, once we did, we would be able to explain why we are the way we are, why we think what we think, and why we feel the way we feel.
But no evidence has been forthcoming. The scientific community stays largely silent on this lack of evidence, hoping that eventually some proof will be found to support the accepted and materialistic view of conscious thought.
This is starting to change. With every passing year an increasing number of reputable scientists such as Sir Roger Penrose come forward, telling us to rethink consciousness. Indeed there are several exciting theories about how consciousness could be central to everything, that it could be affecting us as individuals and a species. Quantum Mind, the idea that consciousness actually creates reality itself, may be an extreme reaction to this shift in perspective, but there are newer theories which could be just as revolutionary, requiring no leaps of faith, and could force us to reinterpret consciousness as a powerful agency which can actually shape who we are and what our species is through the power of thought. In this way consciousness may be primary and could actually alter biology through the decisions we make.
Beyond the Individual: Consciousness as a Force in Evolution
A recent debate between Deepak Chopra and Richard Dawkins illustrates the divide between materialism and this new form of duality perfectly – that mind and body somehow coexist and are both intertwined while having distinct qualities of their own. What’s most fascinating about this debate is that Dawkins is an evolutionary biologist and argues a strict Darwinian interpretation of consciousness. In short, he proposes the status quo: We are conscious because the genes which create our brains have survived through a process of natural selection. They have survived because consciousness gives us an evolutionary edge – to be able to plan, anticipate and think creatively etc. Consciousness is created by biology, and this arrow of causality only goes in one direction.
A good summation of the debate was written up by Stuart Hameroff, but while plenty of people have cause to be skeptical of Deepak Chopra’s ideas, he may actually have a point. You see from Dawkins’ perspective consciousness is created by biology, therefore, it cannot have any affect on biology. This is the strictly materialistic view. However, there is evidence which suggests this might be incorrect.
For example, stress is a major killer. It leads to high blood pressure, heart disease, and there is even some evidence that it can cause or exacerbate cancer. But, if Dawkins’ theory is correct and biology controls consciousness and not the other way around, then we should not be able to affect our own biology through sheer will. And yet, through relaxation techniques we can lower our blood pressure. We can make a conscious decision to exercise or reduce our caffeine intake to lower our stress levels. These are common conscious decisions which alter our physiology.
Taking this one step further, a physicist is claiming that consciousness doesn’t just affect ourindividual biology, but that it may have the power to change both personal and species wide evolution. In a recent research paper, Professor Beichler of the International Academy of Consciousness argues that just through thinking, the neuronal connections within our brains change. This describes consciousness as the actor, not the subject. In this way consciousness is altering biology, not the product of it. This explains how people can change life-long habits or transform their personalties for the better when choosing to do so. The brain is essentially rewired, and consciousness is the electrician.
There’s one more profound implication of this perspective. A position which completely contradicts Dawkins’, placing consciousness at the center of everything we are. Numerous studies have shown that changes to brain physiology can directly alter the body’s DNA through a process called epigenetics. Recently, an article for the Scientific American reported that a person’s DNA could be changed simply through meditation. If this is correct, then consciousness itself could change our genetic makeup. If these genetic changes are then passed on to future generations, it could transform the evolution of our species.
The question is, where are our thoughts leading us?

Here I want to introduce you to the part of human consciousness I call the Higher Mind. Some call it the Higher Self or Soul Self. Your Higher Mind is an energetic aspect of you that projects out of your physical body like an antenna, and connects with the unified field of energy. The unified field of energy is what scientists are hoping to explain one day by a Unified Field Theory, but haven’t yet developed a mathematical model for it. This unified field is the combination of energies that connect everyone and everything, including the energies of the spiritual realm with the energies of the earth plane.
Scientists are studying energy and its components they call particles, with tools like the Large Hadron Collider in Europe. They’re trying to discover all of the particles of energy in the hope of figuring out how the energies of everything interrelate.
Your Higher Mind is the part of your consciousness that you are really tapping into when you do spiritual practices. Your Higher Mind, as part of your Divine soul self, only knows the truth, and is literally a spiritual channel. You don’t have to consider yourself spiritual to tap into this aspect of your consciousness. You can even consider yourself an atheist, and it still works quite well. This is because our universe is based on energy, and this part of you is simply energy. It doesn’t care
whether you believe in it or not, though belief in it may create resonance in energy fields to optimize its function.
Some people are so disenchanted with religion and spiritual movements, that they have a personal bias against any terminology that has the slightest air of anything religious or spiritual. Believe me, I truly understand. But when I use terms like “spirituality” and “Divine” in this article, I’m only referencing awesome energies in our universe, unexplained by science, that are available to us to facilitate our paths in life.
Nonlocal Intuition Versus Local Intuition
Your Higher Mind is an aspect of your consciousness that you can use to channel nonlocal intuition. Nonlocal intuition comes from an unexplained knowing, and has nothing to do with pattern recognition or memory retrieval.
In contrast, local intuition is derived from pattern recognition and memory retrieval, and is the type of intuition the traditional scientific model studies. These traditional studies look at how your conscious mind and subconscious mind work together to bring up old forgotten memories, and to see patterns in situations, so as to help you intuit something.
Local intuition, or intuition confined to the body, is very different from nonlocal intuition, or intuition channeled from outside of the physical body. Here some of you skeptics may start to tune out and write me off as some type of quack. That’s your choice, but I’ll challenge you to use healthy skepticism and release your personal bias. You might just learn something new:)
As a physician trained in the scientific method, I understand it pretty well. As a human being with an open mind who has personally experienced phenomena I can’t scientifically explain, I also understand that science does not have all of the answers. Science is limited by the current technology available to us at this point in time. In addition, the sacred god of science is also heavily influenced by personal bias, even in some of the most well designed scientific studies. So because of that, I have to combine a little philosophy with science in an attempt to explain the unexplainable. Let me tell you about a crazy experience I had that can’t be fully explained by science.
Nonlocal Intuition in Action
I often go to Sedona, Arizona, a place I consider very spiritual due to its unique natural settings. I love nature knowing it is chock-full of Divine energies. Sedona has some of the most beautiful red rock hills in the world, and is a mesmerizing place to behold. When I go to Sedona, I set an intention to connect with the Divine, and so it was no surprise to me that it was here where I was introduced to some supernatural energies of the Divine.
On my first ever visit to Sedona, I met a beautiful, loving, and highly spiritual person named Nataya. Nataya is a clairvoyant artist. When she paints, she goes into a flow state by aligning with the spiritual channel of her Higher Mind, and she gets messages. These messages are for the person she is doing the painting, and contain information that she can’t logically know. Nataya is unconditionally loving and nonjudgmental, and her intention is pure. Because of this, the messages she receives are pure and full of unconditional love. In some way, these messages are meant to facilitate her clients’ highest purposes in life.
Nataya calls these types of in-the-flow paintings “totem paintings,” as she resonates strongly with Native American spirituality. So while she was doing my totem painting, which turned out to be a butterfly, one of the things she said to me was, “I see you going to Germany to get a medical device.” I thought to myself “Okay, but I don’t have any plans to go to Germany.”
The End Result
I returned home, went back to work at my primary care clinic, and was working the evening shift. There was a family practice resident working that evening, who is a good friend of mine to this day. He came up to me at the end of the shift, and said, “Hey, I hear you are into alternative medicine,” and I said, “Yes, are you?” Daniel, who is German, told me that his parents have an alternative medicine clinic in Germany. I later found out that it is a world-class alternative medicine clinic that draws patients from all over the globe.
As we were chatting, he wrote down two website addresses on a piece of paper and handed it to me. One was the web address for his parents’ clinic, and the other was a web address for a pulsed electromagnetic field device, which his father helped prototype. Over the next few days, I studied both of these websites, and then began an intensive PubMed search to see if there were any peer-reviewed research articles on low-level pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. To my surprise, there were hundreds of published studies, with the bulk of these studies showing beneficial effects on animals and humans.
Shortly thereafter, I purchased the device, and incorporated it into my medical practice with good results. So Nataya’s message to me was mostly correct, with a minor issue being that I didn’t go to Germany to get a medical device. Germany came to me.
My use of and writings about this device later led to me being asked to speak at multiple medical conferences for the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. So in essence, Nataya’s channeled message helped facilitate my higher purpose by expanding my tool chest as a practicing clinician. Her message also helped lead me to teach large audiences at medical conferences, which was a major goal of mine.
The series of coincidences I just described can’t be explained by chance, so I call these synchronicities. In my opinion, synchronicities have some type of Divine facilitation. How could Nataya have known that I was going to incorporate some type of German medical device into my practice? There is no way she could have concocted that message to me based on memory retrieval from her subconscious mind or through cognitive pattern recognition.
Our Universe is Teeming with Energy
That message came to me via her Higher Mind – a spiritual channel – from the Divine unified field that connects the energies of everyone and everything. If you look out into this unified field with the naked eye, you’ll see lots of empty space. The paradox is that there is no empty space in our universe because all space is teeming with energy. This is because our universe originated as energy, which is the story of the Big Bang Theory.
According to scientists, a few seconds after The Big Bang, our universe was nothing but intensely hot energy particles and gases. As our newly birthed universe began to cool, mass started to form, and planets were created. I don’t want to take anything away from the spiritual component of the birth of our universe. Ultimately, it’s at the merger of science and spirituality where we’re going to find the true answers.
All Energy Contains Information
So I hope you are beginning to understand that the part of human consciousness I call the Higher Mind is where the energies of the earth plane merge with the energies of the spiritual plane. These energies contain information, including information from the unified field as Divine messages to facilitate our higher paths in life.
Ask any scientist who studies energy, and she or he will tell you that all energy contains information. Examples of this are how the sun’s rays contain energy, which tells receptors in the leaves of plants to initiate photosynthesis, and tells receptors in our skin to initiate the production of vitamin D.
Ultimately, it all boils down to energy to theoretically explain how currently scientifically unexplainable phenomena happen in our universe. More important, the revelation that consciousness is energy goes a long way in explaining parapsychological phenomena and even life after death. Our universe is energy based, and because of that, we are all energetic beings. When you as an energetic being learn to work with and channel these energies, you can do some amazing things.
[Author’s Note: In a course I teach called “Power of the Mind in Health and Healing,” I categorize the different layers of human consciousness. Some of my process is philosophical, but it gives me a way to categorize consciousness so that I can teach it, and demonstrate different ways to work with each category.]
